The workers are so sweet and helpful. Never had a bad experience here. I love how clean the gym is! It smells good all the time. Highly recommend coming here!

The gym used to be amazing and I have referred over 20 people to which have memberships now over the years before and after the new ownership (Previously Fit2k)Now however there is still no childcare option available where other gyms have taken precautions and opened that back up for their members (this portion has been closed for almost a year now) The class space they made smaller when new owners renovated and that took away space when it was already overcrowded... Now with limited amount of spaces I barely can get a work out in a group class which is the only reason I am a member of the gym.I will now look elsewhere for a better group fitness option.They need to open more classes up to accommodate the lack of space they created for the group fitness or they will lose even more members.Very disappointed that I have given the new owners ample time to fix their issues.

Worst gym ever. They told me that I have to pay extra money even after Im done with a year contract. Never even looking at that gym again that’s a big no for me

Yoga. That’s what I’m here for mainly. Tiffany is a mainstay if you want a no-judgment, fun yoga session. Rachae (sp?) is challenging too! You will be challenged by as much as you put into the stretches. Currently, Tuesday night from 6-7. Capacity is 8 people, so get there early. Call to see if yoga is going on. There’s no schedule online as far as I know.My main gripe:The redesign of the group fitness room is a joke though. Prior to Blink, it was large and fully enclosed with no outside noise (aka annoying fitness “music”). The genius who redesigned the room included an open air flow which is a letdown. Plus the kids zone has pushed into what used to be a nice spacious area.All that aside, it’s still a reasonably priced gym compared to other taj mahals in Keller/NFW. Staff is helpful and more attentive than former Fit2k staff. Maybe they’re paid well?

Multiple calls to corp and continual promises to be called back, or called by the reginal manager ashley have all been lies. My membership was for 10/mo but i owed over $80 the day i joined... Blocked all payments from my card moving forward.

Keller TX location on Heritage Trace Pkwy has a broken prone leg curl machine that has been down for over 3 weeks! Its a one-of-a-kind exercise machine. The store manager, April, submitted the repair paperwork weeks ago to repair the broken cable. Goes out for competitive bid. Still no repair!Blink should have a routine preventive maintenance contract in place for the Keller area to make simple repairs like this busted cable and to have scheduled maintenance checks to prevent other breakdowns from occurring.

Small gym. With enough equipment to get in a good work out.

There weren’t many racks, and overall equipment is lacking. Some of the bench are stuck at an immovable angle that gets annoying. On top of that not a single person wore masks (even with no social distancing)

I have been a member of blink fitness, since it was fitness 2000. I usually go on a daily basis, the past 2 weeks, there has been multiple empty sanitizer recepital, empty hand sanitizers, no one has masks on except the trainers, even the people at the door dont have them on properly. no one ever cleans area lately even when there are 2 or three people up front. I asked about sanitizers was told they were out?? poor planning. I am an older adult wear my mask and your video now clearly states masks are to be worn at all times including while working out. I also dont see most people cleaning their equipment after use. someone really needs to look into this.

I am a current member of the gym and have had a good experience so far. Unfortunately, the gym has charged me two annual fees in the same day. I called and spoke with a manager and was told this would be rectified within 3 days. This is day 9 and this has still not been been resolved. I am not sure if this is a recurring problem with other people, but I am thinking about cancelling my membership if this is not handled. I am very irritated at how delayed this organization is about resolving an error they created. I will cancel this membership and disconnect the darn card if this is not resolved-- Get it together Blink!

The state has 100% reopened, yet they are still on extremely reduced hours. Excuse? Cleaning. Closing at 4 on weekend and 9 during the week is really unacceptable. I get if you don’t have the demand to not be 24 hours, but all the local Planet Fitnesses have all done that. Enough!Adding to it, tired of you closing at 4 and 9, but it’s made worse when music and TVs are tuned off 20 minutes early. What message are you sending me and other members?

This gym is great!!! I’ve never felt better!! I wake up with pain everyday and I love it!! I have developed a preworkout addiction and I only eat protein oats!! Thank you Blink!!

They only care about the monthly dues and find a way to keep charging you even though your contract is up!!On top of that they make cancelation process as difficult as possible!!!! Employees are always cleaning and friendly.

