Not impressed by this group, namely Darren the CPA. The office was pleasant to deal with and when asked them for an approximate time frame for the job, they gave me a reasonable range. It turned out they went well past this, and when I emailed Darren for an update, I got no response (happened twice over a period of a couple weeks). Seemed too busy to take care of my menial taxes.

Have been going here for over 10 years never had a bad experience they maximize safely what you can do with your taxes every time I’ve always been happy with their service you will never be disappointed

I’ve only heard positive things about this team and how hard they work. Once I move away from a self-service (when my taxes aren’t super simple), I’ll be looking here first.

We had been going to Darren at Tri Cities Tax &Accounting for 2 years and no complaints. This year was a different story, Darren was not friendly or courteous this year he was rude and very unprofessional rushing through our taxes not answering our questions and lied about how much he was going to charge our son who is a full time college student, when I expressed my concerns about his service he became hostile and sarcastic and started to argue with me saying that since my son was a full time college student he should have gone somewhere else to get his taxes done. I definitely will NOT be recommending this company to anyone!!! I am very disappointed and very upset about the whole situation! When I advised Darren about my review that I would post on google he replied sarcastically saying like that will make a difference! Wow! Im so disappointed in how this situation was handled and in this company!
