I took a phone in to get fixed I hoped. It had gotten wet and the screen had lines on it. The guy took my phone in the back and said to come back at 6 on the dot. Then he turned right back around and said the phone was not fixable. The screen didnt turn on any more at all. I felt like it was almost dead and that the screen would lite up I told him this he said of it did its not anymore so now its a done deal not gonna work. I took my phone very upset. Today the lights came back on in the background of the screen o think I am gonna take it back and try again to see if he can help me fix me phone

Super good... sent wife in to get new used galaxy s7 but he was out of those, but offered to fix hers (malfunctioning screen) for $140 and Im glad we said yes - virtually new phone now, with new shell and screen. wife very happy.

If you notice all of his responses are well written like he has a good excuse for everything, real quick to blame anything else except himself. He pivots well I’ll give him that. Very helpful and friendly. They had the battery for my Android phone in stock and were able to replace the battery in about 30 minutes. The phone didnt come with a replaceable battery but now it is good as new. They also noticed that the charging cable was no longer seating itself in the phone and they fixed that as well for no addition cost. Great place for your electronic repair needs.

Awesome Shop! I had to go to Seattle in an hour and he was able to fix my screen. That I dropped on concrete from 15 feet up! Phone works great now! Definitely recommend this location and help support a local business. His price is very reasonable. I was in and out in 15 min.

I took an unlocked S7 in because it wasnt getting data on T- Mobile. After assuring me anything can be fixed, 5 minutes in the shopkeeper says he cant fix it because some settings are missing. He offered me $80 credit for it toward a used $180 LG, so I paid the $100 difference and went on my way. In short, the microphone was broken on the LG so I couldnt receive phone calls. I brought it back the next day, but all he offered me was $100 store credit. He refused to return my S7, stating that it was in pieces (after one day) that would take a month to find. He argued that he had to make money and this was their business policy. He threatened to call the cops on me. Apparently him keeping $260 worth of phones and my $100 while I received $100 in store credit after he sold me a broken phone is a fair business practice for this place. He couldnt make any of the other T- Mobile phones he had work with my Sim. Eventually he did find a replacement microphone for the LG. I recommend not buying a phone here.Update: I took the phone back again because the camera doesnt focus and it went into a bootloop. Refused to honor the warranty and said he would have to wipe it in order to give me store credit and that I would have to trust he was good enough at his job to get that done. I said I didnt trust that after my experiences and he refused to do any service at all then threatened to call the cops again and audio video recorded me during the conversation. Cheater, liar, and thief. Avoid at all costs.

Thanks Cellular 911..I took my phone to Cellular 911 and for a very reasonable price and less than 30 min. my phone was fixed and ready to go--I checked out other cell phone repair shops in the area and was quoted 40% more and up to 1 week for my phone to get repaired. Now I dont know about anyone else, but 1 week without my phone is 1 week to long. Thanks guys. I would highly recommend!!

Absolutely awful, shameful, and fraudulent service at best.I very specifically asked the owner, Joe, for an OLED screen repair and paid for it. It took 10min. I get home to check it in the dark to ensure it was OLED and not LCD and... surprise... it was an LCD screen. When I went back, he pretended he had no idea it wasnt OLED- after all of the boasting about his technical knowledge and bragging about being the best in the area, he didnt know the screen he was installing was an LCD and not an OLED? He was probably betting I wouldnt know the difference. When I asked for the correct screen, he told me he didnt have any in stock. So he didnt have the part I had paid for, slapped on whatever screen and took my money. He told me to come back on Tuesday when he gets his shipments and he would replace the screen with an OLED.That Tuesday, Joe told me he still didnt have any OLEDs and told me to come by on Thursday. On Thursday, he said Tuesday again... Do you see where this is going? I eventually asked him to just give my money back and he said he would have to take the screen off. I told him to go ahead and take it off, then he claimed he couldnt do that either and told me again to come back because he was going through some stuff. No remorse for giving me the incorrect screen or selling me a false product. It was always just come back later.After calling multiple times, he finally got a screen in and I ask him when I should come by and if I would need an appointment. He said to come by anytime and he would replace the screen. When I get there, he tells me to come back later! Shouldnt your priority be the customer you screwed over for over a month? 35 days later and after 5 visits and 4 phone calls, he finally put the screen I paid for on my phone.If you choose (at your own risk) to give this kind of person your business, make sure you verify exactly what youre getting before you pay so he doesnt try to screw you over and feign stupidity after being overtly egotistical. Highly unprofessional.

Came in clutch repairing my first iPhone as a kid years ago. Again he came through and allowed my father to temp purchase a phone due to sprint being too unhelpful to assist in a loaner while my dads phone was being sent in for a warranty repair. Happy he is around doing honest business. Definitely go his way.

