While I went their as a retail customer because I did not know they were wholesale only the staff was exceedingly helpful and lovely to work with.

I feel compelled to write a review after reading a post that lamented ones experiences with AES. AES is not perfect, they will make mistakes...but so do we. We will continue to make mistakes, and so will AES. Such is the nature of life. What is important is that one strives to serve their customers better. AES is a leader in our industry, and their personal touch to the hearth retailer is what sets them apart. Here is an example: I had a customer who wanted to view a fireplace that I didnt have on display. AES happened to have it in their wholesale showroom. However, the customer could not meet me until after AES was closed for the day. My outside sales rep, on very short notice, arranged for two inside sales associates to keep their doors open so that I could accommodate my potential customer by making an after hours appointment. Thus I say, kudos to AES [thank you Bill & Don]. I give my full recommendation of Associated Energy Systems.
