The office is VERY clean and VERY health-safety conscious. The staff is friendly and efficient. Ive only had exams by the dentist so I cant speak to his dental proficiency, but the hygienists are thorough and the results are excellent. They take steps to ensure you ae comfortable throughout the procedure.

Dr Paxton was a lucky find. I chose him because I broke a tooth, and he was close and his website talked about emergency procedures. I was expecting an extraction, but he saved the tooth and stayed after hours to save the tooth with a root canal and crown. Very happy with the outcome and friendly, professional environment. Dr. Paxton and staff are great. The hygienist I had was a bit rough which I have never experienced in all my years. My appointment was yesterday and my gums are still very sore again never experienced that and I am almost 50. Other than that great office staff and even though she was rough, she has a good personality.

I relocated to Texas and finally took the time to find a dentist. I went in today for a cleaning and Madi was GREAT!!! She explained everything that she was doing and why. She also kept asking if I was ok. Dr. Paxton was great as well and asked if I had any concerns. They didn’t make me feel rushed and took the time to listen to any questions I had.

I think Dr. Paxton is great, very friendly, honest and not pushy on unnecessary treatments. So many other places seem to eventually push treatments, etc. when they are not needed. Rest of the office staff is friendly too, I think I liked when Dr. Paxton did my cleaning the most, although I think that was only done when he first opened up. Great job though!

When I went for my first visit in January, I had a quick and thorough cleaning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had my two young kids with me, and the staff were very kind and helpful to them while I was getting my teeth cleaned. There was a little area for kids to play in the lobby.I went back for my kids’ cleaning in August. They did a health check. I stayed in the car with my youngest while the other 3 had their cleanings. The staff made my kids feel comfortable, and they all came out smiling! The hygienist reviewed the visit with me briefly in the parking lot so I didn’t have to bring the toddler inside.In March, I took my kids again, including my 3 year old going for his first visit. He was nervous at first, but the hygienist suggested he sit on my lap to complete the cleaning. She was patient and fun, which helped relax and go along with it. She finished quickly and brought Dr. Paxton in right away before he got squirmy. Very successful first visit!

Love this place! Really nice office and such nice staff. Great clear communication explaining insurance coverage and charges ahead of time. Dr. Paxton showed me where my cavities are and some other problem areas and what I can do for preventative care. Family friendly and so accommodating. They had hot cocoa and snacks, and my kids (8, 5 and 2 yrs old) all felt super comfortable with their hygienists and Dr. Paxton. No tears for any of them and they are all excited for their next appointments!

Excellent care from all staff from the front desk, hygienist and Dr. Paxton. They have great technology and things in place for extra comfort if you have fear of the chair. They really work with you on what is necessary for your oral health and are not pushy. Whether you are using insurance or purchase a health plan at the office, it is a fair price that does not empty your bank account unlike other places.

So glad we found Dr. Paxton! After several very bad experiences at other dental offices my wife had developed a pretty bad phobia of dental visits. Where as I, on the other hand, had developed a severe phobia of checking my mail after finding bill after bill of unexpected charges from those other dentist.Dr. Paxton’s office has been a real lifesaver. Charges are explained thoroughly up front by a courteous and helpful staff, and the patient gentle demeanor exhibited by everyone in the office has virtually eliminated my wife’s fears of dental visits. She just recently had to have a crown (that was done years ago by one of those other offices) replaced. Normally the prospect of even having to contemplate having that kind of work done would have triggered a serious anxiety attack. But this time, thanks to her recent experiences at Keller Town Dental, she was cool as a cucumber.Can’t thank these guys enough. Great work all.

The office staff were very nice and knowledgeable about insurance. They got me in at my scheduled time, which I very much appreciate. Dr. Paxton actually listened to my issues and gave me real answers instead of “There is nothing wrong. You need to floss better” (which is what the dentist before said and the reason I searched for a new dentist). They also do emergency’s. I was the last appointment of the day, but they got called about a kid who had an urgent problem and they stayed late for him. I will definitely be returning.
