I recently brought in my wedding ring set for a cleaning and inspection. Ann Matzkanin greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was such a pleasure to work with. Fortunately she discovered several loose diamonds on my rings and said I would need to leave them for repairs and cleaning. They were ready 48 hours later and looked like new. A very pleasant experience from start to finish!
Best experience Ive had so far buying Jewelry. Raj was very nice and probably the best salesperson Ive ever interacted with, very personable and treated us like normal people, not just walking wallets. Even though we didnt get the most expensive ring in the world, we werent rushed or bothered, and were allowed to look at all the options without any upselling. Will come back!

I bought a necklace for my wife. She wanted something different. She tried to exchange it for something else. A salesman sneered about the price I paid for it, claiming that they dont have anything that low in price with which to exchange it for. She then wanted the money back. Manager lady laughed in her face and humiliating her, told a story of needing me there with my card. I had to make time go myself. Waste of time. These people at Jared do not understand customer satisfaction. Buy jewelry somewhere else. You can do better.

So today I went online and I try to make a purchase to buy a watch for my husband’s birthday and the online services took my money but the machines were down like the debit card and credit card machines were down so long story short I have to wait to get my $500 back but when I called the store in Kennesaw there was a man by the name of Jimmy and when I say he saved me a world of trouble by purchasing the watch for me online and have it shipped to the store I could have not asked for a better day my day went from sour to super happy I don’t know who that man is but whoever he is you guys need to keep him Jimmy was everything and the watch will be here anytime before we go out of town so that’s even better I’m super grateful and I feel so indebted to Jimmy and I just want to give him a big hug and tell him thank you for making my husband’s birthday amazing

My husband bought me a new anniversary band. We went to the store to have it soldered to my wedding set. When we picked it up, the new band was not flush with the set and stuck out a good cm, making it extremely irritating to wear. When I went back to the store to ask them to fix it, they said that was just the way it was since the new ring wasnt the same size. They apologized, but there was nothing they could do.Instead of letting me know before they soldered it together that the rings wouldnt work, they waited until it is too late and ruined my both my new ring and my wedding set.
I just want to give a big thank you to Julian Hughes at Jared Kennesaw! He didnt know it but he helped me get a watch repaired that was a special gift to me and holds a lot of sentimental value. This store has always been my jeweler of choice and always will be, thanks to class acts like Julian.
Horrible customer service. Bought something on line went to return it because said can return in store. Had my reciept and told Dee who said was the Manager she can put it back on the same card I purchase it. Refuse to do it because I change my mind on the ring I was going to get since they didnt have the necklace I got on line. She stares didnt care if I rate them poor customer service told her to call the 1800 number I called early that morning that told me I can return and she didnt mention to them I had my reciept and just wanted to return it same why I purchase it said she can send me check told no I didnt pay with a check.

The manager at the Kennesaw, GA location is rude, and unprofessional! I will never go back to Jared. Ive been a customer for years, and I am not putting up with the horrible service anymore. Its one thing after the other with this store and I am done. Returning my ring, and canceling my credit card. (That Ive had since 2006.) Besides what happened today, I am still fighting with the credit bureaus to fix a mishap on my credit file from this store illegally running my credit card (and Kay card) 4x for a ring I never even bought. After all that I cannot believe I even gave this store another chance. Shopping from local jewelry stores from now on.
Julian did it again. This guy went above and beyond for me with my next watch. I came here to buy another Tag Heuer, he didnt have the very specific one I wanted but he got it sent from another store across the country the next day. Other Jareds dont have this kind of pull with Tag/Omega/Breitling. I mean... a very specific model... one of two in the entire Jared stock. He found one. Julian is a watch guy like me so he understands my quirks of needing a specific font for indices, dial colors, dial layout/proportions, etc. Im already planning my next purchases with him. Dont be fooled by other high end ADs in Atlanta. Often times those salesmen dont know squat about the watch they are trying to sell you. Julian knows his stuff and Im never going anywhere else for my Tag/Omega needs! Raj give this man a raise! If I was rich Id be here every week buying a watch.

