Tundraland installed a deck for us on our new construction home. The crew was extremely polite and the work they did was top notch. They cleaned up after themselves every day and the job was done on time. We love our finished product!

They did an awesome job of replacing our shower! Jessie was our installer and he was extremely professional and worked diligently until the job was completed. He was very polite and cared about the job that he was doing. The plumber, do not know his name, also did an excellent job!Our new shower is beautiful and more than met our expectations!Chase came by our house a week later to check out the job and give us a gift basket with shower items and take pictures of the shower. He too was extremely personable and attentive to our thoughts on the project.We will definitely be using them again for window and patio room door replacements!!

The three person work crew did a beautiful job refacing my smallish, 2 level deck with a couple stairs over 2 1/2 days . They were focused, steady and attentive to detail. I think the price at $12,000 was reasonable when comparing it to the other quotes I received. The composite decking used is lovely and sturdy with no seams needed . They are a well organized well run company . I highly recommend them!

Had Tundraland do a tub to shower conversion. Unlike other contractors, they actually answered their phone, and contacted me promptly. It was a good experience all the way through, and Hunter did an excellent job on the installation. I dont remember the sales persons name, or the two plumbers, but ALL did a great job. They were prompt and professional, and did the conversion in one day. Highly recommend them!

I was impressed. One very professional installer handled my job from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained the process, did the work and cleaned up after himself. I appreciated his politeness and cheery disposition. The shower stall is beautiful. The door is back ordered so I was provided with a shower pole, curtain and hooks to use until it shows up.

I asked the sales person Jim if they covered the location in Wisconsin, and he said yes. just received a phone call telling me they dont cover that area. We had a deck installed, using a special composite . The frame was heavy fury the . All lasered, and pitched.The decking and color choices are to our liking. Arrived promptly, diligent hard workers, paying attention to detail & surroundings. Had me come & look after tub, tile & surround was removed. Explained clearly what they were going to do. These guys never took a break. They just kept working. Upon completion, everything was cleaned up extremely well. They completed the entire job in 7 hours. They explained in detail what, and what not to use when cleaning it. 24 hrs. was recommended before taking a shower, but as hard as it is, I’m going to wait 1 extra day, to ensure all the precise caulking has cured. Can’t wait to use it. The transformation these guys made is astounding. Also a huge thank you to Samantha, who was my very well-versed consultant and helped me design my dream shower. Tundraland should be very proud of these wonderful employees. I thank all of you for all your expertise!

Easy to see from the highway. Nice showroom. As he was leaving an apparent customer said he waited long enough. We waited 10+ minutes for a salesperson to come help us but no one was around. So we left. Not a good experience and with so many other options for our bathroom project we decided that Tundraland is off our list.

Had a walk in shower put in by Tunderland! The crew showed up on time checked in and reviewed the work that was to be done. They set up to do any cutting on the driveway. Swept up after the cuts! Reviewed cleaning procedures as well as when was the 1st day of usuage. Received a phone call the next day to be sure everything was satisfactory. Had a visit from their representative Chase Wallace. Last year I had a tub and surround installed by Jon Boyer and Anthony Daniels. When these gentlemen arrived, they instantly put my mind at ease about their abilities despite the fact that their youthful appearance made me feel old. Jon and Daniel were efficient and courteous throughout the entire install process. I dont recall which one took the lead role, but he had a calm demeanor that alleviated most of my anxiousness about hiring a contractor.I was working from home at the time of the install and my office entrance is just across the hall from the bathroom where they were working. Even so, I never heard a peep from JOn or Anthony. They cleaned any mess they made and checked with me periodically for things like handrail placement, quality of workmanship, and care instructions.Tundraland takes very seriously their commitment to have your shower operational within 24 hours. During the install, they determined that the cartridge in the faucet was faulty. The next day (and within 24 hours of install), the plumber returned to the house to install an operational cartridge. My only issue, which was thankfully minor, was that the plumber didnt alert me with enough advance notice that he would be arriving and arrived while I was on a conference call.Other than that one very minor issue, all of the employees of Tundraland were communicative, courteous, and efficient. As I had shared with the Tundraland sales rep, Eric, when I first met with him, Ive had some really awful experiences with contractors. Those contractors have made me seriously hesitant and nervous about any home improvement project. I specifically selected Tundraland because I wanted a company that would care about my project beyond just the install and had the financial stability to take responsibility for any problems that might arise. Tundraland gave me that peace of mind from the moment I first contacted them and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Devon did a great from start to finish installing new shower. Plumber also did great work in and out when done cleaned up.Devon went thru 2nd time made sure that nothing left behind.

