Worst place ever... Walked in at 10:30am to get a quote (was empty no customers) and some other person that had a 10am appointment walked in and she took care of them first instead of me when we were already about to start the process very unprofessional...not my fault your 10am appointment was 30min late. Never go here unless you want unprofessional help.

Extremely unprofessional! First off, we were 5 minutes early to an 11:15am appointment, still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Secondly, the only person there was the Office Manager and she had her large dog with her. The dog was all over the clients sitting there getting their taxes done. Who was pregnant! The client was pregnant and the office managers dog was all over her. Seriously!?!?! As they walked out, her husband was completely covered in dog hair!!! And she did nothing about it!!!!! Then when I asked the price of the services, she got upset that I even asked at all, and proceeded to ask a series of questions with an extremely childish tone. After I said no thank you because the prices were too high she continued to push deals on us. And by the way, they werent deals. They were just a way to trap you into filing with them the next year.TL:DR .... Extremely unprofessional. Too pricey. Untrained dog.

I seen Shanan and she was real helpful she answered all my questions, I am definitely am happy with her service. I usually file thru TurboTax so I thought the fees were kind of high but in the long run worth it. I recommend seeing her if you need your taxes filed.

They misspelled the name on the address of my paperwork now my stimulus check will not be mailed to my address because the address on the paperwork doesnt exist! No way to call them or the IRS so good to know that my family has no cushion for these tough times over a typo.

Linda was helpful and very knowledgeable! Our questions were all answered, and the process was a piece of cake! Made taxes a joy, looking forward to next year.

Everything went well the day I did my taxes.. I went back in a few days later to ask a question. As I sat there waiting I heard a customer ask about the $50 Wal-Mart card (sent to customers by email) promised to customers, saying she didnt or someone didnt get theirs.So while I was there I informed the manager (she did my taxes) that I did not receive mine either. She bluntly said I gave you (cant quote exactly) (some kind of card) the card. I said, no you didnt give me any card. She then said well it was a wal-mart card then. I explained I did not nor have ever received any e-mails from Jackson Hewitt.She called someone and stated I have a code red After hanging up she informed me I should be receiving an e-mail within 24-48 hours with the card, and also said they have to cancel the other one first. Her customer service was horrible. I dont plan on using Jackson Hewitt ever again. Im a nurse and know all about code words. Whether or not code red meant anything derogatory or not I certainly assumed it did. I was very tired and was just inquiring, thats all. I was in no way hostile or rude. I wish I could say the same thing about this employee..

The Manger of all people made a huge mistake on my taxes for 2015 I went in and asked her if she could do business taxes and she said yes mind u she is the head of all in tri cites well she did all the paper work spent 3 hours with her and tipped her $50 come to find out she knew nothing. IRS sent me paper work and after me going to IRS office they showed me she did my taxes as if I were not a business and she did not do add my additional tax amount. And now I owe $3000 more. My gf does her taxes for free lots of sites that u can just enter your numbers and not have to pay people that dont really know what they are doing

This place is horrible second year they messed up on my check the only reason I came is because they promised it wouldnt happen again and guaranteed a free return never again .! Not to mention the manager SAT there stared at me and told me I dont know what to tell u about your check ! Seriously..If u want to be treated like garbage and get charged a ridiculous amount go ahead and come here !Also was threatened to get the police called on me for being impatient This was the manager her name is Diana ! All the rest of the staff is great btw.
