This place is the worst for a truck driver.1st you have to check in at the chevron gas station down the road, 2nd they take all day loading and unloading, 3rd which should be second is that its too tight to back into a dock unless you have a day cab or a trailer that is less than 53ft

The facility is ok, kinda tight parking to the dock but doable. The only inconvenience is you can’t check in here you have to go to Chevron gas station/ Truck stop to check in!!! It’s annoying, they need to make an office here at the warehouse, unloading time is pretty fast, got unloaded in an hour

Do not show up more than an hour early if you value your 14 hours. All drivers (RHM or CRC) MUST check in at kiosk at Chevron Truckstop at 181 W Airline!!! Had a 2PM appointment, its almost 6pm and theyre still working on unload. The only positive is that someone will bring paperwork out to you, once theyre done. Full Pilot Truck Stop 2 miles west of CRC at 10405 E Airline Hwy, St Rose, LA 70087. 🍀

Avoid Avoid Avoid and avoid.....One off the worst company to pickup, will have to go to chevron truck stop to check in, otherwise not getting loaded,Come by appointment time only, no earlier check in, no Restroom at truck stop,Couple of hours after an appointment time. Yes, you will need to very professional because, if you are not you will end up hitting someone.Not enough room for backup at all........

Not to bad.Tide space.You have to call them from kiosk and they will tell you....Only by appt.In and out about 2 hours.They should brake seal.

You have to checking at Chevron truck stop down the road before you go there. It was good experience for me. Got loaded in 2 hours

Terrible place to hit the docks. Get another driver to assist you for backing up. Itll probably take longer hitting the dock than getting loaded!

Went to CRC check in is at the chevron you need pick up number trk and trl number and the DOT number. Its by appointment only. Backing into a dock is a bit tight there is not much room. There is a deep ditch separating the business from a neighborhood

Make sure you know how to back up in a tight spot if you come here, not much room to pull up there’s a ditch in front. Oh and there’s no office here you will have to wait at chevron till they tell you to come to a door. GOOD LUCK!

They make you go and sit at truck stop. They have no parking . Then when they assign a door the rain water drains are in the way of backing into loading dock.the drains are have tremendous concrete footing on the drains . The water drain ditch is about 15 feet deep so you better watch you ability to back up.

I dont lime the check in process, gotta go to truck stop down the street first..hate that part

Their docks are pretty tight to get into, and the check in is down the road at a local truck stop with a severe lack of parking. Not that great of a place to get freight.

I have never had to jump through so many hoops just to get loaded in my life. 35 minutes to get loaded and an hour waiting on the paperwork. I guess I have been to worse places.

Check in at the Chevron down the street first, about 10 minutes before your load time. Loading was fast, (45 minutes), but getting in the dock aint easy. Bring yourA game 😁

This trucking warehouse is horrible! The dock situation is a real challenge....take your time be careful when trying to back in these tight docks!

Make sure to check in at the Chevron Truck stop before you go to the BoL address. This place aint bad but for a better experience just go to the truckers lounge in the chevron first.

This this address here 32 Airline Highway Kenner LA is one of many buildings that this company uses for warehousing. To check in you use the television room are the drivers lounge at the Truckstop trucker lounge video chat at 181 west airline Hwy Kenner LA only. When you go to check in at the drivers lounge of this truckstop DO NOT block fuel island or you will be towed. In the driver lounge via FaceTime you will be instructed to what address and door to go to as well as directions. Do not proceed to BOL address without checking or you will be redirected to Chevron TS. You will need delivery number and other information. If you do this correctly experience here will be better than others. Markings on this particular warehouse one of multiple locations they use is marked as CRC

Its true, dont lose your time. If you bring sugar here, before you go to warehouse go to truck stop(181 e airline hwy ( its about 0.4 miles)), do the check in and then go to warehouse

Appt time del. Nightmare backing,but they unloaded us in about an hour.

You have to go down the road to the chevron to check-in. Only problem is the chevron has not parking because there are cars in over 3/4 of the parking spots. Also company won’t let you check-in until your appointment time, SO DON’T SHOW UP EARLY.

A joke of a business . no English speaking or just plain rude employees . No directions on how or where you check in .