Loved the honesty. Even though we ended up choosing another option for our phone repair, I loved their business practice and total transparency on what they would do. Also loved that they sent us to a competitor just to help make sure we got what we needed. Definitely coming back in the future.

Well, for starters, I wouldnt recommend going here for ANY services. Here is the reason why.I went into Cellular 911 and talked with Joe who is supposedly the proud owner of a 14 year business. How it lasted this long I have no idea. Customers must get upset, never to use the service again and fail to leave an accurate review for the rest of us. Or on the other hand, the few that use it dont care that they are being swindled. I refuse to believe the later.I told Joe that I was looking for some USB-C to USB-C cords of which he said that he had none. I informed him that I was done looking for an immediate fix and would just order them online from Amazon (Yes, I specifically said Amazon). He gave me a smirk of which I now know what it was and proceeded to offer to order them for me. Fool me to trust that he might get a slightly better or even comparable price to Amazon. Im not opposed to supporting the local economy, but I am opposed to a business owner taking advantage of their customers.For the two items that I asked him to order for me would have cost me $20.61 if I would have purchased it from Amazon myself. Not looking at the receipt and trusting it shouldnt cost me more than say $30 for his 5 minutes of work ordering my cords for me, I signed the receipt and left the establishment.A couple days later (Via Amazon Prime) my package came and low and behold it had the receipt for what he paid for the parts. After having a funny feeling that wasnt how much I paid for it, I checked my receipt from Cellular 911 and he had charged me a flat fee of $50 which after tax came to $54.30. Lets just say that my jaw dropped and I was wondering if it was a mistake as there is no way he charged me $33.69 OVER the cost of an already marked up part from Amazon.Again trusting it shouldnt cost me more than say $30 for his 5 minutes of work I called Joe and asked him for an explanation ... after a very long hesitation as if looking for some good reason as to why he overcharged me that much he said and I quote, You decided to use my services ... and my reply to him was, Ok, so you charged me $54.30 for $20.61 of parts ... Your service fee of $33.69 for 5 minutes of work comes to $101.07 / hr. The whole while Im talking to him, he was talking over the top of me as if what I had to say didnt matter.After i mentioned the $101.07 / hr for his services, he hesitated so long that I actually had to ask if he was still there. His response, You decided to use my service. I, with a fair amount of frustration at this point told Joe that I would be reporting this to the BBB and writing reviews in every possible location in order to let other customers know the truth about this unsatisfactory and shoddy business.Oh, and for those of you who havent figured it out yet, I will do the math for you. Joe from Cellular 911 charged me 263% over what you can purchase the same equipment from Amazon for.Please Please Please do not support businesses like this!

Arrived at store 10:35am 1/28/16. Store opens at 10am, no one to be seen. Closed sign on door, says will return by 10am. Red flag of how the business is most likely ran and the service that would follow. I didnt even bother to call, went to their competitor instead 👍

My experience has been positive with Celluar 911. I have not visited their new location yet, but I was impressed by the customer service, selection, and repairs that they do at the old one. Its an awesome business, I hope that the bad experiences Ive read here are just the exceptions to the rule.

I took my phone to Cellular 911 that freezes every 30 mins and the dude look at it for two secs and he said that he can fix it for $185. He said the the screen is broke and needs to be replace. So I decided to check around for cheaper shop to replace my phone screen and went to E-Fix in Pasco. The gentleman checked my phone and he said that theres nothing wrong with my screen and it could be hardware or something else is wrong with it and for sure its not the screen. So the gentleman told me that they will check my phone and comeback the next day. I went back the next day and my phone was fixed and they didnt charge me anything. Its been a week and my phone is still running great.

Went in today there was a sign on the door that read we will be closed today at 5:30 thank you for understanding. There was another sign that read be back at 2:30 on the window. I waited outside for about an hour then decided to go pay a bill down the street since it was 2:15 I came back it was 2:30 and I see that the first sign had been altered and now it read we will be open at 3:30 today thank you for understanding. That is so unprofessional you are running a business its not like youre at home. You dont get to go in and leave whenever you want especially if theres cars outside and people waiting in them while I was waiting I saw about 3 people try to open the door and just leave bc it was closed. When I got back a girl waiting outside said a guy had altered the sign and just left like nothing. If the sign on the door and online it says youre open from 10-7 then you should be open from 10-7. That was honestly a waste of an hour. So unprofessional.

Honestly wouldnt even give them a 1/2 starReally disappointedWe thought that we were trading a note 4 and 100$ for an unlocked iPhone 6 plus but they wouldnt start the unlock until we gave them the cash and the note 4 (that should have been the first red flag)But we ignored that and After over a month of guaranties that they would be able to unlock the phone they finally admitted that it wouldnt be able to be done (which I pretty much already knew because I called sprint to check the imei after the first two weeks of waiting and they said it still was under someone elses name)When we asked for our note 4 back they said that it was gone even tho we know that it went to one of the employees of the store.Well now they have stopped answering our phone calls and responding to our Facebook messages.This is not how people should do business.I really thought this company would have handled us with more professionalism instead they straight up stole from us.