After years of seeing their commercials, my wife and I decided to contact Tundraland to get a quote on converting our tub/shower into a walk-in shower. I had a great conversation with their sales rep, he answered all of my questions and worked with me on pricing that was reasonable. The day of the install, the installer arrived right on time, made sure to protect our carpets and walls, and 12 hours later, the conversion was completed. The results were absolutely amazing, and our only regret is not having called Tundraland sooner! Several weeks later as I write this, the shower is living up to our expectations and then some!

We were getting estimates on decks in Beaver Dam, WI and set up an appointment for them to come out to the house. The person drove an hour to give us his sale pitch for Tundraland decks. Started his pitch and I asked how much is it going to cost to a deck 25 x 12 and 2 feet off the ground. He started to explain their lifetime warranty, their diamond deck support, etc. I stopped him and just asked what is going to be the cost? he told me $30,000. I told him I was sorry he had to drive a hour, but that was way out of our budget. I told him I wish I would have asked that question over the phone, then he told me they would not have given me any estimate over the phone. I believe they probably built excellent decks, but $30,000 is a lot of money for the type of deck I wanted to build. Sorry that I wasted his time and mine.

Tundraland replaced our single-stall fiberglass shower with a custom size, beautiful walk-in shower one year ago. The process involved some demolition to remove a closet/cabinet in addition to the old shower to make room for the new one. They still got it done in one day. The installation crew did a great job, and were mindful of my pets and careful of my home. We have had no issues with the shower or plumbing - in fact the new shower solved a problem with sewer gas leaking up through the old drain. The product and install gets 5 stars. The salesman that came to our home for the free estimate employed high pressure tactics (ugh) to close the deal. Our new shower is beautiful, low-maintenance, and worth the expense. We plan to hire Tundraland again for our next shower/tub replacement.

Mark was here for our estimate and he was GREAT. Based on how he treated us- I have no doubt that the install will go flawless!! Mark was seriously the best and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with how he explained everything and made us feel so comfortable during the process. We are excited to get to the next step.

We had our old wood deck replaced with a maintenance-free material and now it looks even better than wood. The product is fantastic and the installers, Adam, Travis and Eric, did a clean job taking down the old deck and putting up the new one. I contacted Tundraland to schedule an in home estimate. A company rep called me to schedule this estimate. I was interested in a new shower. He asked me a few questions and then asked me if I had a “significant other”. He explained that if I had one, that person needed to also be present at the estimate meeting. What an extremely sexist thing to say. No business has any right to tell me who has to make a decision about using a business. I cancelled my appointment and will not use or recommend this company. I have no review of their work since I did not and will not do business with a company with this type of attitude.

Had a new walk in shower installed and I’m so very happy with the results. Very professional work and Jesse was fantastic and so was his assistant. I’m very impressed. I had a snag in the installation and had to wait for a new shower pan but was very impressed with how fast they got a new one. No complaints, I would recommend this company.

The sales designer was excellent and we designed a bathroom walk in shower which would fit the needs of the elderly and/or deabled,but when the installer contractor came I was gone and he talked to my husband (who is going thru cancer treatments and any person going thru can er treatments and doctors will tell you there is such a thing as chemo brain) anyway the contractor talked about the design and said the designers dont know structural design and should never design showers like this and that everyone should want to to turn on the water and then be able to step into a hot shower so taked my husband into letting him change the design. Now I have a non functional shower for the elderly(which we are) and disabled that is a dark dingy dungeon, I hate it and the company is trying to pacify us with a second shower seat and a shower door. I paid $24000.00 for a product I can not stand to use or look at.

Im trying to figure out what your employees were doing in my neighborhood late last night. One was dressed in shorts, another in a hoodie. The girl was the one knocking on doors. Mostly looked like they were scoping things out. On top of that, they were arguing amongst themselves. I dont know how you do business, but my guess is that if you do like I did. You call about an estimate to another company and they pass it on to other businesses to come and solicit the area. Your van that was in my neighborhood license plate 122 YUV. Yeah managed to put my neighbors on edge after 7:30pm. You can tell your partner that they lost my business. I didnt ask for a bunch of solicitors.

The design customer sales associate Samantha was outstanding. She walked us through the process and helped us to pick out the products that would make our bathrooms stand out. The installers James S. and Corey G. are fantastic. They are courteous and professional and did an outstanding job installing both bathrooms. They cleaned up afterward and left everything looking amazing. The materials are top of the line and highest quality. The price is very affordable and the options that Tundraland have are amazing. I highly recommend Tundraland to anyone and everyone that is looking to turn their bathrooms into an awesome experience. It is a pleasure to do business with Tundraland and they are an amazing company with amazing employees!

