The RT is great at what they do and are awesome to work with!

Dan and his team are excellent. They go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I basically run my business via 1 laptop computer and I showed up to work this morning and it was dead... no power... nothing. I contacted Dan, and he had me bring it over ASAP (about 8:30 am) He got hold of me a short time later saying the motherboard was fried and I needed a new computer but he was confident he would be able to retrieve all the data and put it on my new computer. I immediately ran and bought a new computer, took it to Dan and a few hours later, I was able to go pick up my new computer with ALL the data from my old computer! Dan and his team are phenomenal and incredibly easy to work with. What amazing service! Thank You, again!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! After using a different tech company for years, using Robinson Tech was a breath of fresh air. They are friendly and their customer service is amazing. They help to teach me about my system so I can trouble shoot in the future, and they always come out quickly and resolve the issue well. I highly recommend Robinson Tech!

Quick fix but our computer messed up again with in a day of use

We are a local business owner here in the the Tri-Cities and we own a lot of business through out Washington. In all my years of business we never dealt such a professional team like Dans. They are very customer friendly and know what they are doing. I called every IT in the Tri-Cities and Robinson Tech had the best deal.
