This is a very friendly and welcoming dental office. I don’t really enjoy going to the dentist as a rule, but I love everything about this office. All the front office people are always very warm and inviting upon arrival. They greet you with a smile and call you by name. This I really like. All the people in the back perform their duties using a gentle touch and they make you feel relaxed the moment you sit down in the chair. If you give them a try, I don’t think you would regret it.

My first time visit today and I have never been in any Doctors office of any kind that made me more comfortable and that seemed to be genuinely concerned about my issues. I was referred to Keller Family Dental by my Retired Dentist Dr. Karr. I was a little reluctant to go because I knew nothing about them, so I sent my husband to see them first to find out how was the service . He came back and said the service was great So I called and scheduled a cleaning session and I got an appointment the next day with the hygienist from Dr Karr old office . Hygienist Monica, who is a great by the way. I also, met A new Dentist her name is Dr. Ghia, she was very nice and reassuring. I would reccomend Keller Family dental because my 1st time visit was a great experience.

I recently had back surgery. The doctor changed my room so Id be more comfortable and would not have to move so much. They came to me to show pricing and schedule the next appointment. Overall very compassionate and thorough.

I was told I did not deserve to keep my wisdom teeth at one point. Every appointment the staff would constantly tell me how I didn’t deserve to keep my teeth, my type 1 diabetes needed tight control, etc. they know nothing about type 1 diabetes and have no business telling me how my auto immune disease works.This was the worst dentist I have ever been to. The staff was rude and made unnecessary comments about me. After leaving here I have a deep fear of dentists and I didn’t before coming here. Do not come here!

I’m not one to usually rate places, but this dentist office is exceptional! I found them on Groupon, since my insurance went up too much & I decided not to renew my insurance. I thought the $30 deal was too good to be true, but I tried it out anyways & it did not disappoint! In fact, they are MUCH better than the last 2 dentists I’ve been to when I had insurance. The lady who cleaned my teeth (Natalie) did such an excellent job & was so patient & friendly. The doctor was kind, down to earth, & very personable. I immediately trusted the staff, which has not been the case at my last 2 dentists. My last dentists just wanted to get me in & out, barely cleaned my teeth, slopped on the fluoride, & sent me away as fast as possible. Natalie actually cared, didn’t rush through, & really took care of me- thank you, Natalie! My location isn’t ideal, but the drive was well worth it. They also gave me a great deal for my next 2 visits in 2018, which I signed up for. I was very impressed & will be recommending Keller Family Dental to all of my family & friends!

I love my dental hygienist! Shes very nice and my teeth always feel great when I leave! :) She makes you feel like youre an old friend and very comfortable. My friends ask me why Im smiling when I post a picture saying Im on the way to my dentist appointment, I reply because I really like my dentist office! Natty is the best!

I have been limited in funds for some much needed dental work, for years. After calling around to many local dentists, Keller Family was the most friendly and willing to work with me on many payment options. The facility is clean, bright, and inviting. I had a root canal today for half price of other places, and felt no discomfort at any time. I recommend the professional quality and environment here to anyone.

Keller Family Dental has been very good to me. I had a very painful dental experience 25 years ago with another dentist, who lost my trust with what I now consider to have been unnecessary procedures. I was so put off by that experience that I refused to go back to any dentist for two decades.Last year I decided it was time to start taking better care of myself, and based on my wifes recommendation, booked an appointment with Keller Family Dental. They took great care of me from start to finish. The replacement of a cracked filling that had been giving me problems went very well, and was nearly pain-free. They commented that my old fillings were also starting to degrade slightly, but they recommended keeping an watch on them instead of just wholesale replacement. Subsequent cleanings have been a breeze, and Natty has been a fantastic hygienist to work with. In fact, the entire staff has been professional, friendly, and responsive.Keller Family Dental has displayed true business ethics, shown genuine caring for my comfort and well being, and done great work on my teeth. They have restored my trust in dentistry, along with my smile. Thanks!

Great price for the family plan. From entry to exit, each time, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Natalie is my dental hygienist. She is a kind soul with a natural talent about her. She makes you comfortable and informs you every step of the way. She is very personable and makes a connection. Keller Family Dental does a great job at evaluating and making recommendations without pushing unnecessary investments. They have great facilities. Very clean and organized. The one small filling I needed was quick and simple. I am very happy with all of the services.

Natalie is the reason I come back! I’ve gone through all the Dentist and each time there is a new one they are great. However, Natalie’s professionalisms and absolute excellence in what she does is why I continue to use Keller Family Dental. She is intelligent, fun, and interesting and does not mess around when it comes to taking care of your teeth.

Everyone there was super nice. Atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Everyone was professional and timely. I usually do not like going to any kind of form of a doctor but this was pleasant even through the root canal!

Theyre staff is good. Theyre nice. Theyre charging not so much. i had some standard stuff that end up costing me 400 because they couldnt tell me a had a balance nor did i get a letter until it was 90 days out considering i was in the office a month prior. I have good insurance too.

Love love LOVE this dentist. The hygienists, Natty and Natalie are wonderful with my children and myself. They are gentle but can have a firm hand when needed. We moved around a lot and have had some diverse experiences. This office knows you by name and everyone is genuinely interested in us when we come in. Not just trying to make an extra buck every time they see you.

