It was feb 14th, mini city blizzard. I missed my flight at O’hare. Surprisingly, Uber & Lyft drivers were not in service. I haven’t taken a cab in years. Orange cab was the only available service at the time. Will call again if I need too.
For what its worth. Reliable
When the bus will not get you home call orange cab. They go out of their way to help you and at a more reasonable price than the bus considering the time you save and stress that is eliminated.. Thank you so much orange cab!!! ⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦
Do NOT use this company! My daughter was held hostage in her cab this weekend due to a dispute over the excessively inflated fare. The cab driver locked the doors, refused to let her out, and proceeded to scream at her and threaten her while I was on speaker phone with her. He ultimately forcibly grabbed her phone, ended our call, and refused to return it to her. When she tried to grab her phone back from him, he THREATENED TO HIT HER! I had to call 911 to get her out of the cab!!!! This company is UNSAFE and CRIMINAL for allowing those behaviors!!!!!! I called the cab co multiple times to report the drivers behavior but they kept disconnecting me once I told them the reason for my call. The police did nothing to the driver other than require him to lower the fare and return her phone. The cab # is 1515, driven by an African American man with very heavy accent.

I live close to their office and Every time I called this guys it’s always the same guy who answers the phone sounding like I just woke him up, and they will never get you picked up. Sad just sad.
Cab number 1520 (van) threw out two pieces of paper driving by ATC at KCI. I flicked my brights at him and he gave me a middle finger. Professional company 👍🏻

This one driver I have the license plate number time and day vehicle number 1503 not only did he do an illegal U-turn he cut off about three people while he had occupants in the vehicle and then proceeded to drive slow in front of the people he cut off I’m assuming to make sure they knew he meant business this happened the 28th day of March in 2019 around 7:15 PM I hope that the company sees us and does something about it because not only is he risking his own life his What is danger and mine and everyone else involved including the people in his vehicle

I had called well ahead of time requesting a cab early morning to go to the airport. The person said he would be there but was a no show. Frantic calls to his phone received no reply. Im still waiting for an apology from the cab driver. Luckily Uber saved the day, got an uber drive in 5 mins.
Such negative reviews. I called just after 6pm. No cabs in area. 5 mins later get a call, will be there in 10 minutes. Showed up after 5 minutes and took me right where I wanted to be.
Dispatcher gave little to no information and when I called back to try to get cooperation he started screaming at me. No one needs that kind of treatment, let alone a possible customer.
Called to get a cab for a guy to pick up and say he has no one in the area. Very rude and obviously the phone number is someones personal cell.

Im surprised that my experience was similar to others. Guy answered half-asleep, was needlessly rude because I woke him, so I hung up and called an Uber instead.
This taxi cab company told me they were coming to pick me up and left me waiting for over an hour. When I called backed, they stopped answering my phone calls.
