I was pleased when I started with the agency many years ago. As the agency grew, the personal touch decreased, while prices increased. I shopped around and have better coverage for significantly less money.

Very poor service from Keith and the Steensma Agency and Meemic. Multiple mistakes and extra charges due to their errors after my mom passed away. I would not recommend working with them. One thing after another they cannot get right. They do not do what they say they are going to do.

These people are the worst. Dont buy insurance here. A family member passed away. They were charging about double of what GEICO charges. They told me they have to charge me $100 more a month for not driving the car and I live in Florida. These people are extremely dishonest. Wish I could give them zero stars. Do yourself a favor, call GEICO !

Decent insurance but not the cheapest. Rates randomly went up $23 per month despite no accidents or tickets and when I called to ask, the lady on the phone was rude and said it was because my first 6 months were up and I still don’t understand why it went up.

Good insurance company for teachers. At least a couple employees really did not know what they were talking about when trying to answer my questions about home owners insurance. Still they smile and are really nice people there. I just wish when they reality did not know answers to my questions, they would just say so and point me to whom did.
