Tight place. You have to Check in by phone at the Chevron truck stop comes before the company and they will let you check in 15 min early before the appt. Paper work takes more time then the loading

Check in is at the Chevron down the street, have your truck, tractor, order and dot numbers handy. People are friendly and helpful but parking is crazy tight and lanes arent marked well. There is plenty of room between bays just not much in front. Would not want to be here backing in when full. Read all the other reviews, they are spot on.. Be prepared.

In and out in 2 hrs which is ok ... no overnight parking

Arrived to pick up a broker load that was scheduled for 2100. However CRC Is 0800-1700. You just check in at the Chevron at 181 W airline highway about a half mile from shipper. Doors lock at 2200, you must check in between business hours. You need, load number, tractor Nimber, trailer number and Dot number. You will talks via FaceTime video and the operator will assign you a set of doors to choose from. You exit chevron go down half mile and U-turn. Go to second driveway next to building. The first is employee parking. One way in, one way out you can either blind side or swing around and go in on drovers side. It’s tight. Slide tandems or they will come out and tell you too.. open doors and wait. They will come out and verify load number and then load, when complete they will come out again and seal you up.Not a bad place just tight for approach and exit. Friendly personnel.. Took about 2.5 hours and on the road I went.

Absolute worst check in Procedure ever!!! Call first!!!!! I arrived at the gate, go in and its only a phone number you can call... Call the number and then they tell you to go back the way you came to a truck stop a mile away, and check in at a kiosk there. Do that, then come back here and wait for 2 hours to begin loading. Not to mention the dock doors are very hard to get into, and just about everyone Ive talked to has been rude and hasty. I mean if ya dont want your product, no probs, Ill keep it. But quit waisting my time!!

Slow slow slow slow slow. This place should be fired. Its inefficient all the way around. First you have to check in at the Chevron Truck Stop down the road. Then these clowns tell you that you have to wait till appointment time. Then it takes a long time to back in these docks. Get something to eat...youll be here awhile

This place is very!!!!! Is on of the worst place to get loaded at. I mean bad. You check in at a fuel stop no parking. To what on your apt time. If your dispatcher tells you to come get a load here tell them you quit.

Check in 0.4 mile away from location. Pick up in two hours. Only by appoiment .

Drivers need to check in at chevron truck stop nearby this location.Easy in and out. Scales at pilot truck stop about 2 miles to the west.Took them about 1 hour to load my trailer.Nice and friendly.

Unorganized, unnecessary process to get the next open door to unload.System of operating made complicated instead of streamlined and simple. Fast unload doesnt excuse lack of structure.

Very unprofessional, I delivered load for them it been more then 3week no one dosent know about my payments status they dont let you know what they need for your payment. CRC Brokerage company is great but they need to improvement in customer service and accounting department.

Check in at chevron before arriving here, parking at chevron will be crowded due to lots of personal cars parked at truck parking( locals saving spots I guess). Check in 10 minutes before appointment ( if you do earlier they will ask you to do it again) check in at kiosk located in the driver lounge of the truck stop. To get here go right at exit of chevron, pass the light, you’ll see crc on the left, do not turn left ( illegal) turn right before entering the britch, do a U turn, enter CRC right before two really close signs of “no truck”.

Come here about once a week. In and out like clockwork. Staff is very friendly and they set up a nice lounge to rest in at the truckstop.

My experience with the company was indirect, being I was hired through an outsource agency. However, like the previous people written before the company in the Savannah area is poorly organized, in my opinion. Ive never worked with an organization such as this with highly stressed individuals. Im not sure if the persons in management really knows how to manage the transportation side accordingly, or they are winging it. Nevertheless, I would not recommend no experienced driver to venture into employment with this company until they get there structure together. No communication amongst the employees with management, no consistent work hours and no steady shifts. CRC of Savannah, GA needs an overhaul. And Im not talking about the workers.

Great location can go in early and fill the gas tank or get something to eat.

Loading wasnt so bad. Its the getting your paperwork that sucks. I guess nobody talks to each other inside to let them know that your loaded. Talk about stupid.

Took us an hour to back into door. Fill in your God forsaken ditch and make the lot bigger for rigs. Pray a rig doesnt get stuck in it. Youll be paying the tow out fee. This is a lousy excuse for a distribution center.

Place is junk! When you get to the werehouse they make you go to a truck stop to check in and you may go to the same werehous again like me they full of it! Garbag!

Everyone was really nice but this place is total screwed up for drivers have to go to store that looks more like a junkyard than truck stop ck in in drivers lounge then get door drive back to crc get out ck in again and try to back in a door with out hitting anything or fall over bank in to a ditch and has been this way for years so they really don’t care

I hated the kiosk. You dont talk to anyone face to face and they dont really explain their procedures.
