Very Happy with their Fast and thorough Service. I dropped my Galaxy S21 + 5G and Cracked/Broke the Screen. It Cost $375 for a New Screen and $30 for a Glass Screen Protector.No Charge for labor.I dropped it off at 4:00pm and picked it up at 6:30 pm.They are Open 7 days a week and Most Nights until 9:00 pm.

Had my I phone XS Max’s screen replaced and wasn’t told I would be getting an LCD screen. I paid and left, after realizing it was wrong because my phone would not dim and True Tone didn’t work anymore I called and they said they’d work with me to come back in. I was called out of state to the Oregon fires but went in a couple months later when I got home. “Working with me” meant charging me another 330.00 on top of the 230.00 I already paid for the screen I was led to believe I was getting originally! Haha not to mention the screen they put on was falling off in one corner and they refused to fix that as well. I would have paid the difference and they may have kept a customer as well as gotten referrals from me but no, that’s not the road they chose. I have found an honest, fast and very professional phone repair business at less than half of what EZ fix charges! Save your money and your head and go to Mendez in Pasco!

I had a wonderful experience! I got my iPhone XS Max screen replaced and it was the cheapest price I could find in the area. They charged me $206, I went to various other places and there prices were no lower then $260! Took some time to get fixed but got the job done so I’m happy

I dropped my ps4 off for a diagnostic on why the image wouldnt display. They wrote my number down wrong so I got zero updates. Also they charged me the $40 fee for diagnostics after they spent 2 weeks with it and found ZERO answers as to why it doesnt work. But they still charged me. How am I to trust it wasnt just their incompetence in diagnostics since they couldnt even write a phone number down properly. Not to mention I called for an update on my file after 1 week so they should have had my number. All in all stay away from them for consoles.

Went into the store to get my iPhone X screen replaced. Before the payment process, I said if the screen was going to be OLED. The female worker responded with “Yes the screen will be OLED and its the best one”. After the payment process, I gave them my phone and waited about 20 minutes. They called to let me know that the phone was ready, I went back into the store and picked up the phone and got greeted with an LCD screen. I went back to the store to and to make a long story short, they basically couldn’t do anything because nothing was wrong with the display.-EDIT-After using the screen for two months I have encountered the following problems.*Dirt has gotten into the front camera*Sometimes the screen will stay white or will turn off by itself*Very rarely, the screen will sometimes flickerAs my review states, I wouldn’t recommend this place since it’ll probably give you more problems in the future.

This company is awesome. They actually repaired a broken screen and a lost back to the phone within a very short period of time . I highly recommend them. I was not without my phone for more than 3 hours.

I took my iPhone X into EZ cell phone repair and they said it would take a couple hours to assess and fix my phone if they could do it. They said if they couldn’t and had to send it away they would email ASAP. I went to pick it up as all it needed was s cleaning. The service was quick and the price was good. I was unfortunate enough to have an eBay transaction with this business. I sold this business an item in like new condition, perfectly functional. When this business received the item they immediately claimed it was damaged and disregarded all communications that I had made with them to resolve the issue. This business contacted eBay and eBay customer service bullied me into a return and refunding the item. When I finally received the item back there was no damage there was nothing wrong with it, and it was still perfectly functional as it was when it left my facility the first time. I dont blame the business owner but whoever does the eBay purchasing for this business should be reprimanded. They either failed to test the item at all upon receipt or they are just a liar. They also failed to return the complete item I shipped it to them with the charging block and charging cable and they only returned one of the two pieces.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I took an old iPhone 5 in with a broken screen, digitizer and home button and Jose fixed it within an hour. The price was extremely good and he included a warranty. I gave the phone to my daughter and she has been using it for a few weeks with no problems. The staff are very nice and helpful and the amount of time that they get things done is amazing.

The battery came in sooner than expected. They were very busy and it took a little longer to get it installed, but I felt it was done in a timely manor

Great replacement, the screen works perfectly and the staff member was super nice, the only thing I ran into having an issue with which isn’t a big deal because he offered it for free was the screen protector with my iPhone 8 Plus, since there is no way to change the touch sensitivity on it the screen protector was a waste

Went got my phone done there and they gave me a cheap screen and it broke again within 3 hours and they wouldnt t fix it even if it is under there warrenty. The warranty they have is if your phone e goes all crazy. I will never use them again.
