I came with a friend for her birthday. My mail tech was great, but hers was LOUDLY rude and abrasive. She criticized her nails and said doing a Mickey Mouse (literally 3 circles) on one finger was a design she absolutely could not do. Then my nail technician said she would do it because it was so easy. She complained and kept rolling her eyes at my friend for the state of her nails, which were not bad at all! The gel manicure was low quality, and started lifting after 2 days. I can say good things about the one nice lady who gave me a pedicure, but not for my friend who went with me!

My daughter had an idea, they brought it to life and made her day! Nice service, clean and everyone wore a mask.

I had a gift card for $120 to go here so I figured why not. My first impression was that the decor was a bit outdated. The salon is right by a train track. The tracks are literally behind the salon so Im thankful a train did not pass through during my visit. All of the staff were very friendly. The prices quoted before hand $25 one pedicure, $30 for two manicures, $10 for small designs on daughters nails, $20 for small designs on my fingers and toes. I showed the technician a picture of what I wanted for my nails and she was able to achieve both looks for my toes and fingers. The toes were gel with french tips and a basic design on the big toe. The design was a little smeared. The fingers were dip and one thumb has an odd diagonal streak in it. My fingers got cut a couple of times with the electric filer. My pinky and ring finger are still a little red today. Somehow the total before tip came out to exactly what my gift card had on it which seemed outrageous. No hand or arm massage and the foot and leg massage at most was five minutes and was a light rub. At other salons, Im used to getting the hot stone massage, deep tissue massage on arms and legs, parafin wax bag, nice lotion and scented epsom salts, and a neck massage for less than what I paid. I asked for gel for my daughter and once she was alone, they said they could only do the dip because her nails were too short which is unreasonable. She asked for a basic design and they were unable to achieve this. They added a different design on two nails and my daughter seemed okay with that but a little disappointed for it being her first experience at a nail salon.my daughter only got her fingers done and finished around the same time as I did. It seemed like it took far too long for hers. I normally feel refreshed and relaxed after leaving the salon but I didnt this time.

I’ve been going to this nail salon since it opened and the quality of service has just gone downhill. The manicures I’ve gotten from them over the last two or three years in particular have been rather disappointing- it feels as if they’ve gotten very busy and services are now rushed. Today I went in and the technician nearly drilled a hole through the middle of my nail and it was so painful- I just can’t come back after that.

Small little nail salon, but clean and i did not feel rushed. They take their time massaging your feet hands and calves I pefer strong deep massages but its always a hit or miss with that at any nail salon. The seats are not comfy for short girls like me. Overall, good experience.

The pedi was awesome but I had a pedi and a full in dip and I got there at 10:15am and didnt leave until after 1pm it took too long

I don’t recommend coming here. I had the worse experience at this nail salon. This was my first time coming here. I got a full set dip nails. First of all the lady that did my nails was in a hurry to do my nails and was being really rough. I had told her I wanted them shorter and I could hear her say “ oh my gosh” there is also lint in my nails that are suck to them because of the polish that she didn’t clean....like I said I would not come back here again.

Donno did an amazing job, was gentle and cleaned UNDER the nail too. Prices are reasonable for what youre getting.

Love the fact that these folks are so safety conscious! Everyone is wearing a mask, most have face shields, as well. The people doing pedicures are wearing gloves and the manicurists are behind plexiglass. They are also practicing social distancing. They agreed safer than some doctors offices. On top of this, I got a great mani-pedi for an excellent price.

4.2 Rushed like cattle

I had the best experience here for the Heavenly Pedicure. Let me tell you, it was heavenly. The spa itself is beautiful and the ladies are all super nice and friendly. They offer you any drink you want as soon as you walk in and they come to you with a warm neck pillow. The prices are reasonable and the service you are paying for is incredible. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Made appointment 2 days in advance for 3 people at 2:30. When I got there they wrote on their appointment book at 2:00 pm the guy owner still said it was ok . We waited 30 minutes and finally left. Tons of other people were coming in and some were still waiting. I heard other customers say their appointment was at 2:15 and 2:45. Why schedule overcrowded appointments that they schedule in 15 minute increments when they know damn well that isn’t going work. Oh wait, I know why so they can make the sale. I should report them for overcrowding.Ps I took a recording of all the people in the waiting area .

