Ive been meaning to leave a review for awhile now! Joey did my hair and he did an amazing job. I really liked how he asked me what my preferences were when it came to getting my Balayage done. You can tell he is very intentional and detailed when it comes to taking care of your hair! I definitely recommend this place!

I have been going to Kylie for several years! I have a ton of hair that is thick and long! I feel like a lot of stylist struggle to do good quality cut and color on thick long hair....Kylie always does a wonderful job! The entire salon is a pleasure to go to! I truly had the worst experience. It was my first time going to this salon.The salon that I usually go to was booked and I was in desperate need of a haircut. I had an appointment and the girl that was suppose to cut my hair was 15 min late. When she finally arrived she took her sweet time. I had to wait about 30 minutes for her. I have long hair. I asked her to trim my hair and I asked for long layers. It’s usually what I always get. She was sitting the whole time while she was cutting my hair. I’ve never had someone sit down and cut my hair before . And I’ve been to a lot of hair salons. I can’t even describe what she did to my hair. It’s horrible. It looks choppy. She truly did a horrible job. So if you’re considering to try this place out please read the reviews. I regret coming to this place.

Natalie Waters does my hair and does an excellent job every time. She is super sweet and very talented I just tell her what I want and she makes it happen. I always get alot of compliments on my hair, so glad I found her.

The person at the front desk / who receives calls needs some training on customer service and courtesy. I had to cancel my appointment the morning of, and without asking why I was cancelling she started telling me do you know our cancellation policy - we can charge you up to half of what you service would cost. 1. why would you not allow me to explain whats going on? 2. I did not specify what service I was going to do on this visit, so its a total assumption on the Knots part about what I was planning.I had a fever the night before so I thought during Covid times it would not be wise idea for me to show up at the salon. If I had anything infectious, I would put my stylist at risk and I know her mom recently came off cancer surgery. Although I really wanted to get my hair done I didnt want to expose anyone to any germs, but instead the front desk lady went off on me. Terrible customer service. My stylist Emily is very nice but I dont want to deal with a rude front desk person.

I’ve been getting my hair done here for about the last 10 months. Kayla C is my stylist. She is THE best stylist I could ever ask for. Honestly! She is amazing, so talented, funny, kind and, extremely considerate of her clients.She immediately made me feel welcomed my first visit there. I always have a ton of questions, she never ever seems annoyed or too busy to explain and answer things for me! Even with COVID, Kayla has gone above and beyond to help meet her clients needs. The salon is so well put together, clean, and they take all the necessary safety precautions for COVID. I absolutely love having Kayla as my stylist and won’t ever see any other stylist again! Google just asked me to review and Im so glad because Im still mad right now. I have been here a few times and I cant believe the experience I just had. I arrived, was told to wait, I see her get the stylist, I see two other girls clearly talking about me. Im then told she cant see me because I am 7 minutes late. I ask if anyone else can, without even checking. Its a no, noone can see you at all. No place has a policy like this and it was more than clear I was being judged. Everytime Ive been to this salon I have waited for the stylist. I was supposed to be booked with the same stylist as before and this wasnt even her. So I waited 2 weeks for an appointment I needed for an event to be turned down and lied to. Was even told I know you drove far but Im not seeing you. Im so upset from the judgment I know I just received from a place Ive not only been to multiple times in the past but recommended to people that have went. Ill be sure they know my experience today as well so they dont return.

I was looking for a place to get a perm because my regular hair place did not have anyone who did perms. I finally found The Knot in Keller across from Sams club. Lisa did a GREAT job and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the results. Lisa was very thorough and took her time to make sure the rolling was perfect. I was very pleased and plan on making The Knot my new hair go-to!! I really recommend Lisa if you want a GREAT perm and style.

I am blown away with my EM sculpt results! With my first few treatments I could feel and see a difference. Now that I’ve let the full three months go by, I can’t believe how amazing it is! I just had a baby, I dropped 125 pounds fast and easy but I was having trouble toning up my abs, getting the hourglass figure back and getting rid of that pesky baby pouch. Now that my full three months have passed I am back to post baby figure!

Kylie, the owner of the Knot, always provides an amazing and welcoming experience! I moved to Texas 9 years ago and happened upon her and I’ve never gone to anyone else! I originally came in a few weeks ago and would have given a different rating on the first stylist when my hair color also the cut was nothing close to what I asked for and the bleach was left on so long my hair got fried. I spoke to a manager who helped get everything corrected. Kayla was the one who fixed it. And she’s AMAZING!! So professional and made me feel she wanted to give me what I asked for. I highly recommend her for people with thick hair also curly hair. I will definitely be using her again.

I’ve been going to see Katie at The Knot since first moving to the area 3.5 years ago, and I haven’t had a bad hair day since. I had a really great hairstylist where I lived previously and Katie is better. My hair is always perfect when I leave. I always need color and my hair never feels dry or damaged, which was an issue with my previous stylist. Katie frequently goes to different types of education classes to learn new styles and techniques to keep her being the best at her job and it shows. Katie did my hair for my wedding 2 years ago and it was completely perfect, and a bunch of other girls from the salon did my entire bridal party and a bunch of my relatives and everyone loved their hair. I would certainly follow her if she were to move, however the Knot salon itself offers great customer service, a rewards program, and frequent deals on products. They are also reasonably priced. I’ve never been dissatisfied.

