So I gave 3 stars because the lady that did my hair was nice and squeezed me in for an event I had the following weekend. I wanted something a little longer than what I got but I didn’t want to complain since she squeezed me in. I paid a total of $400. My hair looked amazing getting out the chair and going to the event, I wrapped my hair up that night and when I woke up it just looked like a hot mess. My hair looks like I had in for months granted my natural hair isn’t processed and that could also be one of the problems, but the hair it’s self looks worked over it no longer has any bounce to it nothing. I’ve only had my hair in for 1 week. I feel as though I should have paid for a partial sew in instead of a full head since my hair is still out. Overall the establishment itself is very upbeat and all around fun to be in. The ladies are nice and welcoming. I think my problem was the miscommunication. My sew in took 4 1/2 hours. I paid 200 for hair they provided and my bundles didn’t even match in color. The closure was done so sloppy. I paid 125 for the install. Total of 325 for 4 hours and the closure looks like I have a full wig on. Pick your stylist carefully. I don’t think the one i picked was good at sew ins. Tracks are lifting because she did not stitch them close together. She tried to hurry me out the chair without even cutting all the lace off the frontal. I’m just not happy. I got played her skills are not there to be charging 325 for services. It’s only been 2 DAYS!

Angi is so the best! Attention to detail. Staff get you in and out in a timely manner. I love that they take cards for payment as well.

I went for a sew in and the hairstylist Mooka showed up almost 45 minutes late. She gave no apology or explanation but painfully brushed my hair and then washed and conditioned. She sat me under the dryer for what was supposed to be 15 minutes but turned in to an hour and 15 minutes while she washed and detangled her nieces hair that I had no knowledge she was bringing to the salon. She spent over an hour blow drying and brushing her nieces hair and I caught in to the fact that she didn’t make any available time for me she was going in between and her niece and I told her I was leaving. Even though she was late and barely spent time with me she demanded I give her 20$ for the wash she gave me and I had no energy to argue with her so I Apple paid her and left. I would not recommend this salon to anyone after the disrespect and inconsiderate behavior of the stylist I had dealt with. I left with the same hair I came with.

This place is like a walmart for women. They do everything! Nails, feet, lashes, extentions, hair, braids, twists, color, custom wigs. I think even do facials. They do alot! Go to the website & schedule an appointment. I like to visit mutiple places every 3 weeks to give honest reviews & give every place a chance but since i came to this place in september to get a mani/pedi i keep coming back. Here is the reason why, my jewels nor my nail never came off! & my nails did NOT have grooves in them! Usually i loose 1+ jewel. Thats why i never pay for jewels or designs because it always comes off but not here. I usually never get anything on my nails except the overlay. Then do it myself but i been letting Reese & she does an outstanding job. I am very picky, peticular & very hard to please about my nails and i love getting my nails done here. And soak my overlay off and get a new one every other month. I have been getting my nails for 20 years this is the 1st time ever! Ever! That i dont have divits in my nails from every fill. I am very rough on my nails which is why i always expect to break a nail or 2 but they stayed on the whole time until my next appointment. That has never happened ever! So i dont think i will be reviewing any other nail places. I will just load up pictures of my latest nail art or designs.

My nail tech is better than yours!!! Bmarie is killing it out here, honey makes sure you get what you want and her work is always flawless. All the ladies in there doing the damn thing!

The sew-in special is AMAZING! I got in a chair exactly at my appointed time. The stylists were very friendly and knowledgeable . I love how they worked together to maximize efficiency. I got in and out and still have my Saturday. The atmosphere is great and everyone was very positive! This was my first time in a salon post covid and I felt safe because everyone was wearing masks and things were sanitary. I also love that this place has a nail artist as well. Its essentially a one-stop shop where you can purchase hair, get it styled, and get nails done. I was very impressed!

Why set up a website and a scheduling system if your not going to follow it?! i went on line set up and appointment with Cheriese, which at the time informed me that she would have to confirm the appointment which she did, and also sent me several confirmation texts to verify I was still coming. My appointment was at 4pm on a Wednesday I got there at 3:30 unsure of where I was going. Mind you I live by the Legends in KCK. She has no people skills she acted as if she didnt know I was coming and was just unprofessional as can be. At 5pm after she said was rude and unfriendly as hell and acted as if she didnt want to do my hair, I left without my hair done. UNPROFESSIONAL UNORGANIZED AND GHETTO AS HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner Angela Simpson says she can do styles but she cant. Dont waste your time or money...trust me. I was so disappointed I will NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND HER. There are other stylist there that seemed to be good but it was my first time and when someone calls themselves a Master Stylist, you expect the best, right?...wrong in this case. Dont say I didnt warn you!!