The wonderful sales lady Cindy, was so very helpful and friendly. She helped us pick out a ring, bracelet and earrings. Then my son and Cindy picked out the most beautiful ring for me too! What a surprise! Cindy was great! Even the manager and his assistant joined in our conversations and we all laughed and it was an enjoyable experience. My husband purchased my wedding set from Jared’s. I love my set and it’s absolutely gorgeous. However, going to Jared’s is dreadful. During Covid we visited Jared’s for our upcoming wedding. Looking to buy a men’s band and wedding jewelry for myself to wear. They had hardly anything for inventory. When we were in, they wouldn’t even clean my ring. They stated because of covid, they couldn’t clean my ring. I understand that, but if they were so concerned with covid...wouldn’t they at least require face masks into their store? This was back in the summer of 2020. So with no inventory, the employees looking at us dumbfounded. We went to Shane’s that is right beside Jared’s. The experience was polar opposite. They took our temperature and provided/required masks. Once we went in the associate was more then willing to help us. We found everything plus more then we were looking for at Shane’s. Plus they cleaned my ring that didn’t even come from them. I did call this past weekend and was told Jared is now cleaning jewelry again but by appointment only. Of course they had no availability the day that I called. What a joke. They needs to learn from Shane’s. It doesn’t take that long to clean jewelry and take care of good paying customers. Jared’s is ok the first trip, when you purchase Initially but afterwards they are done with you. Save yourself time and go to Shane’s.
My fiancé and I came to Jared to shop for my wedding band. Ann and Jimmy were great to work with - they were very attentive, humorous, and extremely helpful. We were able to find something unique enough for me and traditional enough for him, at the price point we both wanted.
My boyfriend and I went engagement ring shopping to get ideas of the style I like for our first time and this was truly a horrible experience. We were in and out within 30 min. We were helped by Ann and Antonitte, I’m not sure why they had two associates helping us but it felt as if they were bombarding with “budget” questions. We were immediately shown the clearance section when we walked in which rubbed me the wrong way from the beginning. There was not enough explanation of the different rings, how they are made etc mostly about the style and price. With it being our first time, I thought we be more informed about everything. There were comments made about it being our “first time getting married” and we have to think of buying a house and not “blowing the budget”, making an assumption that we don’t already own a house (which we do). She also asked him IN FRONT OF ME when is he thinking about buying it because the sale ends tomorrow. Felt as if we were at a car dealership and we were judged for being young the moment we walked in. I will never step foot in this location again, and will advise anyone to stay away.
I am so pleased with my visit to this location. Rachel was nothing less than patient with me. I spent an hour or maybe longer with her and she was understanding, funny and extremely helpful. I never felt rushed or pushed to to make the purchase. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a salesperson. And for that reason, she will be my go to person every time I enter this store. ❤️

I have been shopping at Jareds on Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw for 14 years since getting married and I am disappointed to say that this place has gone downhill in such a horrible way! From the management to customer service to the repair department it’s nothing but a great disappointment! They say that as a company goal “empathy” towards customers is the most important service quality to them but they show zero empathy at this location.Just yesterday I went in this facility to have a manager name Dee who would not even come out to help me at first because she was on lunch instead they wanted to send me away and tell me to come back later when someone was available to help me. This was the third time I have been back for faulty repairs within 4 1/2 weeks that both that assistant manager of the store manager as well as corporate was aware of.They have screwed up my ring over nine times in the repair department even to the point of causing me to lose baguettes, side diamonds and then finally my main diamond after poor repairs and loose prongs. It is an atrocity that they would have so little concern for the peace of jewelry that represents someone’s sacred bond of union as a husband and wife. I have even gone to the point of calling customer service for Jared and still have gotten no help yet to have them take responsibility to rebuild my ring properly the way it was be so that I can have the beautiful ring I once bought! I would steer clear of this facility if thinking about buying your precious wife a beautiful ring!! They will claim that you have a lifetime warranty and that they will repair or replace your ring but when it comes down to it they will not give you good repair work and therefore you may very well end up in my situation with a ring that is not even a memory of the ring you once bought!
Too many irresponsible and unfulfilled. I left my watch for almost 3 months, to change the battery, service it and make some repairs to it and they still havent returned it. They always have an excuse to delay work, after waiting so long they called me to tell me that they still dont have the piece. They are the worst thing, dont even take your jewelry to that place for repair or service. Terrible service and I still hope they give me back my watch.

