This company and their associates are amazing. The customer service was great from start to finish. I appreciated Jada at Town Center Kay. Including her manager. They were so helpful from the beginning to the end. I will continue to give them my service.Lets talk about this beautiful bridal set from Neil Lane and my beautiful diamond necklace. So gorgeous and great pieces. Kay knows how to treat their customers and choose wonderful pieces.

WOW, What a rip off! I wore my tennis bracelet once that i bought in December and diamonds just started falling out! Kays has been closed due to the pandemic. They dont stand by their work. I reach out to customer service and get pushed off on voicemails that never get returned. No direct person to speak with. They dont mind selling products through this pandemic but wont help repair their cheaply made jewelry. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS OVERLY CHARGED BUSINESS, IT IS RIP OFF, AND YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AWAY! Following up with the BBB after this review...

I brought my wifes wedding ring in to get inspected and did not know the information they needed to look me up. Ellen worked patiently with me to find the purchase and update my info in the system. I highly recommend going to this place. Wonderful customer service!

My wife dropped her ring behind their counter. It went in this hole between the register and the divider wall of the counter. The supervisor on duty would not let us look, she would not even let us move any of wires connected to the register. She spent minutes looking and told my wife I cant find it, I guess they might find it when they tear down this store. I had the sales person that saw the ring and saw it fall, write what happened and sign it. This was over a month ago and we have now been told by the store manager that we CLAIM the ring was dropped and there is nothing they can do!! They are in possession of our ring and act like, because it was our mistake, that they dont have to do ANYTHING about it.We are now going to call the police to go out there, interview the employees on duty that night, and file a police report. We also had to contact a lawyer which is going to cost us money all because they are so unwilling to do anything more then feel around for a few minutes with their hands.I cannot believe they would treat people this way. My wife was in tears and has been loosing so much sleep because of this. It is a horrible situation and Kays has done nothing but make it so much worse. At this point I honestly believe that either no one is searching, or the extremely rude supervisor stole it.I dont wish this on anyone. These are not good people. Stay away!

Very unprofessional. Was told that we were being signed up for a rewards program and instead was applied for a credit card. After telling the sales associate multiple times we did not want a credit card and that we were trying to buy a house he told us he would not go through with the application. One week later we got the credit card in the mail. We contacting the store and telling him what happened he told us Well you did receive 100 points for the purchase. He also said he would talk to the sales associate and call me back in the morning. We never received a call back from this store. YOU CAN NOT TELL PEOPLE YOU ARE SIGNING THEM UP FOR A REWARDS PROGRAM AND SIGN THEM UP FOR A CREDIT CARD AFTER THEM STATING THEY DO NOT WANT A CREDIT CARD. I will never be giving Kay jewelers any more of our business.

My wife (who was pregnant at the time) and I went into our local Kay jewelers to purchase a wedding band for myself and a wrap for her ring. We got the wrap she wanted and when it came to my band we were shown a ring that looked nice and was supposedly on sale, we trusted the person on the other side of the counter and purchased both rings which was a lot for us. Upon putting my band on at our wedding my finger broke out very badly to the point where I have a scar. We went back to the store and were told to try putting nail polish on the inside as perhaps I was allergic. That didnt help so after a few more weeks went by we went back and were told to have my ring re-dipped. We tried that but to no avail. When we tried to return the ring we were led to believe that something could be done but were ultimately told that we were outside of the time period for return. Shame on me for bringing the problem to Kays attention and allowing them to attempt to fix it TWICE while my return period expired. I am in sales management and I am appalled at the experience we have had. I cannot wear my wedding ring without blistering sores and my wife is so upset that she is starting to dislike her ring because of the bad taste in her mouth from this whole fiasco.Moral of the story folks, avoid chain jewelers, they prey on happy occasions to fleece you with their shoddy merchandise.

I have had constant problems with this location. Each time I have gone into this store they have screwed something up. First when the lady that was sending in my ring for repairs didnt notate that my engagement ring had an engraving in it. When I got it back they polished out my engraving. They had to send it back out for them to redo it. After that I bought another ring there. I intentionally opened up a Kay card to get the no interest for 1 year deal. When I was checking out I asked the girl why I didnt have to pay anything since that was how I got the no interest last time. She said they dont do that anymore to not get interest. Two months later, I noticed on my account that was getting charged interest. Called Kays 1-800 number and they said the girl didnt do my purchase correctly thats why I was getting interest. Now going into another Kay store since I dont live by this one anymore, now I have to wait for another 25% off sale otherwise they would charge me full price for the ring Ive already bought and only bought it during that time because there was a sale. The kennesaw location is a joke. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. THEY WILL SCREW UP EVERYTHING THEY DO!!!

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There was no greeting, or a “someone will be with you in a minute” upon arrival. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, but a couple was blocking my view of the case so I patiently waited. As I was waiting, one of the employees asked “Uhm I mean did you want to look at something or what?” And I explained to her that I was waiting for them to move, she then went back to what she was doing which was nothing and chose not to assist. I’ve made 2 purchases to this store in particular but I won’t be back unless I see that she isn’t working. I’d rather go anywhere else than to deal with someone who won’t take you serious.

Went in for a wedding anniversary/ birthday gift (same day) as well as something that I could commemorate to my mom, she was hospitalized on out special fay and died 3 days later. I was shown a beautiful selection of rings that were all reasonably priced. But I was torn between trying to find a gift for my self or find something to commemorate her. Either way, the choices werent it. It was like a magical moment, I had eyed this beautiful pendant nevklnec with my moms birth stone, the same time the sales woman had, looking at it, I knew this was it. And it was wayyyyyyyyyy below our bufget. (Felt like this was the ultimate sign because my mama knew how much I love an amazing deal). My husband pointed out how this necklace was nearly identical to the necklace I had gotten her for her birthday about 5 years prior. I fondo mean to go off on a tangent, but the sales woman was the best! I cannot remember her name (sorry, I remember your face tho 😅) but she was determined to help me find what my heart was in need of. So thank you so much for making this such a beautiful experience for me. And we will definitely be back for my wedding ring upgrade.

I Went in to set up a kays account with Susan. She is soooo funny and so sweet I love it. She not only helped me set up an account but she also took care of calling the credit center and what not. My Boyfriend was going to be coming in to look at purchasing and engagement ring. I showed her what I liked. Susan wrote it down what I liked and the styles Not that I cared what he got me * I would love anything he got me even if it was 5 cents haha*. When he went in to go get it susan helped him and was very polite and honest with him.I have bought Jewelry and such from this certain store and have always had wonderful customer service. Everyone is polite and very knowledgeable and work in your price range. They never try to haggle out of what your looking to spend.I said less then 2,000$ they stayed under that and never tried to up sell me. They even worked the prices and found great items on clearance. I really love the ladies that work there. I highly recommend if you are getting married/promise rings/Engagement rings anything THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

My husband bought me 2 necklaces from them just a year ago, and there both about to go back for repairs for the 3rd time. I wouldn’t recommend buy anything from these people. And the bad thing is I just got one of them back 3 weeks ago from repair. And already have to take it back.