I went in with a samsung7galaaxy in gold and they said they could fix the screen for 200$ in less than 15mins, better than their competitors prices which were 250-350 1-4days to fix, my phone came out half black and half gold (which im not to picky so ehh whatever) but the signal wasnt working on it so i had to take it back in which i ended up leaving it over night since the guy said it would take him about 3hours to fix. the next morning it was working and he had customized it so the whole phone was black and gold not just half gold half black but intermixed. Pretty badass also put a screen potecter on there...i left loving my phone they went the extra mile and didnt charge me anything more for it. Definitely recommending them to everyone i know.

TLDR; I bought a phone. It didnt work, he said hed fix it, it takes over a month. Dishonest and unprofessional. _&_&_Full: I bought a phone from Cellular 911 for my uncle. It was a slider keyboard phone with 4g and a decent screen. It was clearly used, but he told it was it was functional and so I bought it. So we get to setting it up and we soon discover the keyboard (the main reason I bought the phone) didnt work. We take it back and I ask for my most of my money back, not all, but most. To which he replies that he doesnt do cash refunds but he will fix it free of charge. I wait over a month for him to order the part. I checked once or twice every week. On the final week, he told me if it wasnt fixed by friday he would refund the money(evidently he does do refunds). Friday comes and goes and I get no phone call. I get on Saturday and he said the part did come, but he hadnt fixed it yet and theres no chance of refund.

Be part about it dont hear about it!.The best part is that I started to get to know him he doesnt care for the the money or grow but he cares for the public: to help.

My sons galaxy 5s need it a new screen,, when I ask how much would they charge I was told 200 plus tax, the only thing was the the screen they had was white and my phone was black/blue.. so I told him tht I would prefer black but I guess I would take the white one .... so he comes back n said he found a blue screen so ofcourse I said oh good... thinking am paying 200 dollar so it must be new... he never mention anything about the screen being used or new.. so ofcourse he change it I pay ... so the only thing I really check was if it turned on because I was in a hurry n I had my infant in my arms... so as am leaving he says if it doesnt work for come back and I put the white one... so WHT ever i went home n notice the screen was very much scratched up...so I called on thrusday so se. Why did I got a used screen... who ever answer was very rude and all he said was come back with the receipt.... so I went back and the first thing he said was do u have the receipt so I showed it to him and then he said ohhh you paid for a used screen the new ones are 220 plus taxes who according to him it was gona be 260 something ... yess!!!. So am trying in a nice way to ask why the used screen and he didnt say anything about different prices because it makes no sense to get a used screen for a 20 dollar difference... so all he said is no. I gave you your options n thts wht u want it... so am not getting nowhere with this guy... so I say oh well give me the new screen n Ill pay the difference and he literally said no because he dont have a certain item that he needs to remove the screen without braking it so I could have to pay for a new screen witch it would be 220 plus taxes ... and thts it....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PPL TO GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE... TO LOOK UP THE REVIEWS... now am stuck with a messed up screen that. Cost me 217..... hope this helps other ppl.. I got a scratch on my cell screen. Went to them to get it fixed they said it would take a day to fix. So they kept my cell over night. They would call when it was ready to be picked up. This was Friday. Saturday went by, Since it was Sunday I decided to call Monday. I finally got ahold of a someone after calling like a million times. They said they still had not gotten to it yet. I started to get annoyed. So I told them I was coming for my cell and that they better have it fixed since I had to pay ahead of time. Since I was going in I took some old cell phones and they gave me a 20.00 discount in there shop. WHATEVER.. They told me to lay a book on my cell phone over night to keep the screen on? ok... I did that. Three days later I took it back in.. They said I must not have put the book in it. My husband came with me this time. He told them I did. They put another screen on and this time told my husband what to do. They also sell other things so my husband asks if they could sell our tires for us. He said yes before the month was up he could have them sold. okay sounds good too us. Still had issues and he guy says btw I switched out your key board.. why? it was not the right one? Did i tell him or ask him to do that ... NO! Ive had issues with my screen and keyboard now and wish I never went in. This is a year later... MY TIRES ... who the hell knows what happened to them. DONT TRUST THEM. They are cons. I believe they sold my tires and kept the money to themselves.

Small claims court might be in my future battling these idiots trying to get my money back after they sold me a broken phone and wouldnt take it back. The guy who is the owner (though I have no idea if thats true or not) is incredibly rude and a liar. He said he would get it fixed in a week. Over 5 weeks later. No phone. What a way to run a business. I would suggest taking your phones elsewhere to get them fixed as this has been one of the worst business experiences I have ever had.