I have been going to the Knot for a number of years now. I like that it is right around the corner from my house and I feel like all the stylists and front desk people are friendly and attentive. The stylists are talented and affordable. I LOVE my stylist and over the years she has become more of a friend than a stylist. Will. Never. Be. Back. Love my stylist, Jen, and truly dont know what I will do for my future haircuts but nothing can ruin a client relationship like the front desk telling you, and another customer for the same stylist, that they have you down for a different day. Leaving for a trip tomorrow and I was stoked about having fresh hair. The fact that I arranged for childcare and took time out of my schedule to be there makes it even worse. So mad I could cry.

I drive 1.5 hours round trip just to see Erin! She’s the best stylist in the shop, very skilled, personable, and professional. As long as she is cutting hair, I’ll be at the knot to see her

Heather was amazing! I have never had a stylist get my hair that close to the picture I showed her. I went in to correct a really stubborn red color my last salon left me with. Not only did she correct the color, she gave me a fabulous cut too! Highly recommend!

I wanted to personally thank my favorite stylist, Heather, for going above and beyond to help me surprise my mom with a birthday hair cut and color. My mom wanted to go in blind and not have to make any decisions on what to do. I knew Heather was the perfect stylist for the job. She had me send photos of what i was thinking, and then advised me on the best color and cut for my mom’s face shape and skin tone. I couldn’t be there for it, so Heather sent me photos during the process. My mom was so happy and described it as perfect. Thank you so much for making her 60th birthday special. After having a not so great experience my first time here, I thought I would give it another shot. The stylist was very sweet, but I felt once she realized how thick my hair was, she decided not to put much effort to it. She didnt give me the layers or look that I requested and didnt even use the flat iron, when my hair was frizzy and poofy. She basically gave me what looks like a 4 year old bowl cut. Ive never had to leave a salon with my hair back in a ponytail. Just disappointed.

It had been years since I’ve died my hair. I was able to get my natural color back from typical bleaching damage and was scared to do any coloring again. Luckily, I chose to go see Heather who gave me a great consultation and experience! She spoke with me about how to slowly and safely add color! We decided to go with a Baylage, based on her recommendation. I LOVE it! It’s super low maintenance, gorgeous AND did ZERO damage to my hair! She also worked with me on how to strategize touch ups to keep the maintenance affordable and recommended product that has really helped improve how dry my hair has been prior to seeing her!! Definitely recommend seeing Heather!!!

They were able to work my daughter in for Homecoming but $32 for a trim? Then $50 for a special occasion hair style which was two braids on either side and a low ponytail with curls...something I could have done at home. My daughter wanted something intricate which was the reason for going to the salon. I appreciate the willingness to work us in their schedule and the friendliness of the stylists.

I had a wonderful experience today at The Knot hair Salon in Keller. Im brand new to the area and had to leave my long term hairdresser, shes now halfway across the country! Im very nervous about the trial and error process of finding a new stylist. I came to The Knot today based off of a recommendation from a stranger after I complimented her great hair! She said she goes the The Knot in Golden Triangle! I had a cut and eyebrows waxed and was very pleased. My stylist and her assistant were great! I regularly color my hair do to an upcoming job interview I was not in a position to try out a new colorist today, I plan to return again in a few weeks to ask for the same stylist for color. Thank you again for the great cut and style!

I’m so happy I found The Knot. Due to a bad stylist at another salon, I had way too blonde highlights and patches of dark brown dye all over. It was terrible. But then I found the knot and Dominique, and she is fantastic. She saved my hair and made it look amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and then made it look better than I hoped for. I highly recommend!

I came across The Knot on fb with their 50% discount on cut & color with treatment. i was desperate for a hair cut as it had been since January 😳when I called up, I mentioned the coupon. I also took.a screen shot of it & when meeting my stylist I showed it to her to make it clear what I was expecting.I had Bailey who was great, she really listened to me and did an Awesome job. she did a partial balayage, cut & toner as well as the complimentary treatment and my total with the 50% off was $75. tbh even full price that would be reasonable as a lot of salons charge a LOT more!I intend to return! thank you Bailey!

It took a while to find a good salon when I moved from NY to TX. Finding a good hairdresser was harder than finding a good Dr.For many years throughout my life, I had always gottten compliments on my hair....always!After moving to TX......that stopped......it was noticeable. After a lot of research I went to about 3 salons.......nothing. Then I tried The KNOT. They were patient with me, with my requests andpictures .....and after working through it together, I now get (pretty much wherever I go), “I love your hair!!!” That’s when I knew.....this is the place. If you’re searching for a place, they’re worth the try.