My husband and I had a Kohler walk-in tube installed by Tundraland Home Improvements. We cant say enough about the professionalism of the installers and the care that was taken during the installation. I also need to mention how incredible Zach from the Service Department was. He went the whole nine yards and then some to make sure everything concerning the tub was in order and taken care of. John a service technician made several trips to LaCrosse to make adjustments that were needed. The nicest young man who made sure we wouldnt have any problems with the tub and if something didnt work the way it should, he promised that hed be back to take care of it. Were talking about a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive from Kaukauna to La Crosse. We would recommend Tundraland without a shadow of a doubt.Mike and Julie

I highly recommend Tundraland for a beautiful new shower. We had an old tub from the 70s that no carpenter in our area wanted to remove. Pete N. removed it in one piece without wrecking any walls, floors, etc. He did an absolutely perfect job of giving us a modern new shower unit. After being impressed with the composite deck product, the salesperson discussed for five minutes how the first offer is the only offer we would receive. We trusted him.We were excited.The salesperson then said that the replacement of the wood deck would cost $58,000. I asked him to leave. The price suddenly dropped to $23,000. When we confronted the salesperson on his “first offer is only offer” comment, he just smirked.We passed. Not professional. Can’t trust a salesperson who could treat people like this. Do yourself a favor....use someone else

Ian did an excellent job with the installation of the shower in our guest bathroom. He was very prompt and kept us informed during the install. The shower looks great and we are very happy with it. Erik our sales representative was also very attentive to our needs as we worked with him to make changes to our order.

Your salesman came out to give me a quote on replacing my bathtub with a modular walk-in shower. He rudely pointed out what was wrong with my existing tub, on how old it and the fixtures were and if I ever put my house up for sale the buyer would take $20,000.00 off the asking price because of my bathroom. How rude! When I finally got him to quote me a price he said it would cost $13,000.00. ( He quoted me this after asking me how much I thought it would cost. HE was here to tell ME the price...not the other way around}. This was just for the walk-in shower which included a free shower door and $600.00 off installation which he never offered to me: I had to mention it! Wow! $13,000.00 for a walk-in shower! As soon as I said I would not be making up my mind that day he became visibly upset, closed his laptop and ended his presentation. Needless to say I will not be doing business with your company!

I had my shower remodeled with Tundraland and James did a wonderful job and was very professional, I would request him again. If you need any bath remodeling done I would highly recommend Tundraland and you should request James for the installer.

Chris G. & his helper arrived promptly and got right to work. Care was taken of all my property before and after and I was left with a beautiful new shower. Both guys were also friendly and considerate and knew what they were doing. Chris took extra care to provide above average finishing on areas not considered standard.

Our installer Chris G. did an awesome job from start to finish. Our shower looks great and we are very pleased. Customer care has been very supportive and our salesperson Stephanie was very thorough and personable. We were completely satisfied with our tub to shower conversation.

Im leaving this review on as many review sites as I can so no one makes the same mistake of hiring this poor excuse for a company. Ive had my deck for barely over a year. Its been around one year and a couple weeks. In that time Ive had five issues with it that needed fixing. The first time it was because someone ordered the wrong coverings for the base of our railings. The second issue was the workers never even screwed in the screws at the base of one of the railings and when I told the guy that came out for that he said well no ones going to see anyway but still did it almost begrudgingly. The third issue was a gap in the boards by one of the two steps and when I had a guy out to fix it, he said why did they do it this way, I would have done it this way instead. This was a common theme with the guys because each one said they would have done the job differently which why wouldnt you have one main way to do things? Now Im playing games to see who comes out and what theyd do. The fourth problem was one of our railings was slanted and very wobbly. Two guys came out and had to do a couple things to get it upright. And now my fifth problem, one of the boards of the steps is loose. We paid over $16,000 and have had more problems with this deck and this company than Ive had with any other project weve had done on our house. I shutter to think what the problems would be if we had them redo our bathroom. All this money on a deck that the salesman lied to us about how hot itd get to the touch, and just constant issues. If youre considering this company, dont. Im editing this so it goes back to the top. Ive been waiting three months to get a replacement piece the best guy said would be in within a week, and then replaced. I dont even feel like calling because its just one big middle finger of one liners to save face. Were growing so big and so fast its hard to keep up is what I heard from three different people. They came to replace our deck completely the week of my kids birthday, kept pushing the date back and tried to convince me to leave the materials in our yard where the party would be because no one apparently communicates with anyone else. Im so tired of constantly walking around my deck to make sure there are no new issues I need to call about that if I could find a way to have them take the deck out and refund me whats left on my bill I would do it in a heartbeat.

