Old school customer service given by friendly attendants. Check the Valvoline website for cost saving coupons. They did make a mistake on my bill so read your receipt. Other than that this will be my oil change place.

I would stay away from these guys and go next door. Unless your car is very simple theyre likely to get confused. Ive been there twice, either they dont have the right oil filter or the right oil. They literally asked me to go get Valvoline oil from OReilly and come back..then they mention they dont have oil filter either.. Guy next door was friendly and more knowledgeable.

First time at this location and this crew is the definition of teamwork. Love the way they communicate and work together. They make sure they all have it right!

This is my go to oil change place.There are other oil change places closer to my place but I purposely come here. The team here are all professionals. They are efficient, detailed, and they wont tell you to fix every single little thing like other places.

Service was ok, needed a oil change and inspection. They said they would handle the oil change part. But they didnt handle the inspection part. Also needed brakes looked at, but didnt hear anything about brakes. So I decided to go next door to auto service express they took care of inspection and brake pads, and were able to tell that some of my fluids didnt get topped up with the oil change and they took care of it.

They really do just have great customer service. I come here for my oil changes & they always go the extra mile to check anything else. Very kind & friendly & efficient!

Good customer service but they try to sale literally every product that they offer. I just wanted an oil change, not a whole sales pitch. During a 15 minute oil change they discussed three different oil types, changing my battery, tire rotation, replacement wipe blades, system flush, filters etc. Seems a bit unnecessary

What an amazing customer service experience with our first time at Valvoline. Gabriel, Moises and Cecil did an amazing job today. Gabriel was on point. He explained what our vehicle needed so throughly. He and my husband discusses various different things our vehicle needs. I love that I didn’t have to wait in the little lobby. I waited in my truck while the guys worked on my truck. Wow! I’m just so impressed. I can’t wait to come back and have more services done to my vehicle at this Valvoline location. These guys earned our trust. Amazing job guys!

The fellas there were awesome! I didnt even have to get out of my truck! They explained the process thoroughly and before I knew it, I was rollin out of there! The guys were friendly and at times, comical! Ill be going back for sure for great service! Keep it up fellas!

Had a great experience when changing my oil there. they have 3 lines and I didnt have to wait for my pitstop. the crew is very professional and knowledgeable. You dont have to get out of your car at all (thats why I call it pitstop :)) there is a TV next to you showing multiple cameras from around your car. you can see how and what they are doing at your car. there is a guy working below your car testing your tire pressure while getting the old oil out. all in all I really liked it and the price was very fair!

Took my car in for an inspection printer was broken but was able to still do it. Just no receipt. Not a big deal staff was nice. Took my wife’s car in shortly after and system was down couldn’t do it. Just took my car to get an oil change, was not told the price until change was completed. I get paying a premium, but this was way over priced and didn’t appreciate not being told until after work was done. Might as well have taken it to a dealership. If you’re considering yourself to be premium you better have a reliable equipment and better communication.

Quick and efficient, Ill gladly make the drive here anytime for an oil change or inspection.

They put on an a great show for the customer but as many of these quick oil change places, they tend to break something each time. Im still looking for a replacement holder thing for my hood brace. And rather than putting a gasket on my oil pan screw, I wondering who told them to put some type of white gasket sealer on it? Had I not gone under my car I wouldve never known. They need to inform the customer of every change made to the car before they finish and send them down the highway.

This location is phenomenal. I’ve never had service this exceptional. Thank you to Chelsea for being informative and nice. As soon as I drove up the employees tended to me and communicated with me the entire time. The oil change I came for was quick and I was provided with a receipt that showed other services available as it pertained to my car and notified of deals being offered.

They helped promptly showed me the level and they have good team work communcation

We just finished coming from there, the manager Marquez came to our door the moment we got there and took care of us what looked like was on his lunch break. I just finished my first oil change here and dont plan to go anywhere else again. They were super fast, 17 minutes to be exact, as they have a timer on a screen that also includes camera footage from the top and undercarriage so that you can watch what is going on. Its also drive-thru, so you dont leave your car. The whole team worked like a well-oiled machine. They check all of the lights, filters, tire pressure, wipers, top off fluids on top of the oil change, and with a $7 coupon I found on their website, I drove away paying only $35. There are additional things you can purchase, but they dont pressure you into anything. Everyone was so nice and professional. Super impressed!

Been calling since 2 pm trying to see if there was a wait on oil changes.No one answered the phone and I legit waited over 40+ minutes for someone to answer the phone.I wanted to give this place a try since it was new but if they can’t answer the phone maybe it isn’t a good place to go.I checked their posts on fb too to make sure they weren’t closed due to the pandemic and their were none indicating that.Please have someone answering the phone.