This is my new favorite nail place! Everyone there gave amazing customer service and was so sweet and patient with my friends daughter, who was doing her typical two-year-old thing LOL. The quality in the atmosphere is above the standard and they have cat eye nails! You should try it. Phoebe was amazing by the way. She really took the time to get to know me and really listen to me when it came to what I wanted with my nails.

This place was bigger than I anticipated that it was. Ive been driving past it for 10 years now and never went inside until today. Its very nice, they have 15 pedicure chairs so I cant imagine dropping in without an appointment would be a problem. They also have several options and prices, twenty-five dollars being the cheapest for a simple pedicure.

Got an excellent service on my nails and I am ready to go back. The staff know what they are doing. Thank you.

I have been to this salon many times. The owner is kind, the place is lovely but recently I have had less pleasant experiences. Not all technicians are patient and gentle, not all respect a customers specific needs and too often it is obvious that customers are being poorly talked about by the dirty looks they are being given by the technicians. Service has declined. I love supporting my community and this salon is close, but I will drive past it and a bit further for a safe and clean salon that does a beautiful job and whose staff strives to provide a memorable experience through excellent service 10 out of 10 times and not just sometimes. It is unfair that the owner and good technicians are losing once loyal customers because of the repeat offending technicians especially when there are other outstandingly beautiful places on the rise working hard to earn, and keep, your business.

I was in Ft Worth longer than I was expecting to be so I needed a fill in on my nails. I found this place and they did a great job! $32 for a fill in with gel. Thats a great price, too! Salon was clean and employees were friendly.

I have never had luck with my nails--they always lift and I pick them off but Sarah has found the answer and my nails last 3+ weeks which is awesome for me. I love Oasis ! Kim always greets me by name and everyone is friendly. The salon is clean and trendy.

I’ve been coming to Oasis since they opened and always had a great experience. Although not very noticeable from the exterior, inside is a relaxing clean and friendly environment. I recommend all of my friends and co workers and they are never disappointed. Tried other places due to gifts but hands down, Oasis tops my list for customer service, quality, price and variety of services provided. Loan, Ken, Lynn, and Kim are like family to me after so many years of great personal service. Oasis is the very best in my opinion.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Horrible! They do a rush job, very rough, they cut your skin, could care less and it shows in their work. Never been to a salon where so many rude employees work! This is a direct reflection on management. Only 1 girl was nice. Been here several times and never coming back. Plus they hate doing acrylic nails with regular nail polish and will bully and pressure you to the point you just want to get in a screaming match! I have never experienced anything like this in all the years I’ve been doing my nails!! There is something seriously wrong with this place.

I had been getting my nails done here for a few months. I had recently got my nails done and a week later 3 nails had broke which was weird cause I always use dip. So I came in and told manager what happened very calm and nice so she set me down for someone to fix the problem. So when nail tech asked what happened I told her again in a nice way wasnt mean at all and she started talking to some other girl in Vietnamese loudly and pulling my hand hard saying why my nails are like this, like it was my fault. She was so rude to me I couldnt believe it. I will never come back here again.

I am trying to grow my own nails which are admittedly in bad shape and I am very embarrassed about it so I am already a bit nervous when I get them done. I went in for a full set of solar nails and the male technician I had was at first very friendly. While removing the old product he became quite the opposite. Shaking his head, frowning, speaking to the male tech beside him about me. I’m not stupid, I know when someone is talking about me. He cut my finger while hurriedly filing and grabbed at my hands. Never spoke to me once he got started. It was a humiliating and uncomfortable experience. I was hoping this would be my new place. Never going back.

This is my place now. I actually go past three other nail salons to get here since I have had a good experience with them. Last couple times Ive had Fiona and shes done a great job on my nails. If I can I will try to always book with her. Ive always thought the staff was really nice and its clean.

Not a great experience. Young guy doing my pedi was too rough and unapologetic. Also had to tell him to put another coat of polish on so you couldn’t see through it. I’ve had good experiences here, this wasn’t one of them.

I love the people here and they do great on your nails and give you great service! However, I recently got my eyebrows waxed and she was older than the other girls who have waxed my eyebrows and, have made them look gorgeous, but she unfortunately for me did not do well on me this time. My eyebrows are very thin and do not have much of an arch, if any at all, and to make matters worse I dont have very dark eyebrows for my brown hair. Also she didnt even do the job well and i still have a lot of hair left in uncessary. The only place she waxed was on my actual eyebrow! So just like any place please make sure to tell them its just a clean up so you dont have to learn the hard way like me!

