I needed a tire checked out cause it lost air every 3 days. I took it up there left it so they would have it to fit it in . And by 10am they are calling me Youre vehicle is done. Those guys are just awesome.

We were 370 miles from home on Interstate 80 and our front left tire was making a noise and vibrating. I called ahead to Graham Tire Company. This was on a Friday at 4:00 pm. We arrived there at 4:15. They diagnosed the problem (caliper, rotors and brake pads) had 15 minutes to order parts to be overnighted and their employee (Jim) took us to our hotel. The next morning they called at 10:00 and said our vehicle was ready and were sending Jim to pick us up at the hotel. I cannot thank Nathan, Derek, Jim and Tyler enough! We went on to Colorado and came home a week later with no more problems. EXCELLENT customer service!

Everyone is very professional and friendly. Weve never had any problems with any work theyve done on any of our vehicles and weve been customers for over 10 years. Their prices are competitive and reasonable.

They damaged our rims and we had to find the tires ourselves. But the main guy that helped was a good guy.

Ordered tires and booked the appointment 2 weeks out, drove to Kearney dropped of the pickup for the tire install and alignment. Got a call two hours later saying they sold or misplaced the tires, not a good place sorry but when you made ample appointment time to get your vehicle in with plans for the holiday weekend and their only fix is maybe the Tuesday after, I don’t think so.

They annually serviced it way faster than other years & did all we requested.My 02 car door opening abilities w/o a key had been a hastle. Mechanic knew of the switch in glove compartment which we were not aware of (nor was the one who answered the phone when we called to service the car) but i thankful someone knew. They do good work!

I will never do business at this place again. Not only are none of the employees wearing masks or taking precautions to protect the health of their customers and fellow employees during a pandemic that has killed over 100,000 Americans, every interior surface of my car that was touched during a tire change has clear marks from the dirt and grime on their hands. I am so disappointed, nobody should do business here.

I DO NOT reccomend. Took the car in for general maintenance and knowing it needed spark plugs, it hasnt run right since. Was told they checked all of the fluids etc. 4 times, theyve had my car, and 4 times, its had weird things go wrong after I pick it up, its worse than before. I havent even gotten a couple hundred miles out of it in the past month plus, because its constantly needing fixed. It went from you hit the gear shifter wrong, to someone put something in the Brake fluid and it collapsed the brake lines. Weird thing about that is the fact that they had been the ones to mess with the fluids last and had never mentioned it to us. So now, they have depleted my wallet, and my car is not safely driveable. I dislike being told i drove it myself! just to have it screwing up as soon as they give me the keys. It worked before they touched it, and hasnt run right since. When I called after the 4th time, I was talked to like an infant, and just kept being manspained to like I dont understand how a car runs.

My wifes vehicle had a tire with a slow leak. Took it in on a busy Saturday morning and they worked it into their busy schedule so i wouldnt have to wait until mid-afternoon. I know they cant always make this happen but I really appreciated that they were willing to try to find a way to make it happen. As always, they did high quality work, too.

Needed a new tire in a pinch - was in and out within 45 minutes! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. If I ever need help in Nebraska again - I would absolutely choose Graham!

I highly recommend these guys!!!Story time: I bought my tires through Walmart and paid a little extra for the warranty. Covid hits and they close... I proceed to get over 7 small leaks in my tires over the course of the time that they shut down till now. I have taken my tires to Graham Tire for EVERY SINGLE ONE. Even though Im paying more than I would have before Covid, I have found it worth it. I have had nothing but the best customer service and excellent work on my vehicle. I am also NEVER going anywhere else again. In fact, I have an appointment for my car tomorrow. Cant recommend them enough!

This is my go to place for mechanic work, they have been taking great care in my 3 vehicles when they need work done to them. Jim is a very courteous man and very knowledgeable he and his crew have always went above and beyond to do what it takes to get the job done. I have and always will highly recommend this place for all your tire and mechanical needs.

Low pressure tire problem was fixed promptly after we dropped off the car. They identified a problem caused by a broken motor mount, ordered and installed the new part. The cost was reasonable.

Nate was the guy helping me and he was fantastic. He dropped me off at my house after I dropped off my car and even came and picked me up after it was done. That guy is awesome and deserves a raise for going above and beyond. They got the work done on my car before I expected and charged me very resonable rates.

The employee Jim, was very informative and genuine. He is also very respectful and very kind to the customers. Jim helped me out after their closing hours to help patch one of the tires! The front desk person didnt like it too much and seemed quite irritated that Jim was going to help me out. I will keep bringing my automobile up there as long as he is there.

I was in town for work/business just leaving town actually, in a work van, one of the tires went flat while trying to air it up, valve stim shot completely off. Went to 5 or so different shops all had the means to do it just busy than hell, called Grahams and spoke with Dan, he knew exactly what to do and gave me an estimate and soon as I pulled in, they got it in the shop and bout 15 minutes later it was done and fixed. Excellent job guys, so glad I wasnt stuck in town for another day or so, they got me going. Very down to earth customer care. Seems they even aired up the other tires which is fantastic!

WOW, I have to share this experience that we just had with this place. Driving from Lincoln to Denver, we had a rapid air leak in a rear tire about 10 miles from Kearney. I called Jeff at Graham Tire and he was super helpful on the phone and told us to bring it in. They were in the middle of a busy Saturday, but he met us outside and got our information, had a look, and hooked us up with a new tire at a great price in 30 minutes. Graham Tire saved us! It was a Saturday afternoon when we broke down while driving cross country. Although busy preparing for a town even to be held in their parking lot they kindly took care of us. They also gave us suggestions of things to do with our 4 kids while we waited. Great service!!!

