They did great. I had an appointment. I showed up two minutes late, and they saw me right away. I was brought a water and they were patient as I picked a color. I wanted them short and they are. There were NO flaws with my nails or cuticles when she was done.

Tina and her team always do a fabulous job. They are always friendly.

I bring in a photo and show Tina what I want. Tina is 100% into giving me exactly what i show her! Everyone up there is very friendly and always do as you ask. I took my mother in law, she has nerve pain in her legs, I asked them to be very gentle with her and they spent 2 hours pampering her! Not one time did she complain of pain! I appreciate the care and attention to detail they always provide!

The workers are extremely sweet, and very professional. We came in with 4 people, and had all our manicures and pedicures done at the same time while enjoying the experience. We had a good laugh and will surely come back again.

I love that this place is downstairs from my office. The signature pedicure with hot stone massage is heavenly. I have been able to walk in without a wait and get services during the week. I get my eyebrows waxed her, pedicures, and manicures. They are never rushed and always friendly.

Update 5/10 - There is a reason that this salon has such high reviews. I have been to a few salons in this area, and no salon that I have visited compares to Signature Nails. The staff is genuinely nice, and their work is immaculate. I get gel nails (after Tina told me to try it) and my gel lasts for weeks. During COVID, the salon was closed for a while and my gel nails grew out, but they did not chip AT ALL. My nails always last until the next visit when I go to Signature Nails. Other salons, sometimes chip within a week!I went in today looking for Tina, and while I was there, everyone coming in asked for Tina. She really does a great job. However, I really needed to get my nails done so I agreed to let another nail tech do my nails. And I want to say that the other techs did a great job as well. This is the best salon Ive ever been to in my life. They do good, neat work, the salon is clean, and they have a large color selection for all nail types.

Ive been going to this salon for the past year. Tina has and continues to be my to go girl for dip nails and pedi. Shes funny, hard working and yes shes a talker but in a good way. She goes above and beyond in her work to please her customers. I highly recommend Tina and the salon. Everyone in the salon are nice and attentive.

I waited to write my review to see how the polish would hold up... Had a pedicure here before our cruise vacation, and 6 weeks later polish still looks great!!! Granted my toenails have grown longer than I like.... The polish on my toes is still on point! As far as the pedicure, they use nice smelling scrubs and lotions, the lady took her time and did a great job! I will be back and I have already referred my mom and friends!!!

After a very long wait to get pampered, finally our salon is able to open back up. I get a text offering an appointment and I quickly respond. Yay ! I’m so excited for a pedi, eyebrows and a fill. They give me an appointment time for myself as well as for my daughter . With an appointment and informing them of all services needed, we still wait an hour before any service is rendered. We get our pedis. A bit rushed, but it was nice. Then we wait ANOTHER hour before they sit us for our nails . Then we are told that they cannot do anything special and only one color . But charge us the same price . That’s ridiculous . When we asked why, they informed us that they didn’t have time ! What about the time we just spent in your salon ? With an appointment? We left after 2 and a half hours with just pedis done. I understand that they have been closed . And I understand that they need to make money . But please don’t book so many appointments ( at the same time I might add ) that you cannot handle them. This is disrespectful and very unprofessional. I will also say that social distancing was not part of their reopening plan. Too many people in one place. Thank goodness we wore our masks. I love this salon and have been going there for years along with all of my grown daughters. However, I will never give them my business again.

I’ve gone here twice and I feel like that I don’t get the same service as everyone else. I walk in and they seem to rush me or get irritated when I tell them how I want my nails to be done. I’m never offered a beverage of choice like every person that comes in behind me or the people who’ve arrived before me, they do a great job but I feel like I’m a bothered to be there and I feel like the whole process is always rushed (even when it’s not busy).

My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing pedicure! Signature is not at all like the other places Ive been where they rush you in and out. They really take their time to make you feel special and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Andy and his team! I would imagine it would be best to have an appointment on a Saturday because they are so popular.

This was the BEST pedicure I have ever had! for $35.00 my friend and I got our feet done, had mimosas, a foot/leg massage, a leg scrub, and etc! I honestly couldnt believe the amount of work that went into our pedicures!!! Most salons are in a rush to get you in and out so that they can move on to the next customer but they took the time to take care of us and then some!