I’m feeling pretty disappointed about my experience with The Knot. I went in on Thursday for a haircut with Heather and while she was a very sweet person, her work ethic made me feel really uneasy. I asked for a blunt haircut that requires precision and when she was done she asked me several times if I wanted to curl my hair. I could tell the cut was off and her pushing for curls made me feel like she wanted to mask the potential uneven job. After I asked her to straighten in, she ended up going in to cut off some unevenness. The fact that she was willing to not double check her work and was willing to have me go on my way with curls to mask imperfections is not okay by me. My hair is still not how I asked for it to be and I left because I didn’t want her to cut anymore of my hair.Then I called the receptionist Sabrina and cancelled a color appointment with Heather because at this point I didn’t feel I could trust this stylist. She said ok. She never offered to reschedule me even though I said I wanted to do so on the phone. I was willing to go in and give the salon a second shot. Her attitude doesn’t come off very friendly and this was frustrating as well both in person and on the phone. I called back and asked to please have a manager call me back. I gave her my number, she repeated it back to me. I told Sabrina that I had gotten my haircut with them the day before and I would like to have someone correct my hair as it wasn’t where it should have been. She didn’t offer an apology, didn’t sound proactive, and I never got a call from the manager.

The Knot Salon is an awesome place. The people there are friendly and the salon is clean & even more comfortable in the new location. Heather’s my stylist and I always leave happy! She works with me to create the look I want.

Jaden did my hair and it’s never looked so good. My hair is naturally almost black and he was able to get it lifted to the exact shade I requested. I wanted highlights and lowlights and what almost always turns out orange, came out exactly how I envisioned. He listened to what I wanted and he delivered. Could not be more thrilled. The artists here make sure to take good care of your hair. My first time here watching Jeniffer paint my hair was like watching a famous painter create a masterpiece. She was meticulous with every babylight she painted. My baylage was natural looking and the textured haircut was amazing. Second time here Kayla did an amazing root shade and a carrie Underwood haircut just as I asked but better. She took great care of my hair and was humble and really sweet talker. The atmosphere here is calm and all the artist here make you their top priority unlike other salons who go from client to client and forget about you. I will continue to go here. I hear they provide great nail services too but no eyelash extensions. Perhaps they will in the future?

I chose The Knot because of an ad that I saw on FB regarding their reopening. It was for first time customers, 50% off any color, haircut, toner and conditioning treatment. My stylist knew nothing about the ad and told me 3 times that she would ask her manager. I dont think she ever did. I went to their FB page and the ad was gone. I asked for blonde highlights. My hair has NO blonde in it at all. I understand I have long thick hair but never imagined that 4hrs in the seat and $167 dollars later would be 50% off of my services. I even asked twice as I was checking out if that was 50% off and was told that it was. Wow!!! I love my hair but 4 hours later and not getting what I asked for or what the ad advertised is bad business in my opinion.Update: They called me and admitted that I had been missed charged and discussed what happened and made it right!!

I’ve been going for about six months now! Love my experience and consistent results. Only downside is it’s a hit/miss with your stylist. I’ve seen satisfied and also dissatisfied customers. Sometimes the booking is confusing or they’ll double book so you may have to book up to a week in advance!

I love going to The Knot Salon. Tesha and Kylie take very good care of me. Tesha does my nails every two weeks and Kylie cuts my hair every three weeks. All of the employees are very friendly. If you want to be pampered go see these wonderful people!

I decided to try this salon first time based on good reviews I saw on NextDoor, however my experience has been very distressing when I received the bill which included 2 extra charge of $20 each which was never communicated to me when I called for information on pricing. They charged me for glaze/ toner & services by the hairstylist as ‘a la carte’ which shocked me as I was never asked or told of extra cost. I have never experienced this kind of deceit by a hair salon and called them to request a refund of $40. They told me they will have the manager call This is unethical & dishonest. I hope they do the right thing by improving their customer service & letting customers know exactly what their paying for without any hidden costs.I am very disappointed and no longer trust them for future services. Honesty is everything. !Update:The manager Kelly did call and was very understanding & apologized for the lack of communication b/n the stylist & me. She reassured me that she will refund the extra charge back to my card.She appreciated my feedback as room for improvement in training their staff to better communicate these extra services to customers.So do appreciate that they have a great manager like Kelly.

I had been going to this salon for over 2 years. My hair dresser (Natalie) started not drying my hair on several occasions because she would over book herself. If Im paying good money for a hair cut and color, I should get my hair dried. The last time she actually told me that the blow dry was extra!! Seriously?! Then tried blaming me. Like no one else could try my hair in the place?? I will NEVER go back! I got to go home and dry and style my hair after sitting for several hours for processing. Dont worry I will tell everyone I know not to go there too! You are rude & unprofessional!!

I use the facialist there, Doan. She gives the absolute best facials in the DFW area. My cousin has used the stylist there. She was very pleased with her service. All the ladies look very pleased with their service and they all look great walking out of the salon.

Took my son to take dow. His extremely long hair with a mat. Alicia took care of him and did an excellent job. This is the first haircut he has ever had that he was happy with. Will definitely be back
