We did some extensive research to find a trustworthy and reliable auto shop to repair the push start on my wife’s car. For the past 10 years I’ve always brought my cars to the dealership where I purchased the vehicles for all services from minor to major maintenance and repairs. They completed the job that was discussed. I was told it would take and hour. They had my truck all day they ran into problems which I understand. However there was no communication they just raised the price and did not call and update me on the issue at hand or that there would be more labor added to the job. If you are not going to Dillons Automotive then you are just wasting your time and money. I was visiting family in the Katy area and my truck had a coolant leak. It turned out it was a heater core and evaporator coil issues.I called them at 7:00am and Andrew answered the phone and I told him my story and he got me in right away. Andrew has more professionalism in a front counter clerk then I have seen in a long time. They started working on it immediately and had it back to me the next day. This shop is the best shop in the whole Houston area.

They are the kindest and most genuine people! They were upfront about a long wait and offered a shuttle service to and from my house while my car was getting serviced with an oil change and state inspection. Mr. Sonny drove us back home and picked us up when the car was ready, and he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are honest about what your car needs done and their prices for services was fabulous and not overpriced at all like most auto service places. I highly recommend them!

Simply the best. I had to update my review for Dillons now that Ive been using them for a couple years. Its still a 5 but I want to share how great they have been. So far Ive had an exhaust manifold replaced, brake job, new front hubs installed and ball joints replaced. The hubs were replaced to stop a grinding sound. A few months later the sound came back and they redid the brakes as well as the hubs totally for free just to be sure they really got it! Thats real service! (Thanks Jesse!) The prices are fair, the work is good, and they really treat the customer right. Ill be coming back for a long time.

These guys were fantastic! In terms of being professional, honest, and bang for your buck. I have an old truck and they gave me the honest opinion of the expensive option ($800) versus what they believed to work ($150). The $150 patchwork, as they suggested, worked tremendously and not only fixed my truck’s overheating issue but a related AC issue. They offer rides home and free coffee like a fancy chain but give you an honest opinion like a small business. Best of both worlds!

We have been coming here about year now. Always gives us same day service and if they dont have a loaner car to give me they have a courtesy vehicle that will take u home and then come pick u up when ur vehicle is ready which is great for me cause I dont have to wait up their for hours with my toddler!! Even though they do have puzzles and books to entertain the little ones. Its always nice and clean when we come in and I always receive friendly service. Would highly recommend!

This is the only place I will take my car!!! They have always treated me very fair compared with other nearby repair shops. Very reasonable prices and excellent service. The other day I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up and reset the electronics for free. When I asked why they said that is the way they do things. Really decent folks.

They’re the most honest and sincere auto service shop that NEVER tries to scam anyone (car savvy or clueless like me).Though the hours are difficult for me to make with my work schedule and not being open on weekends, I’ll make the sacrifice of waiting or taking off vs going anywhere else. We experienced brake problems Christmas Day this year while traveling out of town to Houston. The day after Christmas we contacted Dillon’s to see if they were available to inspect our vehicle. The contact at Dillon’s was Jesse and he said immediately that they had open bays if we wanted to drop it off. One of the employees came out to the car and rode in it while I explained the problem. Within a couple of hours the issue was identified and the repair options were reviewed. One thing I appreciated was that Dillon’s looked up and found that this issue was a manufacturer recall issue and could be reimbursable if I contacted the manufacturer. We proceeded with the repair and the vehicle was ready shortly after lunch. In my experience, this was one of the quickest repairs I’ve seen. The staff was very friendly, helpful in answering questions, and professional. We were very happy with the service we received at Dillon’s.The building itself is very clean and well kept, and didn’t feel like the typical repair shop I’m familiar with. I would highly recommend Dillon’s.

All interactions are not always perfect (meaning I may not agree with price; which is all me and not them), but their professionalism has always exceeded my expectations. I brought my sons car to Dillons for some work on the rear suspension and was given a quote for the repair, which I approved. Once the tech got the work started he realized some of the parts that were ordered really did not need to be changed. Dillons called me and let me know that I could save about $350 from the original quote by not replacing the unneeded parts. They knew I had already approved the original quote and would have paid but reached out to give me the option to save some $$$. I highly recommend these guys, they are awesome.

I am SO appreciative of Dillons Automotive! I took my car to the dealership and they told me my radio had completely failed and it would cost $1700 to replace. My husband suggested I try Dillons because they always did great work for him. They replaced two fuses in the radio console and it now works. Thanks!

At Dillon’s Automotive, 5 years ago, I had some work done on my vehicle through a warranty. Dillons Automotive told me one cam and all lifters were replaced. I also had my cv axles replaced before I moved out of State. Within 3 months the same engine knock was back... I think Lucas lubricant did the job for them and my cv axle boots were ripped due to improper installation. Dillon’s Automotive has been ripping people off for years.Recently, I was having a Cylinder 1 misfire. But they wanted to tell me my truck was a total loss and get a new one. So again I have a warranty so I asked them to please contact them to figure out payment. I gave my truck a tune up and new coil pack beforehand. So last thing needed was probably a fuel injector. My truck sat there for 7 days they turned it on 4 times. No diagnostic report was available other then the information I gave them and they still had the nerve to not email me the report or findings documented. I’m not sure how trustworthy this company is but something is a little fishy going on if you ask me.

This was my first time coming here and I will say I was very impressed. This place was clean, honest and not the typical pushy automotive shop. Dustin was very informative and took care of me as well as everyone else that walked in with great respect. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The people there are so nice, and listen to your concerns and act on them.They have helped me out with a vehicle to used a couple of time, and it did not cost me anything, except for gas.Their prices are comparable, and probably less than other repair companies.To have work done on your car you just go there and leave your car, or wait for it. No appointment needed. The waiting room is large, comfortable and there is TV and tea/coffee.State Inspection and so fast you can barely finish your coffee (that has been my experience).I am so happy with the experiences that I have had with Dillons Auto that I definitely recommend them.

I recently moved to Houston from Saint Louis and have been searching for a new mechanic that I can trust. Im glad I found Dillons. Front desk guys were super nice, waiting room was clean and had coffee/bottled water, and my oil change was 20+ dollars cheaper than what the dealership charges. The last time I took my Traverse to have an oil change at my local Chevy dealership I waited over 3 hours. I was in an out of Dillons in 45 minutes. My Malibu is due for an oil change soon so Ill be back for sure.

Very honest and friendly personnel, I felt confident to just drop off my car for oil change and let them tell me if there were something else that needed to be done. They didn’t try to get extra things done, which is not the case in other places I have been to. I will always come back to this place.

Dillon’s was easy to work with and the experience went smoothly. They were helpful in diagnosing the oil leaks on my daughter’s 2005 Honda CRV and after a consult we decided to do part of the needed work. All handled very professionally and respectfully. Job was done the same day. Cost was reasonable for the work also.

We’ve been going here for the last five years and the friendly attitude makes a huge difference! The place has a vibe about it that says that it is about service and not just a money making operation . That kind of thing keeps a loyal customer.