We recently purchased a new shower enclosure. The work was promptly scheduled and completed as planned. The installer, Chris G. arrived 10 minutes early. He began by reviewing what was planned and if we had any questions. He was most professional in his approach. He covered the floors with tarps and removed all debris as he went. The work was completed in one day, as promised and we are thrilled with the results. We would definitely recommend Tundraland in the future. Thanks to you and to Chris for a job well done.

We had a disabled shower installed. The installer, Cory G., was wonderful. He was very professional, took great care to cover his working area and to clean up after he was finished. He took great care to do edges and finishes very neatly. Very pleased with the product.

From start to finish it was a great experience and everyone I worked with was great. The installers Peter and Jon were amazing! They were surprisingly right on time and they got right to work and less than 4 hours later I had a new tub set up installed. The quality of their work is outstanding...everything looks nice.

I had requested an appointment to receive a quote, and the individual who set up the appointment was professional and polite. However, we had to reschedule the appointment, and at the time the representative was scheduled to arrive, they failed to show up. No call, simply did not come. I called and they asked if I wanted to reschedule again and I said no, I would get a quote from a competitor.Later that day, another representative called me and apologized for the missed appointment, admitted they made a mistake, and offered to give me a discount on work if they could come back out to provide an estimate. I agreed and asked them to call me the next day to schedule a follow up as I was driving.The following day they, called me 7 times within an hour. Unfortunately if I do not answer there is usually a good reason but thats beyond excessive spamming.

We had tundra land redo our shower a little over a year ago. It looked great, was done on time, we were very pleased.About a month ago we were doing some remodeling in the room on the other side of the shower wall, and found out the drywall was wet. We took the drywall down and the whole wall behind the shower was soaked. Turns out that the plumbing tundra land installed had some issues and was leaking.We contacted the company, and they 100% stood by their warranty, we had the plumbing replaced, and they paid for the repairing of the wall as well.Things sometimes go wrong in a remodeling project. We all know that.But rarely does a company stand behind their product and service so completely.

Cory G. was our installer and did an awesome job. We had two bathrooms done. One bathroom he took out the big garden tub and put in a beautiful walk-in shower. The other bathroom he removed the tub shower combination and put in a walk-in shower. Both of them look beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. Cory kept us in the loop the whole time. He took the time not just to answer our questions but to show us and help us understand the answers to our questions. Our flooring was covered and bathrooms were clean before he left. Very pleased with our Tundraland experience!

We now have a beautiful, spacious walk-in shower instead of the gigantic one-piece fiberglass tub/shower it replaced. This was not an easy removal/installation due to many factors including the age of our dwelling--the bathroom was part of an 1870s addition. Our installer, Jon B., did a wonderful job of removing the old tub (it had to be cut in pieces). Once it was removed, there were some issues we had not anticipated. The problem was resolved to our satisfaction. Jon arrived at 7:30 am to install the shower system. We live on a hill and it was very windy making his outdoor preparations challenging. When it started to rain, he had to move everything into the garage. He never stopped working. He explained everything he did and consulted us repeatedly.We also appreciate the concern and advice from the service manager, Zach.

I am pleased to give another 5 star review. We had a small problem with our tub faucet which was installed last week. I called TundraLand at @ 11:00 a.m. and they were at my home at 1:30 to fix it! Outstanding service! Thank you Zack and your service team.

Brandon S was our installer - he and the plumber were outstanding! Even with a window in our shower that needed to get replaced they were still done before 4 oclock. Weve had nothing but compliments for our new bath, and we love it. The workers went above and beyond being personable with our little children and their curiosity - you just dont get that kind of customer service everywhere. Very refreshing.

Peter and Colton our installers were fantastic! They worked hard on got our bathtub finished and it looks awesome. The plumber and electricians were outstanding as well. So many different trades happening at once! It was fun to watch and I look forward to using our jet tub!

When insulation day came Peter N. Installed a shower that looked better than I thought. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional . The shower looks great. Brandon S. Did a very professional job. Our new shower conversion is beautiful and loaded with quality. We were very impressed at how fast it came together. Our installer, Brandon protected all the surfaces and cleaned up when he was finished. This install will make a big difference in the ease of taking a shower. Tundraland installed a new soaking bathtub and shower enclosure in our master bath. The results were well beyond our expectations. Chris G., the installation foreman and his team of Jon B, and Jon R. did an incredible job in making our vision a reality. They were efficient (in by 8 out by 2) very courteous and considerate of our home. They left the bathroom and surrounding area cleaner that it was when they arrived.Our customer care agent Marisa was very responsive to our needs. We decided to make several changes after the contract was signed and she expeditiously accomplished those changes with a minimum of effort on our part. We will definitely use Tundraland on future home improvement projects.