Im not local to Texas but I have been traveling around the country and I stopped at Valvoline located at 1701 Spring Green Blvd, Katy, TX 77494 at 5:51pm on 10/26/2020 for an oil change on my 2003 Toyota Sequoia. The reason for the oil change is that I towed over 6000 miles and assumed it was time to change the oil, while I was in town and had some free time. I ended up also getting a transmission flush and differential fluid replaced a well. The mechanics had some issues getting the rear differential fill plug removed and had to use a temporary plug (I was fine with this as long as it wouldnt leak). It was around 7pm I think when I was told everything was complete. I was told to start the car, while I paid and the mechanics checked for any leaks. During most of this period the car was running fine in the oil change bay. After about 10minutes (still in the bay) the Sequoia just shut off. The techs thought the battery was getting drained due to their machine still being hooked to the battery. Upon hooking up a jump pack and starting the car backup, it started but was running extremely rough. I shut it off again to avoid damage and noticed the oil cap was not on. I asked if the car was just not happy because the cap was off, thats when they checked the dip stick and realized that the new oil was never put in. Things got quiet at the shop and I was immediately handed a $25 discount card. I specifically asked if they forgot to add oil, and the techs said it was missing maybe two quarts based on the dip stick. But if the oil dip stick was not removed/wiped clean after draining the oil, some residual oil would still show on the dipstick, even if there was no oil actually in the oil pan. They then added the correct amount of oil and put the cap on (still in the oil change bay). I was told the employee that was in charge of changing the oil, forgot, and was occupied with what the other employees were working on, left Valvoline and went home, but never finished his role in adding the new oil back in the motor. I started the car up again after they added the new oil in, and it was still running extremely rough but started on its own. I told them this is not right, the car was running smooth as silk before I came to Valvoline, but now it feels like a wooden roller coaster on idle... I told them I would drive it around in the parking lot and come right back, which I did. The car had absolutely no power at all and the check engine light started flashing. Back at Valvoline we checked the CEL using an OBDII device and found PO300 and a misfire on all 8 cylinders. It was told that Valvoline would make everything right and we agreed to leave the sequoia at Valvoline 1701 Spring Green Blvd, Katy, TX 77494, locked up inside an oil change bay. They paid for an Uber ride back to my hotel. The following morning 10-27-2020 I went back to the Valvoline location to speak to the area manager that was supposedly headed there to the location the incident happened at. I ended up just talking with him on the phone from the shop going back and forth waiting for phone calls from him for the next 12 hours. Valvoline deal was that they would replace my motor but only at a specific shop they wanted to use. I didnt feel comfortable using some local shop I knew nothing about since i was out of state 1600 miles from home. I wanted to specifically only use a Toyota dealership or the DDPR shop that I know which was local to this Valvoline. Both Corporate headquarters and the manager insisted on using their shop only, due to the other shop being $900 more total, and Toyota dealership being way more, I wanted to choose the middle priced quote. I explained my concerns about the cheapest local shop cutting corners and providing an unrealistic time frame, which i was afraid could leave me stranded half way home regardless of their Motor Warranty. I will end up paying for all repairs, towing expenses and other misc inconveniences out of pocket while they waste time.

After I had my oil changed I went home and park my truck in the garage. The next day I pulled my truck out of the garage and found a huge puddle of oil on the ground. The oil change was done properly but oil dripped on one of the members of my vehicle and they failed to clean it off. Also they did not reset the oil reminder in my vehicle. My bill was over $100 so this should never have happened. Never going back to this place!

Just got charged nearly $100 for an oil change. Our previous oil change here for synthetic was closer to $50. When my husband asked about the price difference he was told that we must have been there during a customer appreciation event. That was definitely not the case. There was no discussion about price today, just black and white price hiking. Absolutely ridiculous and we will never be back.

I came here for my Tundra and everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and was given all the information I needed quickly. I thought the prices were fair. I will definitely be coming back.

Brought a Tesla for inspection. The crew was super efficient and polite. No wait! Did not even need to get out of my car! My total time there was 5 min. There were 2 techs helping me. My inspection only cost $7 because no emission was needed. Give this place a try! You will be glad. Will bring my gas/diesel truck here next time!

They were fast, were looking out for one another’s actions, making sure nothing gets missed. They actually looked like a mini NASCAR pit stop crew. They earned my future business!

Got oil change, inspection, ans new wiper blades on 12-10-20. Inspection machine was not working so had to make a return trip to get it. They forgot to put on wipers so now I have to go back for a third time. Super annoying.

Our vehicle was blowing hot air, we decided to go to Valvoline to see if they could check our AC system instead of telling us what every local shop has told us, to buy an AC system, Damen looked at our system and concluded that our compressor wasnt turning on correctly instead of going for a sale he told the truth and was honest he recommended us to a great mechanic and the AC system works perfect now thank you Damen! For sure our local oil change shop!