This place is great. They have helped us out of many binds over the years. Most recently they got my wifes fire fixed and put her back on the road when they were busy. I was out on military training and she was my ride. They have always been helpful and honest with us about maintenance issues and dont just press the most expensive option. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I dislike that they made no effort to look at my car when it was very urgent and I knew something was wrong. My situation was somewhat unusual from someone that regularly visits Graham. That being said, I was told they charge $80/hr for diagnostics alone, and after having it looked at the mechanic told me I cant find anything wrong with it. Ive looked and looked. I found out not long afterward that my vehicle needed several hundred dollars in not only maintenance but in parts & work that are a safety concern! I am beyond displeased with that; it is unacceptable in any case. However, Graham is a go-to place for used tires. They are over-rated! BEAR FRAME AND ALIGNMENT IS EXCELLENT! honest, upfront and very helpful and willing to help.

When I asked about some of the additional charges with getting a set off new tires, they were very snarky with their reply and informed me that if I was not content with their prices, I should go elsewhere. This is not what I expect with Graham Tire. From past experiences, I have grown accustom to professionalism. Unfortunately, Derick (or Dick, I couldn’t catch his name very well) didn’t display very professional customer service.

Honestly a very nice service department and very quick service. Im not sure the name of the man running the front desk but he deserves a major raise. My kids loved his congenial personality.Only complaint was thier accountant (Im guessing thats who she was). She was very cut throat and repeatedly glares at any one making noise in the establishment.

These guys are so AMAZING!!! IT is hard to find honest shops anymore, BUT this place is great. While driving back to Salt lake City, our car was pulling to one side, and Graham Tire just rotated the tires and only charged us $30. We were willing to pay for an alignment or more, however, James, was truthful with us and told us it only needed the tires rotated. Thank you so much!

I wouldnt take my sons Tonka toy truck to them. I vehicle was wearing on the inside of my front tire. First they said I had poor tires. Then they said it was my rear end. I took it some place else an I told them what they said. The new guy said your. Joking rite an I said no.

Graham tire is our go to. They have always been honest with us. They have never tried to sale us extra parts or services. There have been a time or two they have mentioned that something may be needing repair in the future and to keep an eye on it.Everyone working here is friendly and have good humor. When quoting times they are usually spot. However when they have been wrong they call you right away.

45 min waiting for a flat repair and it didnt happen...got tired of waiting and left. My first and only profession its tire shop technician...it would have only taken me 10 minutes tops!!!

We were passing through town on a road trip when our tire blew out. Called Graham Tire and even though they were booked full Jeff was able to squeeze us in and get us in and out in less than an hour so we could continue on our way! They were a real life saver and customer service is a 10/10. He even took our luggage out of our trunk (which was a lot!) to put the spare back in for us. Jeff was wonderful to work with and turned what could have been a major inconvenience into a minor one.

Awesome service - timely and efficient. We blew a tire on our 5th wheel camper while on I-90. We called 30 minutes ahead and yes, they had the tire we needed. When we got there they took the spare off, put on the new one, and stored the spare in under one hour. Thanks manager Jeff and mechanic John!

They clearly sabatoged, using a knife, a serpentine belt of an elderly lady. Charged her 50 dollars labor to replace a Gates belt that was on the car less than a year. How do they sleep at night? I will not be sending any of my customers, friends or family to these hacks ever again.

I was over 1000 miles from home and I had a significant tire issue. I showed up here on a Saturday morning and they took care of me immediately. Also, they charged me 50% of what they should have, and about 10% of what I would have paid to get out of the jam. I cant say enough about how great they were.

It was amazing. I dropped and the installed windshield wipers, plus trouble shot why odometer was not working and fixed it on the spot. Top service!!!

I had flat tire on my way home this morning stop at Graham tire at 6:45. They fixed it first thing and free. Great place !

Not impressed at all. I called on a Friday and made an appointment for the following Wednesday. When I got there they couldn’t find me in the computer at all. He said they would fit me in. I asked that they call before they do anything to my car. I explained that it was not blowing cold air and the blower was making a horrible noise. Approximately 1 hour later they called asaid it was done and there were leaves in the blower and it was blowing cold air and it would be $117.50! I was a little baffled as to why I didn’t get a call befor they fixed it but hey whatever I just wanted cold air. 5 days later my air conditioner is not cold. They will be happy to look at it but they may or may not charge me to oook at it again! Really you should’ve fixed it the first time like you said you did!!! Heard good things about them but didn’t have good experience won’t go back

Graham Tire had my car in their care for over 24hrs, and when they proceeded not to call me when it was done I went to their location to pay for my car and its scheduled repairs to be done that day right before they closed. Mind you, I do not have another car of my own and it is a real inconvenience for me and my family when I do not have my car for transportation. Then, as I try to pay for my car I am told that they forgot to repair my car and it will not be done until the next day. How do you forget about a car that you have had in your care for over 24hrs and have it scheduled to be repaired that day? Also, my bill is not a small one so I believe that by the amount I am paying this business to fix my car, they should be getting it done on time and having it in the best shape possible...not forgetting about it. I am very displeased with the service. I will not be going back again. Graham Tire has lost a very valuable customer and I will not recommend the business to anyone I know.
