I purchased a very expensive Shaquille ONeill Nereus chair for my wife, it was about $500. The product had defects straight from the factory, and after a month the seat cushion was nearly gone. You could feel the metal and wood in the chair when you sat down. Neither me nor my wife are overweight, and it wasn’t used for anything more than work hours. Office Depot would not let me return the item because of the “open box” policy with office furniture. I contacted the company that works with customers on warranty, to see if I could get replacement parts for the chair. It’s been over 4 months and every time I contact them they say “it should ship soon”. I’m starting to think they are just trying to wait out my warranty. I’m extremely disappointed in Office Depot. I feel like I was scammed. No option for refund, and horrible warranty service. The chair still smells new, hasn’t been used since it became uncomfortable a month after buying it. Office Depot customer service told me since I didn’t order online it wasn’t their problem. I will never shop at this store again, and I encourage every person considering shipping here not to bother. Not worth the horrible customer service.

Bought a desk online and wasn’t what I thought it would be so returned it to the store. Joseph & Victor made it very easy and quick - not to mention how nice they were. Thank you!

If I could give this place a 1 star I would I went in buying a cash register and I ordered it they said it would be 1-3 day delivery and i asked the lady at the front if I could pick it up in store she said no so I called them and they said I wouldn’t get my package and I am very mad I followed with a complaint I would not recommend buying anything online.

There was no assistance offered on the floor. No greeting at the door. The cashier I waited for was desperately trying to sell membership to the elderly gentleman man in front of me. The sales pitch went on and on. I dont think the gentleman bought very much office supply in his situation. I waited and waited and waited. Then I placed the items I was going to buy on the counter as I left the store. I have noted that many reviews seem contrary to the average experience. Well lit, yes but what customer is impressed with strip mall lighting? Well stocked and huge compared to what? Expensive in comparison to Target, Walmart and any other big box store you can think of? Yes! But big box stores do not focus on office supply and commercial grade items are not available at Walmart. Excellent service, perhaps at times and I laud those who compliment, but I do question the exemplary compliments when so many of us walk in and are ignored and then spend more time waiting in line behind one customer than locating and carrying a purchase to the counter? The entire line of electronics is cheaper at Best Buy with much better customer service.

Fantastic computer repair service. Made my computer run better than when it was new, and for a great price! The technician there, Doug, really knows his stuff! Ive been going to this OD for about 8 years and am always satisfied with their products, prices and customer service. They have me as a customer for life!

The employees are very helpful and knew where to find everything I needed. The only thing that bugged me was that they told me I could save 25% off of purchase if I downloaded the Office Depot app. So, I go back out to my car to get my cell phone and jump through all the hoops, only to find out when Im at the register, that its only good on regular priced items. Everything I was buying was on sale, so it didnt do me any good. It would have been nice if the employees that were handing out the slips of paper with the instructions on how to sign up for the app and get the coupon would have mentioned it wouldnt work on sale items.

I needed some documents scanned tonight before closing time. I was told by the person standing outside it was too late it was 7:59pm and the printing person was going home already (saw them leaving). Technically they’re still not closed when I got there and they should take care of every customer walking in before 8pm. I don’t understand why employees are leaving a few mins before closing, don’t they stay after closing to clean and sanitize? I’ve been coming here almost every day to print documents from my email for over a month and they just lost my business.

Based upon the other reviews we must have hit a bad day (Friday Mar.22nd around 1:30). My wife and l were looking for an office chair ($250 budget). We must have been in the chair section about 30 minutes without any May l help you? being heard. No other customers in the store! We found a chair we liked, but had questions. I walked up to the front where two employees were talking. I stood two feet away and waited, then walked away expecting a response... but, they (both wearing name tags), ignored me and never asked how l wanted to spend my $250, nor did l get to tell them my truck was backed up to their front door. I prefer shopping locally for a chair, but Amazon has a similar chair that will arrive April 3rd and l dont have to drive my truck 60 miles to get it. (Maybe at age 72 I didnt look like a good sale?)

This store is huge and brilliantly organized! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I got what I needed quick and recommendations for products that complimented my purchase. Nice job, Office Depot! You made me feel like a friend, and Ill definitely be back to shop here!

I am not impressed. I bought a desk and it had missing parts. Called and was told I had to contact the manufacturer, they cant help me. If u sell something u should stand behind ur product. Also, I have been over charged by almost 200 dollars as per my bank account. I called and they could not help me or refund me the money that they took... this is very poor customer service. I will not be going back and my friends, family, and colleagues will know about my experience

I arrived at this business barely before closing (I hate being that guy, but on this day it was unavoidable). Regardless of my deplorable timing, the staff was super polite, super helpful, & all around, simply super awesome.Seriously Office Depot people, you are all super in my book.They politely pointed me in the right direction, asked if I had indeed found what I had come for, & then checked me out in the most professional manner.I rarely visit office supply businesses (theyre not that high on my list of places to frequent) but hey, if theyre usually like this place, I might start hanging out in them more often.A heart felt & super big thank you to Office Depot. Ill soon return to spend more of my money on your office supply products.

I just need to let you know that Ron at the Kennewick store needs to be cloned and put in every aisle. I originally went in to buy a thumb drive that was on sale. I came across a salesperson that was busy on a desk top with no one else around him so I asked about the product. His answer was that it was out of stock, and no, they didnt give rain checks and thenI had to ask if he had any others that I could look at and he sent me 3 aisles away. ( not a friendly experience AT ALL!!!!!! ) If you want me to tell you more about this man, please contact me at work M-F 6am - 3pm, 373-3717, now on to the STAR of the show!!!!Ron asked me, on my way out, if Id found everything I needed and I told him what I was looking for ( I had my print out that I brought to the store with me to show him EXCATLY what I needed. WEll, after I told him that they were out an that I oculdnt get another one, he said I can get that for you right now!!! I was so happy. we stepped up to the front counter and he pulled up information on the computer, he used a save the sale feature that I didnt know you had and got my 2 thumb drives, I paid for them and was soooooooooooooo impressed that he would go out of his way to help me I told him I would be contacting the store !!! Good to my word, here is his review. Now, the very next day, in the afternoon, my thumb drives were delivered directly to my house by a courier!!! OMG, you will get more rave reviews when I go back to work and tell everyone about this experience. AS a buyer in my day job, you have earned my respect and my business. I will look to your store first for our office products, thank you for allowing Ron to make your image.
