He made our concept a reality, he truly is a tile artist! The entire experience was fun. The Galleria of Tile love what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work. They left my house cleaner than when they started!! I have hired other construction companies for projects, hands down The Galleria of Tile was the best. Great choices, constant communication, started on time, the installers were friendly and very clean. At the end of the job, there was not a speck of dust in my kitchen and they swept out my garage. My backsplash is just amazing, it was installed to perfection. I cant thank the team enough, from design to clean up they were great to work with, highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Starting with our initial meeting with Amanda in the showroom, she provided some excellent suggestions and sent us home with some excellent samples to consider for our kitchen and master bath. Once we finalized what tile we loved, she provided great insight as to what grout should be used. The install was fantastic! Jesus and his helper were very courteous and did an absolute amazing job. Their attention to detail and quality of work is remarkable. The finish results are more than we were hoping for and our home was left very clean. Highly recommend Amanda and Jesus-they truly care about you and your home!

Jesus did great on installation of tile shower. He ripped out existing and transformed out MB to a beautiful updated look. Also laid a beautiful designed tile in half bath.Excellent workmanship and great customer service from Amanda as well.

I cant say enough about The Galleria of Tile, they were there for us throughout the whole process of picking out our kitchen backsplash. Wife and I needed Backsplash installed and went to several places in the area. When we went to The Galleria of Tile, our whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Amanda was always quick to respond to email questions and was amazing at helping us pick out the backsplash that was best for us. We had a hard time finding something wed like but she did a great job of finding us things within our style.Installation went great too. Both gentleman who came were great at explaining what they were doing and how long things would take. They worked with our schedule and finished the install on only 1.5 days.My wife and I love the results and would happily work with Amanda and the team again for any other project we have, or recommend them to anyone looking to start a project.

From the moment I stepped inside The Galleria of Tile I knew this was a special place. I was starting our bathroom project with just a vague idea of the type of look I wanted to create. The staff approached me in a very open and helpful way. I felt comfortable to take my time to look around and become inspired, but there was plenty of help available. I was so grateful for the help that Amanda gave me. She is a very professional and gifted designer. I would have happily paid for her time. She gave me her phone number and was accessible to me for questions, she was generous with her time and attention. She listened to my vague description of what I wanted and turned it into a unique and personal design. Later when we had a dilemma in the middle of the install, my husband got a quick answer and perfect solution from Amanda. She truly saved the day! Last week we returned for our kitchen tile. We are on a budget and have shopped in most of the other Fox Valley stores. In the other stores there was not nearly the level of assistance as we experienced at The Galleria of TIle. Once again, Amanda quickly understood what we wanted to do and found the perfect solution which would fit our budget. I had my tile replaced on my kitchen backsplash. From the showroom to the installation they were great! Lots of tile choices. The installation was done professionally, very happy with it and the installers cleaned up before leaving. Five stars from me.

Im renovating my kitchen/dining room and have been looking at all the floors I walk on for months, just thinking about what I want to see every day for the next decade in a quarter of my main floor living space. Im picky. I saw an ad in a Facebook community group of some materials The Galleria of Tile had and one of them looked like what Id narrowed my decision to.In person, things changed. Amanda and Jesus were extremely knowledgeable and explained all the options and how they compared to each other. Turned out that what I thought I wanted wasnt a good fit, but as I looked around the sample room and kept asking questions, one particular product kept catching my eye. Its pretty much the exact opposite of what I thought I was going in for at a third of the price and a lot less hassle (my definition) to install. I cant wait to see it in my house, and I am very pleased with this purchase.A huge positive to me is that this is a family-owned and -operated company. I always prefer to do business like this vs. with a big box, and in this case the comparable products I could identify even cost less than HD or Lowes.I dont think the photos do complete justice to the products, so I encourage you to drop in and have a look around. They are very friendly and not pushy at all. I would recommend The Galleria of Tile to anyone I know who is looking for flooring.