I say beautiful because she was very professional, kind, caring, patient and very knowledgeable about all the jewelry in the store. She made us feel so comfortable and positive about our selection. I have been searching forever for the perfect wedding band for my fiance and we finally found one he loved. We worked with Jimmie (James Baker) and he was hilarious and talked us though our options. I came back a few weeks later to secretly buy it for my fiance and he went to the moon and beyond for me!!! I wanted to surprise him and when it wasnt in store Jimmie looked back through papers and notes to find our notes and sku. When it came in he called me right way and when we found out we couldnt get it resized he worked so so hard to not only find it in the right size, but to talk me though my other options if I couldnt pay the hold on the other ring. Im so happy with the work he has done for us and making sure that I got what I wanted at a great price. I know my fiance will be so ecstatic!!! Thank you thank you Jimmie honestly!!
Awful after sales service by this boutique. Bought a high end watch and during purchase they listed all the fantastic service they offer like complimentary cleaning and polishing during the warranty period and what not. I went today to check the details on the warranty status and for a quick cleaning. They said call the manufacturer, we dont do that anymore.All smiles and sweet talk when you throw money at them but once they get the money they dont care about you.I have excellent relationship with other watch boutiques like Tourneau and Omega but will definitely stay caway from this store.

I bought my fiances engagement ring here and we recently bought our weddings bands here. When we bought our wedding bands, we worked with Steve. Absolutely could not have been a nicer guy to work with. Even more recently, my fiance hit her hand on a table and one of the small diamonds in her ring popped out. We took it back to them and they had the diamond back in in a day. Also, having that done was free. They say that kind of stuff is covered for life, which we thing is just really cool. Great experience overall.

Sadly, this store has the worst customer service. Went here on two separate occasions during pandemic, was greeted by two different employees. Neither time did either ladies seem interested in helping me and one seemed irritated the whole two minutes she “helped” me. Seemed like she was eager for me to either buy something or leave. It was my anniversary, decided to leave empty-handed because of the way I was treated the 5 minutes I was at the store. I’ve been a long time Jared customer, Sadly I won’t be back.

My parents passed away 25 years ago and I wanted to use the diamonds out of their wedding set to build my own. I live an hour away from this Jared location but I am so happy that I came here. These two ladies have helped me keep my memories and turned them into something I can make my own. Thank you so much for you kindness and help I will forever be grateful.
We went to Jared today to get a ring my husband purchased re-sized and my charm bracelet cleaned. After getting my charm bracelet back I realized a couple of stones had fallen out, but to be honest neither myself or the store inspected it before cleaning. The staff was super attentive to what had happened and even though this particular charm did not come from this store they did everything they could to replace the missing stones. This was beyond what they needed to do and their amazing service did not go unnoticed. Thank you Jared!
If I could give this zero stars I would. Everytime we have been here we have ALWAYS gotten terrible service, but this past event topped it all. My fiancé and I decided to go look at wedding bands- an experience in my opinion that should be very enjoyable. I was told that they were not able to customize a ring for me, which is what I wanted. However, THAT wasn’t the problem, the problem was after they told me, they didn’t show any interest in me anymore and didn’t bother showing me anything else from their current collections. When helping my fiancé they didn’t put much effort and didn’t care about finding him the right one, but correcting him why the one he wanted wasn’t a good idea. They were rude, unprofessional and uninviting. The following weekend we went to Kay’s where we were treated like a king and queen, and were given such great care! Jarred will NEVER get my business ever again.

My fiance and I were just browsing for wedding bands. Initially, we were having a very positive experience with Nate and Jimmy. They were really nice and helpful! We found a couple of rings we really liked, but once Harriet took over, we were really turned off from purchasing anything from this Jared location. She is super nice and very sweet, but also very persistent and forceful! We were not quite ready to make a final decision with anything that day. When I went up to use to restroom, she tried to push my fiance into buying a ring for me behind my back--I really didnt like that. We repeatedly kept telling her that we werent ready. If Nate and Jimmy wouldve continued to help us, then we wouldve had a much more positive experience. Its very unfortunate since we actually did like their selection of rings.

