When arriving park on the street. Walk to checkin with paperwork. They will call you with a door. It is a tight area but not too bad. Drop trailer go on street and park. They will bring paperwork to you when empty.

Driver has a appt to deliver but they dont honor their appts and make the driver sit outside because they dont have room for them to park and then they dont call them for hours. I think they must not know how to manage their time and have no respect for the logistics industry. I am sorry to say but I will never again send any of my drivers to this facility.

If you have a 6:30 am appointment, it does not apply...park out on the street,, walk your paperwork over...they do the MoHawk trucks 1st, then its 1st come 1st served after that...usally in a door by 8:00am...Its a tight squeeze backing into the docks, only 1 truck at a time can get wiggled in at a time, same for getting out...You have to disconnect once docked and go back out on the street to park due to limited space...

Mohawk industries company that has been around since 18 24 I think period and its a flooring company that provides tile floor, carpeting, wood flooring, alignment and other flooring products.

Very disorganized and rude. My drivers have been sitting there for 8h already and not even half done . Never again

Came them for a small piece of carpet. As I waited for the product, I watched as the fork lift drivers spun donuts and played around with their coworkers. I stood and waited for about 25 minutes. Finally, once the carpet gets placed in my car, one of the workers asked if I had signed the papers yet. He told me I had to go back to area I had just spent all that time waited at. I sign it and go to walk out. Now I am informed I need to get my ID scanned. I asked repeatedly why they couldnt have done this while I was made to wait as they goofed off? The worker just apologized, with a smile on his face.If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Got unloaded Sunday morning no parking. so be on time.very tight place and the sunday start up boss was very helpful unloaded quick.

Well its a fully operational company that tells you one thing and goes completely the other way. They cant even keep drivers or warehouse workers on board. What a joke.