If you like being treated rudely for your nail polish bubbling before you even leave, being ignored while they are being redone, and getting dirty looks when you cant pay quickly enough because your nails are wet so you instead destroy the paint job, you will LOVE this place. Oh. Not to mention she did not even ASK which option I wanted for my manicure so I got the stupid paraffin mask instead of the massage I wanted.First and LAST time Im coming here. Not so happy I paid $30 for this mess. 1 star isnt low enough.

Ive been here many times and the service level has really decreased. The lady who did my manicure was so rough, my nails were sore for days. They are trying to accommodate as many people as fast as they can, they are sacrificing quality.

Do not come to this salon! They are horrible! The staff is rude and so unfriendly. They rushed through my nails, cut my skin so many times, and pulled on my hands. The color I chose for dip ended up being some other color. I asked them to change the color and got mad and started talking in their own language about me and everyone gave me dirty looks. Whether they are talking about the customers or not, it is unprofessional and so rude. Coming to this salon is a waste of money.

Should have heeded the other reviews!!!!! I got a pedicure on Thursday and by the time I woke up Friday morning two of my toe nails were naked of polish. Now it is Saturday and I’ve lost the polish off all of my toes except for my big toes. Cheap or old polish, complete waste of $36.

(The rating isnt a mistake. This is bad at first, but read to the end.) My normal place closed down and it had been a while since I treated myself. I called to ask if this place was too busy to take a walk-in and they said no, so I ran right over. The outside of this place isnt very promising and I was a bit skeptical, but I went in. As soon as I walked in and filled out the service form, they escorted me to a chair and started soaking my feet. No one came to work on me. Several people came in and were immediately started on, and I assumed they had appointments. 15 minutes passed and I was getting irritated, but mostly at myself for not making an appointment and for coming when I had limited time to spare. The manager, I guessed, came over to apologize for the wait and ask if I needed a drink of water. I said, chagrined, that I didnt think I was going to have time for this today and maybe I should come back another day. He apologized again and said not to worry, that someone would be with me soon and they would do my mani and pedi at the same time to get me out faster. He also asked if the foot bath was a good temperature and I said it had gotten a little cool, so he filled it himself with hot water. Very kind and thoughtful. I decided to wait. A full 30 minutes after I had walked in, a technician finally came over to work on me and, I must admit, I was quite frustrated by this time. Boy, am I glad I waited! She got to work so quickly and efficiently that my annoyance was soon assuaged. She was thorough, clearing the dead skin, callus, and cuticle from under my neglected toenails and repairing the ingrown areas more fully than any pedicurist I have ever been to. Despite the deep, almost pediatrist-like treatment, she was so gentle I was highly impressed. Another technician came to take care of my hands with the same gentle efficiency and thoughtfulness. They were as kind and helpful as they were capable. Though I know they rushed through my services because they knew of my limited time, I didnt feel at all rushed. I felt like they concentrated all the pampering I had ordered into the time allowed, skimping on nothing. Also, they did apologize for the wait, but didnt belabor it or self-efface to the point that I felt uncomfortable. I have definitely found my new regular nail salon and am already looking forward to my next pampering session at Oasis!Tip: put your hair in a bun and wear a tank top! They massage your neck wonderfully using hot stones and you will want to get the full experience without worrying about oil getting in your hair or on your shirt, not to mention giving a full range of available skin for your technician to rub 😊

Very disappointed! After 3 years of only coming to this salon, the last two times have been a such a bad experience, I will never come back again!! I brought my daughter with me to get nails done and we were placed in corner where she was completely ignored for almost 45 mins. I asked several times why she was being passed up while others were getting their nails done that came in 30 mins after us. After many excuses they finally came to do her nails and never apologized.Today my teen daughter came in to get a nail repaired that lifted and came off after only 2 days of having them and she was treated poorly. They told her to sit and ignored her after taking 2 guests that came in after her. She asked again and they told her it would be 30 mins. They didnt want to bother to fix their mistake. I called and asked to speak to owner or manager and was told very rudely she was busy and would call me back!!! I will never come back to this salon again and I will NOT recommend anyone to visit your salon!
