Sterling Massey State Farm Insurance has never treated me like a customer or client. They have always treated my family and myself as a close and loved family members.I moved to Alaska a few years ago and selected State Farm because Massey had been so amazing. I initially thought it was all State Farm agencies but unfortunately that isn’t necessarily correct. Without going into the details I reached out to the Sterling Massey office and explained my dilemma. They immediately took charge and resolved the issue from GR for an issue in AK.I might add they remember every birthday and recognized losses of family members with warm personal cards and notes.They are just awesome!! I have to say Sterling Masseys State Farm is the best. He definitely knows how to choose the people he wants to work with him. All of them are fantastic. I have spoken with Nancy numerous times and she is friendly, easy to talk with when you have questions, very knowledgeable, professional and funny if you joke with her. She is an all around great person. I just started a 4th insurance policy with them and during the process Nancy looked at my other policies and discovered things that I did not do that could save me money. I have never had an insurance company call me and say we can save you money. That surprised me. I would normally think thats going above and beyond but I truly believe to them that its just doing their job and doing it exceptionally well. I have been with them for quite a few years and plan on staying with them for many more years.

They always work with you on your policys and really have your best interest at heart. All the ladys that work there are knowledgeable and kind.