My mother went to get her hair done from here twice and has been disappointed each time. The first service she got was a sew in w/leave out and all of her tracks were showing. The second time she booked with the master stylist but when she got there the master stylist was unavailable so they had three people working on her head at the same time, none of which she booked with. She paid over $200 for a three bundle special with closure and the lady only sewed two bundles in her hair and did not even tell her. She ended up taking it down two days later because it was coming loose already. Once she took the hair down she realized she only had two bundles in her head. We called the shop and told them about this and they did not even apologize they said that my mother was the one who left her third bundle, even though they did not even tell her that they only sold in two. This whole time my mother thought she had all three of her bundles and was wondering why the sewin was so thin. Overall I would not recommend. There are so many other salons who do away better job at what they do.

11/27: my daughter had an appointment with J (full name upon request) for a silk press. Her hair is natural, she grew it for over a year from almost bald and was excited to get it done. The apptmt was for 3:30, due to overlap wasn’t done to almost 6:30. Right away it looked to me like a blow dry and flat iron done at home. Daughter diligently wrapped hair before bed and woke up with it looking at least 2 weeks old with no life and then she had to use the flat iron for poofy ends and all. She was sooo disappointed and all she could say was that it is soft. Nothing SILKY at all about it. If properly done, a silk press is super straight and definitely lasts more than a night. Money TOTALLY wasted.

I tried my first ever sew in here. It came out beautiful and really wasnt expensive. When I had went to work that day everyone was asking where I went and how much it was. Needless to say Ill be coming back.

I got eyelash extensions at this salon and they did the most beautiful job! I am in love with my lashes. I have gotten eyelash extensions several times elsewhere and they have never looked like this! It was also completely free of pain or irritation like with most eyelash extension experiences due to the adhesives, but they appeared to use higher quality products here. I will absolutely go back.

Angela is amazing! She always gives me exactly what I want without even asking. She provides a welcoming atmosphere, professional staff, very respectfully of her clients time and always has a pleasant attitude!

She has a very welcoming soul and I feel like because of her it makes the people around that way also. Going to her shop is a true get away. I want to start by saying, this is the first time I’ve ever done a review, especially a bad one. This goes to show how disappointed and upset I was/am still.On my 21st bday, i wanted my hair done professionally, so I had set an appointment with Kaydee, one of the workers here. soon after Kaydee texted me asking to pay the deposit to “keep my spot” for Saturday (feb.9th). I paid the deposit. The DAY OF the employee texted me and asked if we could reschedule for the next day instead. I told her I couldn’t due to the fact that I had somewhere to be at 5pm on that Sunday, and the hairstyle I chose was suppose to take 6hrs. She then replied back and asked if we could still do it the next day but earlier (we decided to do it at 8am in Sunday) I said okay. The next day came around, I texted her and told her I would be about 10 mins late. I never got a text back but didn’t think much about it. I arrived at the location and called the employee soon after, she didn’t pick up. 15 minutes past and I started to wonder if I was lost, so I drove around the area to see if there was another salon around. Reminder: the appointment started at 8am. After 9:00am came around, I left to head home. Around 9:10am she texted me and told me she over slept and if I wanted to still do it (she also mentioned she live 15 minutes away). I told her yeah (figuring she would get there soon and would’ve start around 9:30am). I arrived at the hair salon shortly after the text. I waited for about 40 more minutes, after 20 minutes past I was going to drive back home but continued to wait anyway. She did not show up until 10:00am. I was very upset that we didn’t start until TWO hours later to an appointment that SHE rescheduled. We started on the hair, we didn’t get done until around 4:10pm (mind you I still have to be somewhere at 5pm and still had to get myself together before I went). Not only that, but the hairstyle it’s self did not come out how I wanted to. My regular hair was sticking outside of my braids and the braids it’s self did not match what I wanted her to do. The original payment for the hairstyle was $180 & I paid $165. Only $15 less than the original price. Overall, this was the worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had. The hair salon it’s self was beautiful and I’m sure they have better employees in there, but the employee I had made it a bad experience for me. Due to that, I will never spend my money here again.
