Excellent preparers, all have and demonstrate expertise in their field. They care about their clients, and do everything they can to get the largest refund possible. Several useful products, very convenient. I especially like the Refund Transfer, it makes the entire process smoother and easier. Peace of Mind is also an excellent product, its like an insurance policy for your tax return. (Note: While I am a preparer for this location, what I said is not from the company, its from my own knowledge and experience.)Edit: Prices can be a bit high, the average family return is about $300.

In the past the service has been excellent for the price. Now, its so expensive that I have to set money aside just to be able to do my taxes. The agent are still great, and very helpful, the prices...not so much.