Didnt have the best experience in the world, but the manager reached out to me to apologize (as you can see in the reply post), explain what all was going on that made the day more hectic than usual, and to try to find a way to correct my sub-par experience.I have to give them a definite thumbs up for that kind of effort, and like I said in a previous review - the staff was super friendly and the final product was good. Everything just didnt line up right for this time, and hopefully things will be different the next time around (hopefully for a better reason to come in than a toothache). :)

I wasn’t sure that Keller family would be the right dentist practice for my wife and I. After consulting with another dentist and treated me fairly crappy, I found comfort, care and trust in Keller Family.They gave my wife and I the best treatment plans and took care of our prioritys. I am grateful and honored to call them our family dentist.

I was greeted with a smile and was only in the waiting room for a very short amount of time before being taken back. Natalie my hygienist was very thorough and explained everything in depth. Ive always had perfect teeth but it is still nice to have things explained. Dr. Bishop was great as well and gave my teeth a clean bill of health, and I was all done. I will definitely be returning to this office for my 6 month checkups.

Love this office!!!! From the wonderful ladies at the front to the hygienist and dentist in the back my experience was top notch. Beverly, my hygienist, did a very thorough exam and cleaning on me....probably the best Ive ever had at the dentist. Dr Bishop had great bed side manner and explained my dental treatment to me in detail. I will definitely be back and I will be referring my friends and family here too.

Ive had my teeth cleaned twice a year for the past 25 years and I can honestly say the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and did the exams at Keller family dental was probably the best dental hygienist Ive every encountered. Ill have to admit Im a white knuckle dental patient,but this really was a pleasurable experience.

My son had an appointment today, a regular cleaning, nothing out of the ordinary. For some reason, they didnt look up his information nor did they clarify when he checked in if he had insurance. After the appointment, they charged him as if he didnt have insurance. He told them he didnt have to pay anything last time but figured he would call the insurance company to clarify the discrepancy. It turned out, the front office personnel didnt do their job and failed to indicate his insurance in the computer for his appointment. When I called to question the charge, the lady said we should know what insurance we have and what is covered. She then looked into it deeper and realized they had not annotated his insurance in the computer. I asked to speak to the manager about the situation and I got more rude behavior from her. Both women represent Keller Family Dental and they were some of the rudest people Ive dealt with in a long time. Telling me its our fault when they made the mistake and not make any apology about it. We went in to speak to Dr. Atkinson and they told us he was not available. I guess we made enough noise because he came out to see what the commotion about. I called him over and told him the two women in front of me were why our family would not be going to Keller Family any longer. I explained to him what happened but he acted like he had just stepped into a hornets nest. Anyway, we were reimbursed, we know of a better dental office and we dont have to worry anymore about rude and incompetent receptionists or dentists that rotate in every six months. Find another dentist! Keller Family Dental gets one star because you cant give zero stars!!!

This used to be a great place but since the dentist has changed it has gone downhill fast. They do not return phone calls and when I complained about that (and other things in person), they promised to have their office manager to call me the next day...been a week and no call. Keller dental has always been a trill to work with and have dental work done for the whole family. Recently had an implant the procedure has been great no events and little to know pain. You will know the quality and care of the staff and doctors after the first visit.

I have never felt more comfortable at any other dentist office. All of the dental hygienists, receptionists and Dr. Bishop were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I had major dental work done and they worked with me on the payments. They did an excellent job cleaning and fixing my teeth every time I have been in. Dr. Bishop explained everything he was doing and the hygienists answered all my questions. This is a very professional, yet relaxed group of people.

I generally do not like going to the dentist, as I have had some bad experiences in the past. I have been going here for about a year now and I really love it. The front office staff are always friendly. Natty, the hygienist I see is wonderful. She always has a smile and a great attitude. When I first started going here my teeth and gums were in bad shape Luckily, everyone here is helpful and willing to answer my many questions and things seem to be improving. I would definitely recommend them!

The office staff (Jasmine) initially mis-filed my procedure and after a lengthy phone call facilitated by my wife with our insurance company, mis-handled the same claim for the 2nd time. Throughout the process she was rude and very hard to deal with. *More detail below.My broke tooth (as a result of a medical issue) and crown was to be filed medical as advised by my insurance company (same dental and medical- Cigna). The Cigna support team member went through the form line by line with Jasmine and my wife on the phone. After re-filing medical, Cigna never received the claim. My wife questioned Jasmine and was told ‘it was mailed to wrong address’. We are not convinced it was ever mailed because of how Jasmine reacted throughout the whole process. I guess filing medical in lieu of dental is more work. My wife spent way too much time doing Jasmine’s job and needless to say my family will not be going back to this place.Oh, and the crown fell out less than a year later. They did put it back on for free only after attempting to charge me and my rebuttal.We do not recommend this place and currently searching for a new dentist.

Had a great experience here! I used their Groupon for teeth cleaning, X-rays, and custom whitening trays and it was an excellent deal. Office was nice and staff was very friendly. I liked that they have tvs in each area so you can watch something during your visit..they even let you pick the channel. My hygienist Natalie was awesome! She made me feel comfortable and got the not so fun parts over quickly!

I just had my wisdom teeth removed with IV sedation earlier this month by Dr. Choi. Everything went so smoothly (from what i remember) and everyone was so kind! i am just about 100% healed up and am very pleased with how the surgery turned out. Keller Family Dental told me that I needed 9 fillings. I had never had a cavity before and was devastated to have that many. I visited another dentist this week who informed me that I didnt need any fillings. None. Im glad that I didnt waste the money and compromise my teeth.

I can not recommend Keller Family Dental. My crowns keep falling out for the third time now. This is unacceptable!