Today we walked in and were immediately approach by an woman sales associate, who asked if we were looking today. With the reply we were finishing up payments on a lay away gift for my fiancé mom. She then pointed us to the back counter where no was to be found. She was then chatting with co workers. At the layaway counter another employee saw us waiting. Chanel asked if we were being helped which we were not since i guess we weren’t there to buy anything else new to go towards the other woman’s commission. Chanel greeted us with a beautiful smile. We then told her how we didn’t have the extra money to pay for the care plan. She blessed us with taking care of it for us. She turned the whole visit around and made another Moms christmas a million times more wonderful. CHANEL IS A BLESSING. We will always ask for her.
I would rate lower if I could. I ordered a ring from another store pre-pandemic. I was directed to call this store to try to get them to order the same ring for me so I could have it for my wedding . The woman was huffing and puffing on the phone, cut me off multiple times and said there’s nothing she could do for me and she wouldn’t look at my account . I have never written a review before but I am proud to right this one. She was incredibly rude and insensitive. I only wish I got her name . It is 5.21.2020 at 4:49 pm if the manager sees this and can see who was working .
Horrible customer service! I went to the store the other day to browse some watches with my boyfriend. Mind you, I just ordered a Tag Heuer from Jared online the night before so that transaction was not related to this store. AND I purchased another Tag at this store a few years ago. I was greeted when I walked in but by the rudest person ever. I mentioned that I wanted to look at some watches so they asked me which one. I dont know hence the point of coming to look. I walk to the case and theres nothing there. Rudely I was told theyre in the vault without explanation. So I left. Guess the Karen behind the counter didnt want to do her job. So we went to the Alpharetta store and they were more than happy to treat us with respect so we bought 2 more watches. This seems to be a trend at this store from what I hear and read. Too bad I have to drive 35 minutes in stead of 5 to the Alpharetta but Kennesaw will never have any of my business ever again! I would gladly be slightly inconvenienced to get treated with respect. All the stores have a different selection but they can get anything. Bye bye Kennesaw.

My husband and I were wanting to upgrade our rings for our 10th anniversary. Our original rings were from Jared’s. Just as we had the first time, we had excellent service. Nate took care of us. He was patient even with a couple of issues he had to deal with for us that took up a lot of his time. As owners of a business ourselves, we felt that his salesmanship was great - not pushy, listened to what we wanted, asked questions, and a good attitude. The other ladies in the store seemed kind and attentive as well. And of course, we love our new rings!

So, its been awhile since Ive visited this Jared location and this visit was pointless. I walked in with three questions, first was about a lost tennis bracelet of my wifes and without asking for any account info was told they are not fancy enough to do anything, not sure where we going so diverted toy other needs. After explaining which high end watch I was looking for was told only online they tend to only keep high end watches in store!!! The other item as well online only... But dont you worry because this high end retailer has Gucci watches, so quality is obviously there priority. Will be closing my account and finding a more personable jeweler.

EBONY EVANS IS THE BEST !! Stopped in late on a Friday night to get a gift for my daughters 16th b-day. Clueless and helpless i was greeted by Roger upon entering. Ebony put the worry to rest by giving me several options to choose from. With her guidance and advice ... 30 min later i had the perfect heart ring .. Earring and necklace set as well as a birthstone pendant. Prices were very reasonable. I really appreciate the time Ebony took with me and for helping me make a memory with my daughter that will last forever.

The first time I went to Jared’s I found a ring that I really liked which I ended up having to get it made custom for a perfect fit. But honestly, I was very skeptical at first with all of the negative reviews I have read. Then I met Raj.I honstly told him that I was pretty concerned. And he guided me throughout the entire process to get my custom ring come to life. There were many days where he waited for me even though he was done for the day just so that I can feel comfortable throughout the entire process.My ring is great and so far so good and I’m not worried even if something does happen. My ring is insured and I will make sure to take it in for an inspection whenever it’s that time so that I can get the service it needs if something does ever happen. I’m very happy with my ring. Absolutely horrible experience at this location. Stopped by to purchase a pandora charm quickly for a birthday gift. I had verified they had it and that it was on clearance due to it being retired. When I got there nobody could help, but one women who was outside the building who could not be found. Even when she returned, she decided to help someone else and not assist me. Something that should of taken 5 minutes to purchase resulted in a half hour visit and I left without because no one could ever help me with something as simple as verifying a price. Their Pandora trays were a mess. Do not waste your time...so many other better stores to work with in the area. Just purchased charm online from a different store for clearance price and had it shipped directly to Birthday Girl. Much simpler.

