I get the dip nails and they look amazing every time!Today I got the dip again with Dawn. I took a friend with me who said that she wanted her nails and toenails done and said that Anna did an excellent pedicure!Friendly, clean, extremely detailed no matter who preform is your appointment.

I really love the service here! The staff was polite and they treated everyone with respect. I definitely love how my nails came out and I’m going to come here more often.

BEST PEDI EVER!!!!! I went with a friend for a girls day and we decided on the jelly pedis! I got the aloe and she chose cherry sage. I definitely recommend this place over any nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff there are so kind and sweet and do all they can to accommodate you! The jelly pedi has so many pampering steps! I kept thinking I was done but there was another massage or treatment to do! In total it was $85 but it was well worth the money! You get to sit in a lovely massage chair, get leg and foot massages. The jelly pedi exfoliates and moisturizes your skin so nicely. I will be back soon!:)

The young guy who did my nails was so professional and paided attention to detail for the most part, he was a little too file happy on the right side and not equal on the left which if I noticed Im sure he would have corrected. The price was way better than my usual salon and it was gorgeous and clean in there.

I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done quickly, happened to come across Lynny Nails. I will not go anywhere else now. They are amazing and the shop is gorgeous!! I love that they offer straight tips and coffin shaped tips to make the perfect nail shape! 5 out of 5, hands down! Love Lynny Nails!!!

The store was absolutely gorgeous and clean, and the nail technicians were kind and efficient. The prices were also very reasonable and I appreciated being asked if I wanted to pay before the tech began on my nails, I dont get that too often so it was a nice little plus. Overall it was a great experience and I will 100% be going back to this place.

I will Never Ever return here Ever again. My second time going to this establishment. Last visit a Week later my nail with shellac chipped and came off I gave them the benefit of doubt and did not go back up there or complain. Me and my friend went Back up there yesterday (3weeks from our first visit) for another pedi and nails paint.. We always make our appointment and Never seen until 15 mins later. Takes them two hours Plus to finished any job and I heard the owner tell someone paying a Whole different price then what he quoted to her over the phone. Did the exact same thing to me. I’m very strong in customer service and this is not one of them. The polish is cheap as well. My friend and I will never return Again! good luck if you decide to go here You will get ripped off I paid $82.00 for a job that’s worth and should have been about $60-$70Thanks Lynny for showing who you really are Before I spent several money with you. I’m going Back to GA nails!

I am a first time customer. I had a pedicure, and my friend tagged along with me. They were so sweet and let her sit next to me and also let her use the massage chair even though she wasn’t getting anything done. Super cute place, clean, and friendly!

{Edit: Nails lasted about a week and a half because they were so thin, they snapped. Payed extra $10 for gel acrylic.. now that I do my own nails I know that there wasn’t a big difference, will not be back.. }. Nails looked amazing! But didn’t last. Very easy to sign in and waited about 5 minutes (it was pretty busy) but they fit me in and were very professional. It was my first time there and it is very clean and looks beautiful.. The downside is some of my fingers are Extremely sore from the nail file and from them digging their nails into the sides of my fingers. Staff was ok, but didn’t talk much.

My first time here was very pleasant. As it’s located within the mall I was uncertain. I must say I was treated to a very nice pedicure The space was new, light and airy. The employees took detail to customer safety during these Covid related times. Will be a return customer.

First time doing my nails and was amazing will definitely go again. People are so nice there they did amazing job!!!

I guess I came at a busy time when there were only 3 customers. It was 2:30 pm at the time and he told me to come back at 3. I said okay. I come back at three, there were 3 more people there than before when it was “busy” and told me to sanitize my hands. By that time it was 3 pm. I stand at the counter for 10 mins before being seated. Then when I finally get a seat, I sit for another 30 mins with absolutely no services rendered. To think that it was my first experience with them and to have it be so poor is a shame.

We were shopping in the mall and walked in without an appointment. Peter did a beautiful job on my nails and his entire family was so friendly! They chatted with us about Grand Rapids and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations because we were from out of town.
