I personally dont know how people give them 5 stars. I am sorry for my one star, in fact they deserve no star at all. Last week I was looking for an auto and home insurance, and I went there. Tyler Moore was the guy whom I talked to. He verbally gave me a quote of monthly $195 for two cars fully insured, and the third one stored (included in the policy, but not actively insured). Since I had to get somewhere on-time, I left there office and give him my email address for the written quote. After 3 days, I called them to find out about the quote. First of all, he acted as the insurance companys lawyer, not an agent. Second, he was indirectly insisting me to change my roof so he can buy me insurance. Third, when we did not agree on the roof change (as not needed for another 4 to 5 years), he sent me the quote for the same three cars as explained, this time not $195 per month, but $232.67. In addition to this, since I have given them my cell-phone number, I receive more than 10 calls per day from unknown numbers, mostly rob-calls.

This company has went downhill in this last year. Horrible customer service and I was even lied to about price just to make a sale. I took my business elsewhere and will never return.

Jill was able to switch our coverage to a less expensive rate with the same features.We had to file a windshield claim and were told by Safelite with our policy it would be $500.With our old coverage it would have been $100 at most. I emailed Jill and she got right on the issue and resolved it for us.

I found this insurance agency in the Yellow Pages and found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgable and very service oriented. The agent that helped me was Belinda and she explained the coverage to me in a way that I could understand it and I didnt become overwhelmed by all of the insurance terminology. She took the time to ask me questions to understand what my needs were and provided the policies that I asked for. Cyndi performed a miracle; After my previous premium TRIPLED due to my first at-fault accident in 70 years and I then reduced my coverage from full to minimum legal, $3000/yr to $2000/yr. Cyndi found a company, Bristol West, who gave me Full cover at $216/yr less than my previous minimum legal cover. I had given up protesting and shopping when Cyndi approached me cold-turkey.

My experience over the last year with the Dalessandro agency has been frustrating. Lack of communication, lack of response, lack of basic reading skills when I communicated via e-mail, and more. I felt I had to beg them to do their job and make money off of me. Im saving nearly 50% on my auto now by switching to a different company, though. Im not sad to see Nationwide go.