We were treated incredibly well with warmth and genuine interest in our story. Rachel went to bat for us and we ended up with a great deal on the purchase as well.She made us feel like old friends catching up and we will most definitely be returning to this specific Jared location for any of our future jewelry purchases. We’ve had nothing but good experiences at this store. Ms. Evalobo should be your go-to when it comes to jewelry purchases at this Jared location, but her staff is just as congenial and I am sure they will give their customers a similar experience.We definitely want to give Rachel Evalobo a thank you for making our experience such a pleasure. Other patrons would be wise to seek her out at this store for a wonderful customer experience.

Terrible service lately. Both my wedding ring and engagement ring are from Jared. Usually, we get fantastic service. However, the last few times, I am extremely disappointed. We had my ring inspected for loose diamonds, and the rep. said it looked good. The next day, a diamond was missing. We then had to go back to the store where they said that shouldnt have happened. The diamond was replaced, but when they returned the ring it had black/gray markings all over it. We had to go back to the store A THIRD time, and they said they buffed out the polish or whatever was on the ring that was a result of them putting the diamond in. My husband brings the ring home, and there is STILL black/gray residue all over my wedding band, and in between the diamonds. Now we have to go back to the store a FOURTH time as a result of little care to jewelry that is extremely sentimental. We are very disappointed and will likely not buy anything from Jared again. I do hope management makes changes so that no one else has to waste time going back to their store every single day since the job wasnt done right the first time, or second time, or third time.....
Excellent selection and service! The only place that I shop for my wife and daughters! Nate Harris is the MAN when it comes to helping select the perfect gift. All of the sales and service staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I am always very pleased with my purchases.

My husband bought my ring from here two years ago and customized it to have sapphire accents in the setting. To make a long story short after having the ring 3 stones fall out every 6 months to a year, and the most recent they had my ring for a month. We were told the ring was repaired and ready when my husband went to pick it up he was then told they cant match the stones so they couldnt replace them. Naturally after going through this previously not even a year earlier and they had kept it for over 3 months the last time we had lost our patience. After we complained to both corporate and the store manager they told us we couldnt get a full refund but we could get an exchange. We went to the store and the manager Marisa was very kind and apologetic for all we had been through. She took the time with us to pick out a new set and spent over AN HOUR on the phone to get it approved. They went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations and I cant thank them enough!!! You can tell the manager is trying to make this store better for their customers and I have a new found faith in them! Love my rings!

We have shopped with Jared for 15+ years. They are very accommodating and helpful in my experience and if you do have problems they go the extra measures to make you happy. I want to give a Big Thankyou to Nate Harris which was super helpful with my husband on helping him they did a Excellent job. Nate was wonderful couldn’t be more happy with the customer service he provided to us. The manager Rog was very helpful too but huge Shout out to Nate for job well done and making shopping experience a good one. Love Jared selection of jewelry that they have something for every budget. Love the great selection of Levian and Pandora especially the exclusives the manufacturer makes especially for Jared.
Clean atmosphere, no pressure sales tactics, and a selection of quality stones and settings. Plus the Jared warranty is a nice perk with a convenient location. Very glad I went here. P.S. Raj is the man!

I absolutely enjoyed working with Julian in the Kennesaw store of Jared. I had the bracelet of a new Omega watch resized. He remained in the store past his required work hours to get the job done for me. Great customer service skills. I understand that he is the contact person for the luxury watch department and has excellent technical skills. Enjoyed my experience at the store

I had my wedding ring reset because it could not be repaired. An estimate was given and the design I wanted, and they made the ring in a wax design. I approved it, the ring was gorgeous and they did a great job. My problem was actually that after I got the ring and was making payments on it, they never followed up with me as they had agreed to do to assess the estimate and correct it if needed-taking into account the amount of gold and diamonds actually used. I called 5 times on 5 different occasions. 2 of those times I actually got to talk to someone and they said they would call me back to discuss it and never did. After over a month, I went into the store with my paperwork and asked them to review it and told them I hadnt had anyone follow up with me, but I know the estimate was more than what was done. They apologized and proceeded to measure my rings and compare the amount of gold and diamonds. It turns out that they actually owed me about $1000. I was shocked and really felt like if I had not followed up with them, I would have gotten screwed and not even known it. I liked their work but probably wont purchase from them again because of what happened afterwards. Their customer service needs some serious improvement.
