Ive used Enterprise in Kennewick for the last year when Ive needed to go out of town and havent had my car readily available. Theyve always been amazing. In the beginning, I didnt understand the deposit but Ive just grown accustomed to it. Ive rented a truck, van, car..all of which served great purpose. My most recent experience I had car troubles the last evening and they willingly let me have 6 additional hours in a different car at no cost. They are just amazing to work with! Thank you Enterprise!

Enterprise overall has a modest service. My experience has not been smooth. They have not handled basic document processing well. I am yet to receive a document detailing my car rental.

The company offers many services to easily serve your specific travel needs. Its also very easy to place and modify a reservation online.

Renting the car was a breeze. Calling and asking for another day when told 3 days to return it on a different day was just as easy. I usually love enterprise! Frequent renter. This was just a bed experience... the car we rented was stuck on Kilometers, the staff didnt know how to fix the problem. It was very frustrating all weekend driving. First time Ive ever been a few hours late with the rental, and got charged for it... and after driving with the kilometers stuck all weekend, that was the icing on the cake. Please fix that car.

Good customer service, nice staff. My only complaint both times Ive rented from them is that all the windows were dirty on both rentals, a year apart. Outgassing on the windshield was so bad it left a foggy film, and the outside of the windows looked liked theyd been wiped With a soapy rag and not dried off. I spoke with the CSR and they said they are actively working on that issue with their crew, so hopefully it is fixed next time I rent from them. Overall, great experience otherwise

Excellent services. We book our rental truck months ahead online. They called us a day before to make sure we were still interested in renting the truck. When checking in, a little wait because of a customer in front of us which was no biggie but the service was quick and great. The truck made our vacay easy enough to bring some things to the beach and didnt have any problems with it. Returning the truck was quick service so overall great staffs with excellent experience that we wouldnt mind using them again. Thank you!

The agent was prompt and courteous. However the one-way fee and taxes more extravagant for having less than a day. $200 is too much to pay for a one-way I will shop around to find a better deal next time and that was with a senior discount.

Really had a pleasant experience at the kennewick, Washington rental office. I would certainly recommend this business to people that I know. In the past my experience with the staff at this location was less than desirable and gave me a sour thought of the company. Thanks to the current staff at this location I can say that my opinion is once again a positive one. These ladies were exceptional and provided my family and I above and beyond service. Excellent.

I would give no stars but that’s not an opinion. First, they rented me a car with an expired registration and tabs. To me this is very unprofessional, like do your job! This should have been done before renting it out to a costumer. Secondly, I told the employee TWICE that I already was covered by my insurance, and they told me I did NOT need to buy it. My insurance later made aware that Enterprise is commonly know to either scare you into purchasing their insurance or in my case mislead me into purchasing. The employee deceived me into buying their insurance by stating “the car can’t leave the lot unless I bought their insurance”. I believe they took advantage of my situation because I was already stressed from dealing with my accident auto claim. Now Enterprise billed me a ridiculous amount that is pretty much a monthly car payment(365) for a car I only had for 16 days !! Enterprise shouldn’t cause costumers more stress than what’s already going on.I talk to the manager and she was not very sincere about my experience or apologize for the misunderstanding caused by her employees......issue was resolved when I talked to the manager and I left our conversation with relief and satisfied with knowing that he was genuinely cared about my experience and apologize for the misunderstanding.For that I rate them a 4 Star!

Rented a car during the snow so we could get up our driveway. It did fine for the first three days. Then on Saturday the freezing rain came down that evening. Got home around 9:30pm headed up the driveway made it about 70 yards up the driveway and the car stopped and started sliding down the driveway. Mind you all 4 wheels are still trying to go forward to no avail. So I put it in neutral held the steering wheel firmly in place and road it out. It slid about 50 yards down the driveway before buried it in a snow bank. The car was damaged. I called them in the morning and let them know what happened they asked if I still needed a vehicle. I said yes but I need a 4 x 4. Thy said we dont have anything right now but your first on the list in Tri Cities to get one. They came and retrieved the car. Came back later and brought me a jeep. They made 2 trips to my house to accommodate our situation. They were always polite and courteous. They handled it very professionally. We took there insurance we always have. First time we ever needed it. I rate these guys at a 10 star. Highly recommend them. Youll never regret it. They. Were not only there for us the first time but went out of their way to help a very bad situation. See my wife is bed ridden for the last 17 years with lots of medical issues. God bless them for being there for us or we would have been stranded for more than 7 days.

It’s a pleasure renting a car at Enterprise Car Rental. The people working there are friendly and ready to help.

Very stressful experience from start to finish. Made an online reservation which clearly stated you CAN use a prepaid card or money order, get to this location and they say no. Sat there for 3 hours getting everything fixed ( had to call a relative to use their debit card) which then cost me even more for the rental since then there were 2 drivers placed on the agreement. Had to pay extra for insurance on top of that because my personal insurance wasnt accepted because I was now just an added driver. I asked if we can just buy their insurance and if they can take it off the deposit and was told no, after 30 minutes of trying to get insurance figured out I was told yes they can just take it from the deposit. This was truly the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I will never return to the Kennewick location, they caused nothing except stress on what was supposed to be a fun weekend.

