I showed up close to closing time, and Mina did my eyebrow threading. She did an amazing job! My eyebrows came out exactly like I wanted them without being cut like at other locations. It was a quick and easy experience.

The young lady Sus did an amazing job on my brows and she was the best. Someone had messed my brows up before I had came to her & she’s been helping me get them back to where they need to be ever since.

I’ve never enjoyed threading my brows until now. I walked in and the whole process was done in 5 minutes or maybe even less. My brows looked perfect after! She has very gentle hands and I didn’t even feel any pain getting my brows done.

Great threading for men, the price isn’t too much and they really make your brow look cleaner and stay masculine

I had an unpleasant experience where they threaded off too much of my right eyebrow (see attached photo with a red circle). This is not the first time they’ve made a mistake, but this one has been the most noticeable. I politely asked for a refund and was denied, they also denied that they made a mistake (see attached screenshot of text).The staff will frequently ask you to leave a good review and that’s where I assume all the 5 star reviews are from. I would recommend spending your hard earned money somewhere else.

She was able to see me on a walk in basis, I didn’t have an appointment and just happened to drive by the studio, and I really needed my eyebrows done. She was very friendly, place was super clean, good prices for the plaza. I was in and out in 5 minutes

I really like this particular Brow Threading location, and I recently had the best experience so far at this location. It was clean and I felt super comfortable going during COVID. Ms. M did an incredible job with my eyebrows, and probably the best thread-job I’ve had in a while. Ms. M was super friendly from the time that I walked in until I walked out. She is just a wonderful individual overall, and I would highly recommend her and this location.

Mrs. Em is the best! She is wonderful and has always done a great job with my eyebrows! I let no one touch them but her! Always great to see her ! ☺️☺️☺️

Every time I try to go somewhere else, the service isn’t anywhere near as good. After having an irritating experience at a local wax studio this afternoon, I came in and was reminded why I should never even try to go anywhere else! Everyone I’ve ever had here has always shaped my eyebrows to perfection! They make adjustments if necessary and everyone is so nice.

This is my first time getting my eyebrows threaded in kc, Pragya was absolutely amazing!!!! She did exactly what I asked for! And was supper nice! Gentle! Precise!I trust her to do my eyebrows!She is your girl!I am a customer now for sure!

I went to the Plaza location for a full face today. I have very sensitive skin and I am extremely picky about my brows, but Mrs. Mina took such great care of my threading needs!! My skin was barely red after my visit and I absolutely LOVED my brows! I am always so happy when I leave here and so beyond satisfied with my eyebrows, eyelashes, and facial needs.The COVID safety precautions they have in place at the store are also really great and made me feel very safe. Everything was wiped down before and after I sat down and masks were being constantly worn throughout my time there.I used to have my eyebrows and lip waxed, but I find that it doesn’t last as long as the threading. The threading is also better/easier on my skin. Not to mention, I am always so happy with the shape of my brows afterwards. I have a scar on one of my eyebrows and they are able to help me hide it, while still having beautiful brows!Needless to say, I have only gone to the Brow Threading locations to have any of my facials, brow threading, or eyelash lifting and tinting needs done. I’ve been a customer for 10 years now and I will FOREVER be a loyal customer to this LOCALLY, FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS!Thank you Brow Threading and Mrs. Mina for everything you do!!

Spectacular Salon! Beautiful different chandeliers lift your mood as soon as you walk through the door. Great Atmosphere for a Plaza location. Highly Satisfied with Miss M (Meena) waxing services at this location. She makes me feel so comfortable during the service with her talks and advices. You can trust her. The lady didnt hardly touch my eyebrows and refused to do my eyelashes. My left eyebrow she made 2 passes. She was on the phone the whole time. I will not be returning! I had to have them done again...well done because she really didnt do anything.