I went in hoping to just get my nails filed and painted and they did a great job for just $6! Ill splurge on a manicure when needed but wanted to go somewhere local for a quick paint and the results were great. Will be back!

I moved here a little over two years ago and tried nearly every nail salon in the area before finding Signature Nail Spa and I wont go anywhere else! Andy does a fantastic job even with the most complicated designs. His staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I highly recommend this salon. The techs use actual emory boards on natural nails for manicures instead of the huge coarse ones that other salons use that are made for acrylic nails. At other places, it usually hurts when I get manicures when they address the cuticles, but I have not experienced that at this salon. The pedicure area has nice, soothing music instead of a blasting TV. All of my manicures and pedicures have been flawless, and the customer service is excellent.

RUDE staff. Do NOT go here. The young woman woman who worked on my feet was very nice and kind. However, I was rushed out by an older woman. She kept giving me ugly looks and behaving like a child. I felt like I was in a factory. I will NOT be returning to this place. Some of the staff seemed like they were very nervous/stressed but thats no excuse to treat your customers like trash.

Tina is the best! Be sure to ask for her when you visit the salon.

TERRIBLE. If I could put no stars I would. They were extremely rude and did not sit me down until I threatened to leave. It was ridiculous. It was also probably the most painful manicure of my life. Please save your money and go somewhere worthwhile. The glue on my acrylics hardly lasted a day. My friend walked out with BLEEDING CUTICLES and the technicians very obviously did not care AT ALL. Low quality, high prices, RUDE STAFF.

The lady that did my pedicure was really nice, but no base coat, & made my skin around my nail bleed. Another lady came & made her stop on my feet then rushed her off to someone else then rushed doing mine. I felt like they want you in and out. Not very good service. Get in then get out of my chair is how I believe this salon thinks.

I walked in one day needing my nails done with the gels. I asked the price and it was $5 more than the place right by my home. I told Andy that and he said they would do it for the same price. great customer service! I was so impressed with Gigi that I paid their price and have been going back ever since!in every business you are going to find their off day... i have been seeing Gigi for about 5 months now and love love love her for my nails and Andy is great for the feet! I had another lady one time and didnt like it at all... so i feel if you go once and dont like it then go again and have someone else help. also making an appointment will assure you to have someone there for what you need. Love this place and will continue to go!

The technician cut my cuticles, and did a terrible job. If youre doing nails Id expect you to be able to color in the lines. When I requested that she remove excess nail polish from my fingertips/cuticles she literally filed my skin. It did not work. The polish is still there and I have scabby cuticles.

I use to go here years ago, location, and just get the basic polish no designs so it was a 4 star. Moved further away and desires to have design and NOT a flower, so I sought out other nail salons.I returned to the area and just wanted / needed a basic pedicure of course they try to push more and offered a design, I asked what kind of designs, I was showed some decent abstract designs, so I showed some of my previous designs & was assured they could do it just show the technician once ready for polish.Well.... 3 technicians later I got someone to attempt it and it was simple abstract lines and dots, results were ok.I came back 2 weeks later just wanted a simple half & half design on big toe again tried to push the infamous flower, uh NO! I am too old for a flower. Was told design was too difficult for the technician so another came over said he was too busy so technician 3 attempted, had to show her areas missed and while doing design started speaking in what sounded like an irritated/ frustrated tone in their native language....UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL!So I am looking for a nail spa who has a strong designer team or at least 1.No 3rd time for me, Im good and I AM DONE!!!Honesty goes a long way with me, just say you cant do it from jump then I would know just come for polish change or a French tip.

I had moved to Keller for 3 months, and been searching for a best salon in town. I had found Signature Nails Spa with all the great reviews and I call to make an appointment with Andy and GiGi to get my Pink and White Set and Pedicure. OMG...they are really amazing. I am really picky on my Pink and White set, but he did a wonderful jobs. I am so impressed that he is young but he had a lot of experiences. And GiGi did a fabulous job on my Pedicure, BTW I had a Signature Pedicure she used Candles Oil to massage my legs... WOW... I never had a pedicure like this in Keller area and they offered me drinks so nice and really professional. I will recommended to everyone come to Signature Nail Spa to get your nails and pedicures done. Its worth every of your penny. Thank you Andy and GiGi yall the best, love you all.

Made an appointment for 12:30. Arrived at 12:24 with 6 minutes to spare. They told me i would need to come back at 3:30. Would never recommend.