I tried cancelling my membership over a year ago at this location, and didnt realize until COVID hit that we were still being charged. I attempted to call, and resolve the issue; however, they indicated that I would need to return to the gym I originally cancelled my membership with as they never received notice. I then called my bank to not allow transactions to be placed by this institution as I did not authorize them, and was basically told by Blink that they wouldnt do anything to mediate charging me over the past year even though they can see from their records that I hadnt used their services. Now on top of it all I am getting threats that a past due balance is going to go to collections. I think its high time to get a class action lawsuit initiated as it seems I am not the only one who has experienced this type of fraudulent activity.

I started with Fitness 2000, and stayed through the transition to Blink. Im so glad I did! Its cleaner, there are lockers, the equipment is better. The layout is better. I am greeted EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I walk through the doors. I have a trainer, Kristee, who is AMAZING. She is encouraging, doesnt let me back out or down from completing full sets :) and is completely prepared and supportive about what Ive requested to focus my workouts on. The training sessions are flexible to meet with my crazy schedule.I believe a lot of the negative reviews here are based on the fact that Blink is no longer Fitness 2k. And that is why Fitness 2k isnt around anymore, I heard about the hoops you had to go through to cancel. Im sure the transition take time internally with staff and software etc. I actually just had a friend cancel a few weeks ago with no issues whatsoever. So like I said, it was probably a transitional thing since most of those posts are from right around that transitional time.Go. Try it out. For the price, you cant beat it.

Greg Armstrong the Texas Region Manager today showed his understanding and empathy and made a situation much better.

Wish I could give it 5 stars. There are only one or two of the same weight machines and makes it really difficult. Having to wait all the time for other people to finish is kind of annoying(dont mind waiting, but when people are hoarding is frustrating) I do like the clean environment.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I froze my account due to not going in due to Covid. However, I am seeing small charges on my credit card. $8 here, $1 there. Theyre small, but they add up, and without reason. When I called to ask what was going on, the manager said I would get my money returned in 5 business days to my card (no reason was stated). I have not received my money back. Just letting you all know to be aware and make sure they are NOT charging you random things using YOUR credit card.

Closing at 9pm is getting old!!! At least start closing at midnight if not let us know so we can start dropping our memberships..

I went to cancel my son membership on today, which was done the moment COVID-19 started. I been getting billed because blink claims they never got my letter of cancellation! However, I was still charged $29 during a pandemic! That is unreal, its a freaking pandemic out here Ive been a loyal customer and they do me like this! I thought about coming back once the pandemic eased up but I wouldnt recommend this place for nobody! Bad for business to many other workout facilities around to treat someone like this!

I feel really comfortable here! This gym has all the equipment I need, really nice staff, and it’s not over crowded. I hardly ever have to wait for a machine even during rush hour. Being open 24hr during the week is a huge bonus. Really glad I switched.

The new manager is awesome! Im not sure what all changed, but the vibe is way more positive.

Massive scam, please avoid at all costs. They will do anything they can to charge you and not allow you to cancel your membership

I had a situation with one of the personal trainers at the Keller Location. Instead of helping me take care of the problem management thought that protecting their trainers is more important than the guest thats the life blood of the gym. The Moto for the gym is that every guest is welcome, this cannot be further from the truth. Management does not care.

UPDATE: They charged me the yearly fee of $54 twice in one month plus my account was already cancelled and they told me corporate had to accept the refund and it’s been 2 weeks already and they just charged me the monthly fee of $10.81 when I already cancelled my subscription. THEY ARE FRAUD.

Why is it that their hours state they are open till 12AM on Friday but when I got here at about 10:45PM they are already closed? All the more reason to cancel my membership. Gonna be heading over to Fitness Connection since they’re larger, have a sauna and pool, AND are cheaper than Blink. Blink, you’re cancelled.

Make sure you read the catch at the bottom of their flier, so disappointing the receptionist did not mention when I enrolled. clean and well maintained.

Can y’all go back to regular hours or atleast close at 12 am also turn down the music it’s so loud, it’s bad enough y’all trick us into a contract we can’t get out of.

Update your hours because clearly you aren’t open till 12AM on Friday. It’s 10:14PM right now and there was somebody already locking up.
