For over a year I’ve been coming to TITLE KATY and my experiences have been great! Love all the coaches!! Getting great workouts and learning correct boxing/kickboxing technique is what I was looking for when I started this adventure… In Addition, I’m able to get speed bag work & free weights to enhance the workouts! There is always some family/team bonding events each month… Overall, I’m glad I chose TITLE KATY!!!

Awesome Coaches/trainers/staff! Theyre helpful, kind, engaging, and have super positive attitudes and energies! Every class Ive gone to has been a good workout and a fun experience. Each experience is different with each trainer, and their unique individual styles. The other club members are great too! We all have a good time! These people become your family pretty quick. I love it here! Theyre also family-friendly, understanding, and care. This place is kept clean and always has good jams playin. I highly recommend coming in and checking it all out. Leave feeling awesome, with a big ol smile on your face... Do it. 👊🌻

Since joining, I have had a great experience with all the coaches here. Staff here is welcoming and friendly. And all coaches have a unique style to the way they coach their classes so if you come to different classes throughout the week, you get a good change up in your work out. And have been doing some personal training with Coach Gaby and hes helped me out tremendously in learning the basics!

I just took my first boxing class this morning with Coach Jim. He did such an amazing job! I got a great workout in and I will be sore tomorrow.The gym was much bigger than I was expecting and has a lot of great features including tons of equipment, a free weight zone, and a rink. Everything from the bathrooms to the boxing bags were super cleaning and sanitized.The staff that I met were very friendly and welcoming.Overall, I had a great experience and I can’t wait to come back!

Great facility and workouts. Instructors are motivating and keep classes fun.

Its a fun work out and trainers are good as well. However, Title as a company is subpar. They use outdated membership practices. Their memberships are contracts which they conveniently didn’t disclose during sign up and the only way out of it is to literally die. If you do sign up just pay for a handful of classes a month and then buy your heavy bag to workout at home.

Never believe them or trust giving them your credit card number THEY WILL CHARGE YOU even if you stop the contract!!It was a very bad experience

My Favorite place,This is the only place in the Houston area that I will miss when I move out of Texas, I get a lot of improvement, physical and mental change, because I am with the right people.

My friend invited me to an event at Title Boxing back in September, they had all the coaches there for an 8 round session. I had an intense workout but what I loved the most was the motivation, excitement, and positive energy from all the coaches. After that experience I was hooked and got the unlimited membership. Ive been coming everyday in the mornings putting in work and if I cant make it to the afternoon sessions I will watch the Facebook live video.The motivation and positivity has stayed the same always since day one. I highly recommend this club to anyone that wants to learn and master the skills and techniques of boxing and becoming the best version of themselves physically and mentally.👊🏾👊🏾💪🏾

We joined titled at opening at the recommendation of a friend who worked for the company. Excellent coaches, great facilities, good work-outs, so it pains me to leave this review. Prior to the closures, we contacted them to pause our membership, as I was being furloughed. We were assured that our membership would be put on hold. Unfortunately, we continued to be charged throughout March, April, and now May. Repeated calls to Title remained unanswered. Finally, as they began reaching out via text ahead of re-opening, we were able to communicate with someone about our concerns (Silvia and later Nikki). However, they promised resolutions that were not delivered. No follow-up phone calls, email responses, or follow-through.We are extremely disappointed in the customer engagement. As a past business owner, I recognize the difficulty in restarting after a global pandemic, but healthy and effective communication makes all the difference, particularly when you have a client attempting to respect the process. One month of trying to work with you to resolve this seems fair doesn’t it? Now, we are just done.