Our project consisted of replacing a poorly installed DIY shower from the previous owner of our home. We chose Tundraland for this project based on the amount of positive reviews and the number of customers happy with their work.Our expectations were high and were met by Sam B, our sales rep/project designer. She spent a lot of time with us asking questions, telling us about the company, and showing us our options for this project. Sam was great to work with.After that, things went downhill. Our 1-day project spanned 7 weeks (and a total of 6 scheduled days) for a multitude of reasons including unprepared installers (from a materials standpoint), no call no show, and a truck breaking down (not their fault). Neither my wife or I work from home, so working 6 different install days into our schedule was stressful and frustrating.We do believe the Jacuzzi shower is a decent product, and it does look nice in our bathroom, but there seems to be an issue or two with the installation that gives us intermittent problems with water leaking out the front door of the shower. This shower door concern was brought up multiple times during the install process but was not resolved. We also understand that we live in an older house with uneven floors, which probably made this a difficult issue to fix. By the end, we were just happy to have a functional shower and decided to deal with the small leak if it meant we could put this project behind us.We were excited to have a brand-new shower in our downstairs bathroom. Between the 7 weeks it took to finish the project, the lack of communication (the installers amongst themselves as well as with us), and the issues with water leaking this project/experience was disappointing.

Jesse S did an excellent job with the installation even with tricky and odd corners that you find in an old house like ours. Why does both spouse have to be at the estimate appointment? i called to make an appointment for them to come give an estimate on new decking, nothing was mention at that time. I called to see if i could change date and that is when she mention if my spouse was going to be here. i sad no, it should not matter. she states that what they like and in case the other one has different ideas and it for the price. Totally told her yes, i understand and you are only giving an estimate. Once she came back - she made it sound they will do this as an favor. I total her it should not matter if it was only one person was going to be at the appointment, I dont agree with that.. Please cancel the appointment. there is more place than here that will come to give an estimate without my spouse here.

All workers arrived at 7:30am and worked fast and with knowledge of what they were to do. Jon B. was a great worker. He worked hard and he really stayed on task. He explained everything to us and made sure that we were happy with the finished product. He cleaned the work area well. We are so happy with our new shower. It’s fantastic.

Peter N and crew arrived promptly at 7:30 AM on Monday, Nov. 4th, as promised, removed the old jetted tub and installed the canyon finish walk-in shower...were gone by 11:45 that morning. They laid drop cloths throughout the house and were very neat and efficient. They did the cutting in our garage and vacuumed that area when they finished the work. I was very impressed with the sales staff and the installation crew. It was amazing to me that they could make the time and effort to come to my small town in Wisconsin. I HIGHLY recommend Tundraland.

I was treated with respect and common courtesy. Chris G. and his trainee, John, were wonderful to work with and did a fabulous job installing my shower. Chris G. was patient with all of my questions and answered all of them. He worked quick and efficient while showing John how to do things and explaining why they do them. Tundraland is an amazing company. They walked us through every step and answered every question we had about removing our old deck and replacing it with a new care free one.. The experience with Tundraland has been great from start to finish. They came out to the house for us to design our shower and tub. Customer service was very helpful when I decided to change something. Our installer Chris G was friendly, did a great job and went thru cleaning and instructions. He put tarps down to protect carpet and cleaned up work areas when finished. I recommend this company if you need work done.

We had such a great experience with Tundraland! We had a small, enclosed shower that did not work well for my disabled husband. Tundraland came out and gave us options that would make the space easier to access. Brandon B. showed up to do the work. I cannot say enough about him! I explained my husbands disabilities: left side weaknesses and inability to use his left arm, and Brandon asked us every step of the way where we prefer the placement of items - bench, handheld shower head, overhead shower head, shelving, etc. He even had my husband test out the placement of the items before installing. When it was all done, it far exceeded what we thought it would look like and how easy it is for my husband to use. It is beautiful and accessible! It was an amazing experience, and one that will give my husband more independence.

Cory G. was here today to repair the bubble that developed in the pan/floor of our 5-year-old Tundraland shower stall. Cory is a very nice, professional representative of your company. He did an excellent job. It actually involved pulling everything out and replacing all the walls and the pan. Big job! And it was all covered by the Lifetime Warranty! I was totally impressed with the sales consultant (Robert S). He took the time to explain everything in detail. He wanted me to be comfortable with all the decisions. The installation went very well with Jesse S. Again he explained the process and kept me updated as he worked. The walk in shower looks fabulous. I couldnt be more pleased.