I’m unable to rent a car here and get to PDX because I don’t have a major credit card. Even though my debit card is Visa and I have $1000 cash on me right now, I cannot rent a car and get to Portland and am stuck in Kennewick.Bummer!They should think of a way to circumvent that issue.UBER or lyft will cost me $600 to get to PDX from here in two ride sessions of $300 from here to hood river and hood river to PDX.

Kudos to this branch of the company. They are passionate, professional, and caring. We were in a tight spot and needed a car ASAP, and they did everything they could to meet our needs. Zach was especially good in communicating with us and ensuring we were taken care of.

They tell you you will be charged after you have returned the vehicle and will only be charged every 24 hours the vehicle is in your position. That is not their practice. Stay away! They charge you immediately after you drive away. They carge you an extra 100 dollar deposit that they dont tell you about and the contract has no mention anywhere in it. Any when you try and get answers, everyone I talked to tells you o well. Go anywhere but here! Anywhere! I have used enterprise for years. Never again!!!

I have rented a car from this store two times now and the service has always been fast. The longest part is them trying to talk about the their insurance but I have yet to see a need for it. I do wish they would fill up the gas tank to make it easy to return it with a full tank of gas and not try to guess how much gas is needed to hit the mark. But overall the price is the cheapest and you get to drive brand new cars. The last one only had 7k miles on it but the car did smell like someone smoked in the car.

My organization rents from Enterprise on a regular basis for business travel. My experience with their team has been very good, even when we have an emergent situation requiring short notice rental or shift in style/size of rental. I work hard to meet the needs of cancer patients and cancer treatment facilities throughout the state of Washington, so my schedule can change rapidly, requiring a great deal of flexibility and support from the staff at the Kennewick Enterprise office. The management there has taken time to get to know me, the needs of my colleagues, and they do well to meet those needs in timely and professional manner. I appreciate that we have a contract with them, and look forward to our continued work together.

More than I expected to pay to rent a car for a couple of days, but the staff was friendly and helpful. And Im sure it would be the same case with price renting a car elsewhere. I was able to drop in and get a car right away. It turned out I didnt need the car for as long as I originally said, and I was able to return it a day early for a full refund of that day.

I love this enterprise they have never done me wrong. I always call the local office and reserve a vehicle ahead and it takes about 10min average to complete the whole process. When i show up at the office they take good care of me and get me done in 20min or less. Thanks guys cant wait to see you again.

I wish I could give this place a review lower than one star. They didn’t explain their contract, they charged for a full day of rental that we didn’t even have the vehicle for more than 17 hours and charged almost 200 dollars over what we were quoted on our contract. We were also charged before we even brought the vehicle back! Horrible customer service and condescending employees. I’ve never once had to have a reservation when renting a car from this company and yet their horrible service was somehow our fault? Do not give them their business.

Rented a van for about $50 a day. All went great until I had to keep the van for an extra day. The charger was almost $100 for that day. I found that very tasteless, crooked and disrespectful of customers.

I am a 2 yr Enterprise plus club member. Mostly for business. My overall rating for service, consistency, reliability, dependability and value is 110%. Staff members I met 2 years ago are still there today, I dont see that often with businesses i frequent. I think that says a great deal about Enterprise. Entering the store and you are immediately greeted with a warm smile, eye contact and your rental process begins. Occasionally Ive had to wait in line but never have I been left to wonder how long of a wait I have? They are simply fast and efficient. Vehicles are always clean inside and out. Have not had a single mechanical issue yet. I have even been given an upgrade when the car i reserved was unavailable, at no extra cost to me. They offer great deals & special regularly. It pays to sign up for the occassional newsletter via email. I have saved hundreds of dollars by taking advantage of the great savings they send.

The lack of continuity of information between their toll free number when I booked the confirmation to when I arrived was beyond atrocious. I will never use this company. Ever.

Loved the customer service. Drop off at the airport couldnt have been easier. Plenty of employees guiding you to your spot and inspection and final receipt on the spot in 5 minutes. The price was a little steep because of trip changes we picked up the car in Kennewick and dropped off at PDX. All that convenience came at a price, +$300.

The assistant manager rented me a car and I told him when I was bringing it back. An he told me I would have my deposit returned to me. Then when I drop the car off he said that hed return $4 back cause it was after hours. He lied when I picked up the car then got rude with me on the phone and when I said I come down there and deal with it he said he return my deposit. Witch he didnt. Rude customer service and theyll lie to you to make a dime.

First they tell me they need to have a $100 deposit then they tell me they need to have a $200 deposit. First they tell me to rent a car itll cost $77 then they tell me to rent the car itll cost $101. Every single person I speak to has something different quote me on the exact same thing and this is while Im standing at the counter. They look at each other trying to figure out how to coordinate price as if nobody really knows the right answer but theyre afraid to talk about it openly I finally just said you know what nevermind forget it and went to another place.

We needed a rental for a car that was totaled in an accident. They did not have a car available but provided us with a truck until they received a car that afternoon, when they called us at the number we provided them and exchanged the vehicles. They were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. I have rented from them before and they have always done an excellent job.

Needed a rental last minute and the customer service was exceptional!!

I went in for a one day rental and stated that I was to be back that very same night. I was told that only a small truck and a mini van were available, which raised a questionable look from the other employees. So, I chose the truck as a last resort. I saw on the lot that there were many small cars and were in the same parking space, parked in the same way before I arrived and after I brought my rental back. As a customer I do not appreciate being lied to just for your company to make an extra $70.
