I would not recommend this business at all. First they do not return phone calls, you have to continuously try and call them back until you finally get someone who answers. I was having problems with my van and we have used this place for years so it was just natural to go back to what we know. But that was a mistake, he calls and tells me that an oil change will fix the problems I was having, but he was very wrong. I called him back after he did the oil change and I took the van home with me and no one answered so I left a message, no call back, I called back the next day, left a message, no call back. Finally on the third day someone finally answered the phone and I informed him that the oil change did NOT fix the problem. He tells me he will look up parts and see what it will cost and how long to get them in and will give me a call back. He still had no clue what was going on with the van and at this point he was just going to start replacing things until it stopped acting up. BUT he never did call back, waited over a week (the whole time still not being able to drive my van) and not a word from him at all! So I went to a different mechanic who actually listened to me and was able to figure out what the problem was and fix it! City Auto Repair has lost our business and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Jay is very professional in everything he does. Hes prompt in when he tells you that your vehicle will be done and is great at diagnosing the problem. He provides great service to his customers!!

Jay Feghter is top flight technician; honest and thorough.

I had multiple fault codes in my audi, and they immediately helped me to diagnose the problem. It kept misfiring and wouldnt run, but after sitting overnight, it ran fine. Basically, they figured the computer could have been screwed up due to a low battery voltage, and overnight, the battery recovered enough to behave normally. They did a load test on the battery and alternator, and determined they were fine, but suggested that when driving at night, with headlights on, and heated seats running, and the added cold, it could be slowly draining the battery in that case. They recommended that i drive without the seat heaters running, and monitor voltage for the rest of my trek home to minnesota, and it worked! I think Im going to end up getting a new battery and/or alternator soon. These audis are a bit quirky.
