Hello All!My Seat Belt Receptacle decided to not function today as I was in the process of going out and pick up something from the store.I called around a bit, considered going to a non-BMW shop to see if they could fix it but resolved to go to the BMW West location.I pulled in and David was there. I had been looking for my car for a while. It was worth the wait to find my vehicle at BMW of West Houston.Olga took care of me. No pressure as she said. I was in love with my little RAV4.After i left happy with my car I found there was a microphone missing in the vehicle that prevented me from connecting my phone.I called Olga and she and the Service Manager approved for Toyota to place the missing microphone and they paid for my bill.I did not buy a BMW but this did not matter. I was treated as a queen.I will recommend them forever.

BMW West Houston, excellent service, opens at 7, three lanes with six or eight service desk on each lane, fresh Starbucks coffee inside, machine makes it when you order it not pre-made! Flavored creamers in sweeteners as well as Splenda and NutraSweet for diabetics, 2 hours for service start to finish, they did a video review under the car the tires the underbody the service panels underneath, video Dan pointed out any discrepancies which need correction, in my case are already ordered a valve cover kit with gasket and bolts and a oil pan gasket, replace the Inlet air tube behind that map sensor with resonator already, Ill take care of d gaskets and cover and steam clean the engine compartment and underneath, Im very happy with the service I received for the recall for the PCV valve and heater and tubing, covered by BMW! I will be back!

My experience was seamless and structured. It was my first time buying a car and I was really looking for a 2018 X1. Found one online and added it to my favorites on the capital one auto navigator app. I received a text asking to come in to test drive so I showed up same day. Turns out that car was sold but we found a better one for the same price that had carplay and head up display included and the other didn’t. Tommy helped throughout the process, he was personable and the entire process felt easy.

My husband took my X4 in for service. The initial representative we were working with was great. He kept us informed on what was being done and the additional services needed the entire time. Once they were done he called to give us a final amount and advised we could pick up. Once my husband went to pick up the truck we were given an amount of almost $200 more than what we told over the phone for a diagnostic check. That’s not a problem it’s just not what we were told. So we did get a slight additional amount off I still paid more. The bigger issue was that the diagnostic check was due to a sensor that was not working. We were told the sensor had to be replaced and the amount was $800! The following day I took my truck to Car Toys who took the bumper off my truck and saw that same sensor was just unplugged. They plugged it in and my truck has been fine ever since! Very disappointing considering I paid for the diagnostic check & this is a certified BMW dealership.

Im a former Mercedes owner and BMW Of West Houston could learn how premium customer service is done from Mercedes. BMW dose not run shuttles on the weekend and it takes an act of congress to get a loaner vehicle. One dose not feel like they are in a high end German luxury dealer. It feel more like a Honda dealer. With that said everyone is polite, and there is a snack bar with refreshments. BMW Of west Houston is a decent dealership but compared to Mercedes of West Houston it is like night and day.

Although it was later in the evening when I came in to test drive the Z4, Jose Martell was not rushed to show me the features that sold me the vehicle. The color I wanted wasn’t available so he helped me customize one for delivery. I recently bought a BMW after being a Benz owner. This was my first time getting my car serviced. It started out with them picking it up from my home, which was a great touch. But it went down from there. Julio was my advisor and he has not lived up to the reviews or my expectations. He was difficult to get a hold of and needed at least two messages before he would return my call. The receptionist tried to be helpful but that didnt get him to call me back either. Best way was to ask for a supervisor. Certainly not a great first experience. BUT, the guy who picked up and returned my car was fantastic. The nicest most professional person I encountered!
