Terrible Customer Service - Delivery of heavy and expensive package was supposed to occur on Thursday of this week. Automated system called and stated that the package would be delivered this week on Thursday, and that I would receive a call 30 minutes ahead of delivery. We waited all day, but none of that occurred. The package was delivered Saturday morning with no call ahead. Extremely poor coordination between the source company and this delivery company/vendor. When I called to communicate the issue, spoke to rude and dismissive dispacher, who compared the company to Amazon, and accepted ZERO responsibility for the 2 days late delivery, or the lack of appropriate communication. Would not recommend this company be used to deliver anything again, and would give 0 stars, were it not for the deliveryman, who was at least willing to place the package behind the gate, so it would not be stolen from my doorstep.

Tried calling them twice to set up a delivery for a TV I purchased at Costco.Very rude people on the phone. Girl who is charge of setting up deliveries doesn’t answer her phone during the day then calls at 4:29 and leaves at 4:30. Tired of playing phone tag. Annoying and quite frankly ridiculous that is taking so long to set up a delivery.Costco please don’t use these people. I would not recommend this company at all. I just want my TV and I want to be done dealing with this incompetent business.