I signed a contract October of last year. The workouts were great; staff was nice, I loved the atmosphere.In January, my family was hit with unemployment, and then of course our current pandemic. I have immunecompromised family members and haven’t gone ANYWHERE except to get groceries and gas. I understood that I needed to finish my contract. I contacted Title in July about cancelling and mentioned that I needed to finish out my contract. They offered to give me half off for two months, seemingly understanding my situation. This never happened.I assumed that after 12 months, my contract would be over. I understand my commitment to signing a contract. I haven’t been to the club since January. I was charged on October 29th for a new month. I called and emailed, and was told that not only is the contract month to month after the one year, but also that I would need to come in to cancel and pay for 30 days. This is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Do not go here if you expect the staff to be forthcoming and professional. This is very shady behavior and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Despite my inability to go out and family unemployed, i apparently have to keep paying unless I go in and cancel 30 days in advance.This was never explained. No one reached out when my contract was approaching ending to ask if I wanted to renew. While I understand that if I had been coming in regularly, someone might assume I want to renew, I don’t understand why anyone would assume I am renewing if I haven’t been to a class in 9 months. Very unprofessional.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if i could!every single coach there is amazing. not just at what they do, but on how they support and push you to do and be better! i love Title boxing club, it is a mind and body workout zone and i am happy to be a part of the fam

Best boxing club ever 😆

I’ve been a member since January and the staff is amazing. Even during the pandemic they have been posting videos so we can workout at home. I absolutely love and recommend this place and it’s trainers.

The staff at Total boxing Katy has been amazing to work with. It doesn’t matter what shape you are in, why you want to be there or how much or little you know about boxing. They go out of their way to make you feel part of their family. My wife, Daughter and I all attend classes daily, sometimes twice per day and we live it. The other customers there are all very supportive of each other. If you want to go somewhere and feel accepted and welcome then this is the place for you.

1/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Worst customer service I have dealt with in years. I froze my account in January due to medical reasons. When I called to do so and explain why I was freezing my account I was rushed off of the phone they literally could not have cared less. I then was charged a full moth and had to wait over a week to be refunded. At the end of January I received a doctors note releasing me from my contract. They would not accept this letter via email and said I had to drop it off at the location. I was out of town and agreed to keep my account frozen until I could make it to their location. Fast forward to March and I am once again, charged a full month. MIND YOU, this business isnt even open due to a world wide PANDEMIC. How awful is that? Every other membership I have has cancelled payments until further notice. So I messaged them on Instagram and they ask for my letter which I provide them with. Then they proceed to tell me I will continue to be charged until I can physically go into their location and sign my paper work. I HAVE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION RELEASING ME FROM MY CONTRACT FROM JANUARY AND THEY ARE ILLEGALLY CHARGING ME AND WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME UNTIL A WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC IS OVER AND THEY REOPEN TO THE PUBLIC SO I CAN PHYSICALLY SIGN DOCUMENTATION IN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT!!?? This is the most unethical practice I have ever experienced. Dont waste your money here, $140 a month is OVER PRICED and the customer service has been absolute TRASH.

Thank you so much to Mr and Mrs White and the whole staff. My brother and I came in and were welcomed by everyone. The class is fast paced and they keep you motivated the entire time. Definitely recommend Title Boxing Katy!!

Finally found a way to get fit that really works for me. The atmosphere created by the staff and other members makes me feel very welcome and comfortable. The trainers are all awesome and great motivators!At the end of the day, your results really depends on the effort you put in but the club really helps get where you want to be and more...

I recommend title. Honestly I love title. The coaches and owners are very nice they help you threw your struggles. I tried out and i thought this would be weird but then it wasn’t it was so fun I got to know everyone very fast. The bond between the coaches and the kids and adults are crazy. The coaches always smile and I’m a 13 year old girl and I have a NEW BEST FRIEND at title and me and him are so close. He helps me threw a lot. He teaches me a lot of moves and footwork. He taught me house to stand right and fight. He helped me threw my struggles when I was confused. They all push you. Title is just my home honestly. I love it so much. GO TRY TITLE RIGHT NOW

I am an avid group fitness type person. My background is Crossfit. I have a home base studio I train at that is not Title, but provided my body type and goals, I needed something outside of my regular routine and I tried out Title. Its exactly what I needed to hit some of the goals I had had a hard time reaching. The coaches are motivating, inspirational, focused on teaching in a way to make you better and most of all make you feel like family! Its a community built to give you tools to make you feel strong, powerful and most of all..able to push through barriers in your fitness level that you may have thought you couldnt surpass! Its a awesome cardio and strength workout you wont get anywhere else. I love my Title family!

They use old fashioned gym contracts that are difficult and expensive to cancel.
