I made an appointment online and they said they were open and that I could not book another day I show up for my appointment and they are closed won’t be coming back

There’s mixed reviews here but I’m very happy with my haircut! I wanted something new and my stylist was amazing! There was a customer who was upset and made a scene but She handled it very professional, if you work at Walmart you get a discount here too which is awesome, overall I’ve had a great experience here (This is my third time here) and will be back regularly for my haircuts (:

I was able to get in, have a great haircut & back out in less than 20 minutes. Donna was great & gave me exactly what I was looking for.

They worked me in last minute. Did a pretty good job. Staff were very friendly and knew their jobs.

I havent lived in Kansas City for four years now, however I will not forget my stylist, Emily. She always colored/ cut my hair and she was exceptionally well at it. For a chain salon, she was a rare gem. She was super friendly and always chatted with me about my life and kids. Wed talk about hers too. She was very personable for sure. She made my hair beautiful, I wish I was still there so she could continue to care for it. I hope shes still there helping people because shes great! 5 stars for Emily😉😁

Horrible service. Cut my 10 year olds hair couldnt see where it was cut no shampoo or blow out cost 32.00

Ruby did a phenomenal job on my hair. She took her time and put a lot of work into it! I had gone somewhere previously and had very uneven cut and highlights, I came to her for help fixing it and she did not disappoint! And the price was more than fair! Definitely recommend her! This is coming from a picky person with a good eye! She is a rare gem!❤️ Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

I havent lived in K.C. for about five years. My stylist was always Tamika. So, I am in town and desperately need my hair highlighted with low lights and a great cut. I wasnt aware Tamika was still there (ten years now)! I had my hair done by someone else. It was okay. Called to have it redone. Tamika answered. Made my appointment with Tamika. She knows how to highlight, tone, condition, low lights, the right shades, and my cut has never been better. She takes her time (three hours), and is always so professional and upbeat. Now, I dont want to move! Ask for Tamika (working there for 10 years now). You wont go wrong. Love, love, love my hair.

I always try to be optimistic and give people the benefit of the doubt, so when I got my hair cut here and had little concerns about how the “stylist” was cutting my hair, I brushed it off because he should know what he’s doing. However, I got home and found out that there is a whole inch drop in the back and the layers are uneven. It looks choppy and kinda like a little kid may have done it. I’ve now got to go to another salon to get it fixed because I don’t want to be seen in public like this. To add onto it, my “stylist” was pretty unprofessional and not very welcoming the whole time I was there. I wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review, but I want to warn other girls like me.

I recently got my haircut there and once he was done I thought really liked it, but once I got home I started to see many mistakes. The layers dont blend very well and it was a lot shorter than I wanted which maybe was a miscommunication between us. I found stray long hairs that I had to cut myself. He was really nice but Im really disappointed with my haircut.

The girl was friendly. Thats about the only nice thing I have to say. Mystylist if thats what you want to call her, kept getting distracted by the other worker there. It was rude of the other stylist to continually come over and want to talk while she was busy. My hair ended up so choppy and uneven. Im having to set an appointment at the regular place I go to get it fixed tomorrow. The only reason I didnt go there is because the lady I had my apt set with had something come up and I had to cancel. I was set on getting my hair cut tonight and so I took a gamble. Waste of money, dont go. Now Im going to have to get it cut shorter than I wanted. Im so mad. Please, save your money for somewhere that the people actually care to do a good job.

I relaxed my hair there. I absolutely loved the result. Definitely they know what they are doing.

This is one of the most beautiful places to get your hair done with and make it look a whole lot better than ever before.One of my closest best friends works there and she is just amazing.

I had a very bad experience at this location. I asked the lady to trim my hair in the back and some layers at the front, she did her own thing. Cut two sharp layers in the back and no layers at the front. She was mad at me at the same time. My hair was wet and I couldn’t see it at that moment, but once I got to work, everyone told me that the back of my hair doesn’t look right.My colleague ended up fixing it for me. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get me and my daughters hair cut, I was wanting a big change so 8 inches it’s was and welp needless to say it was literally chopped like one length and then another my daughters trim was the same way completely unacceptable and I won’t even waste my time going back in there . I hope they enjoy the money I paid and my advice stay far away from here 🙄😞 seriously ruined my hair 🤦🏻‍♀️ I would post a picture if i could I don’t know how

Best hair stylist ever shes so geometrical with her cutting skills.

Waited for 11 minutes, never got greeted, never saw anyone working, by the time we finally saw someone she told us they were about to close. This was the first time we were coming to get my sons hair trimmed and it’ll be the very last.

Ive never had a bad haircut here and the prices are out of this world.
