Sara is awesome. I have been to this location once a month for the last 7 years and have always been taking care of as soon as I walk in. She now cuts my 3 boys hair and they are so happy when her or Zach are working. Amazing team and staff

Make sure to book online or call ahead. They fill up fast, especially on weekends.The ladies here always do a good job on my hair, no matter who cuts it.

I called while in the parking lot and was told there was no wait at all. I hung up and went in to the shop to find all the stylists had just sat down with new clients. 20 minutes later another stylist arrived to the shop and called me up. She was not friendly or talkative and seemed overall annoyed to even be there. I told her what I wanted and while she was using the clippers on my (extremely quickly and aggressively) the clippers were pulling more of my hair out opposed to cutting it. I asked for my hair to be cut a little shorter which seemed to annoy her more. The haircut lasted maybe a total of 6 minutes (as I said she was moving quickly and aggressively). I came home to find my hair very choppy and different lengths all over my head. I don’t normally go to Supercuts and this is a PRIME example as to why.EDIT: I’m not sure if anyone else had the same issue but the “area supervisor” does not get back to you. I’ve sent 2 emails and have received nothing back.

I tried to make an appt for my wife to get her hair cut and colored. I was told supercuts doesnt make appointments. Thats a really poor business model. I was told to make a reservation in the morning for her. Well for the last 3 days Ive been trying to get a reservation for my wire to get her hair color. Every time I call they don have any spots for color. Sounds like they only do 2 or 3 colors a day. Another very poor business decision. So I will be telling everyone how horrible super cuts is. That they never have time and the woman who answer the phone really rude. Im pretty sure shes only rude because Im a man. This place is horrible and should be shut down.

Got my hair cut there today. Its exactly what I asked for. How often can you honestly say that? The girls there are very friendly, personable and professional. I got my hair cut here a couple of months ago and thats what brought me back today and why I will return next time. I dont live right around the corner. I travel here from Charlestown. I got my hair cut really short due to having chemo. My hair dresser Amber let me cry to her and she cut my hair so beautifully. She also wouldn’t let me pay for my hair cut. She’s an amazing hairdresser and person!

I have been going to the Keene supercuts for years. I think they actually do a better job than some of the higher priced salons in Keene. The environment is fun and the employees are friendly!

Misty is awesome.. Ive gone back to her numerous times in the last couple years. she does a great job with my hair, and she has been so utterly kind to me. I recently lost my brother and was in need of a haircut for weeks and decided to give it a go even though my emotions were running high.. I got upset midcut and started crying and she was so tender and caring. She gave me a hug, helped get my hair cut complete and used a gift card to pay for my haircut so I could go and not worry about. She hugged me again and showed such empathy for me. Its a rare find these days and I cant recommend her skills and sweet disposition enough. Cant Thank you enough Misty!!

Ive been going here for 3 years off and on while going to other Supercuts locations around New England as well. My job has me traveling all over. This crew has a lot of seasoned professionals that have been there for many years. The overall experience is great. I have short hair and I can usually get in and out rather quickly and I just hit Walmart next door to do some shopping if there is a wait. This location is incredibly consistent with the way they cut my hair and would recommend them to anyone.

All of the hairdressers here have incredible Style and even more personality. Theyre actively engaged with you while cutting your hair to make sure that they give you the look. Feels most comfortable to you. Ive been going there since I was a kid because they are affordable and easy to work with I highly recommend this barber shop

I had Jade this morning, I asked her to cut a good amount of my hair off and put some color in it. She was SO sweet and asked me all about my hair history and talked me through everything that would be best for my hair. She kept a great convo with me and made me feel super comfortable. My hair overall came out amazing and all my friends love my new hair!!

I had asked for a simple trim and they completely butchered my hair. Any other place to get your hair cut is better than Supercuts. Definitely not going back

I went in here the day before a wedding. I wanted a haircut and a brow waxing. I was strapped for time due to work and life. It was Friday Sept. 19th late afternoon/early evening. They took me right in and gave me the best haircut Ive ever had! I only wish I remembered the girls name, so i could use her exclusively! I went in there wearing a headband that I wore daily, forever. I had no idea how to fix my crappy hair. She was awesome! She did such a great job, and when shampooing my hair, she was telling me about the scalp massages they do for $10 and gave me a good scrubbing, which was so relaxing after a long week. And It worked! I want to go in and have my brows done and a shampoo and massage monthly now! And a haircut regularly as well...what would that be? Every 8-12 weeks maybe? She made my brows look the best they ever have as well! I was super pleased, and want to find out who saw me that day!!! If this helps the girl remember me, let me know please!! Used to go here all the time. The last time I went I saw Jen who I had wax my eyebrows and she took off half my eyebrow and I was left with a scab. Dont have Jen do your brows. This place used to have a few great stylists but has gone down hill once they left.

Do not take your child there. They seem incapable of cutting a four year old childs hair here. Theyve butchered my sons hair twice and this most recent time the lady was nasty about it too, to my kid. Never again. Dont go.

I had one of the worst hair cuts ever at this location. The stylist was vague and uninterested in what I wanted. She made the least effort possible to wash/cut/style my hair. I left with hair all over my clothes (most of it was not even mine) and an uneven, unbalanced hair cut. She didnt offer to dry or style my hair, just asked if I was all set. I asked of the cut was even and she said Uh huh. Another stylist had to ring up the sale as well. I will never return.
