Drove i radically stopped for beer music played was super loud and she by passed the freeway took side streets all the way to Downtown! Worst experience I have ever had

At 5:30pm, I scheduled a pickup for 4:00am the next day to go 5 miles from the hotel to the airport (MCI).Got a confirmation text at 5:55pm, with a booking number, and even a link to a page with the correct booking details.At 4:05am the next morning the taxi had not arrived, so I called dispatch. They said the nearest taxi was in downtown KC, and it would be about 30-40 minutes!So they know how to take a reservation, they just dont know how to keep the reservation.

I tried to schedule a ride for my mom so she could go to a doctor’s appointment and ZTrip didn’t have a driver ready or anything. I ended up using Uber for her instead. I would not recommend.

I had a driver pass me on 24 highway in Independence. He was doing 20mph over the posted speed limit and ran a red light after other cars were starting to turn with green arrow. I wouldnt trust them to drive me across the street.

I like these guys, but unless you use the app you dont get a car very quick. I use them a lot. Or I did anyways. They are priced pretty decent if its a small to medium length trip. Make sure you use the app tho. Dont make yourself wait when the girlfriend has you on a very tight time frame. Trust me.

One of the drivers named John was very helpful. He knew right where I needed to go and even waited for me. He was very helpful and understanding.

I only use z trip when it is the last possible choice I have available. They never have a estimate of time in which it arrive and you can never really guess what the price will be. On this particular day the driver called me because whoever took the call gave her the wrong address I gave them the address word for word. The driver was up the street from me not even a minute away and she never showed up. It was raining terribly that day.

Made a reservation at 1:00 for a 6:00 pickup. They called at 4:00 to confirm. We think all is good going to the Chiefs game. 5 minutes to 6 we call and are told well we will see. 5 minutes after our scheduled pickup we are told well we dont know if we can find anyone in your area. 6:15 we called and they said we are still trying to find a driver. We said forget it and I called and had to get a parking pass online and we drove to the game and got there by half time. We missed half the game because of these bafoons. Dont use this company they dont care, are not concerned with peoples timeliness and have pitiful customer service. We td them we were going to give them bad reviews and their response was very good.

Our driver was absolutely awesome and cost was about the same as uber but we were able to pay cash

Kinda not good. Couldnt get anyone to drive me to work after ZTrip did my driver Patrick dirty and took his car after a little fender bender and now Im unemployed.

Just dont use Ztrip. This company is ridiculous. I tried using Ztrip for the first time 4 days in a row. Ive never been able to get a single ride from them whether it was a $40 ride or a $10 ride. I see multiple vehicles active on their map and yet noone is ever available. I try changing pickup and drop off locations just to see if I can even get a ride anywhere at all. Dont fall for the fake 5 stat reviews littered here. Read through them and youll find plenty of ones that look automatically generated or generic/vague. What a sad joke.

Cheap and reliable. The driver was knowledgeable about the surroundings and even made minor adjusts to accommodate me during my ride. Exceptional service, and friendly drivers!

Great job to work for if you want to be your own boss. Love the company. The people are great.

Oh my lordy… after 15 minutes after the time the driver was supposed to be there I called and called and called then finally a man called back said he’s on his way he didn’t have any other drivers he’ll be there in 20 minutes… finally showed up didn’t help load my bags. Once got in he said “I hope we make it” well unfortunately I didn’t make it and missed my flight back home! Wouldn’t ever use them again. Should have read the reviews before booking

Ive never really ever had a good experience with ztrip, nor its drivers. They never show up in a timely fashion, if they even ever show at all, their drivers are always rude and hateful, and the dispatch has horrible communication and customer relation skills.

Never showed up to pick me up. Never called me to say the order was cancelled. Driver lied and said he called. Everyone of the 4 people I talked with were heavily accented and I had difficulty understanding them.

If I could do ZERO STARS I WOULD !!! I called and schedule a 10:05 pickup from 600 east 8th street. They did show up …… 35 minutes late of course. Once he arrived I asked if he had a bike rack he says no and immediately pulls off. This was an extremely discouraging experience. The fact that I lived at the pickup address & could have easily took my bicycle back in is upsetting. Now I’m out of a ride & I’m possibly fired form work. Thank you driver of the van 673. I really appreciate you inconveniencing my life.

Driver almost side swiped me at my daughters school when picking her up and then promptly braked checked me four times. I will never use this company with drivers like that working for the company.

I called them for a ride for my wife and son to the hospital to visit me they told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes almost an hour later they called back and was told that the driver reported that they picked them up and delivered them and the job was complete when I called back to complain I had to request to talk to the manager two different times. I hope that anybody that needs a quick ride somewhere fast does not use this company because more than likely you wont get there anytime soon

Called a couple of hours ahead of time and waited over past the time they were to be there. When I called back they told me that they were trying to find someone to pick me up. Nice weather during the weekday at 11:00am so they couldnt blame the weather.No apology what so ever.

This is the worst taxi service on the planet!!! My sister has been calling them for 2 days trying to get a ride so we can celebrate my mothers birthday tomorrow, the receptionist tells her theyre searching for a ride, got her waiting for hours and hours when she tracks her ride it says no car available. Now she dont know how shes getting to my moms, this taxi service was good in the beginning, But now they have fell all the way off👎👎👎👎 Just throw the whole company away #byefelicia🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

They never have a Z-Trip available when I need one or in my area I literally waited an hour and a half for them to locate a driver for me after I get off of work. The drivers will cancel on you if they see that youre not going a long distance. They cancel reservations out of the blue to where you have to call and re Reserve another Z-Trip and thats going to take another hour. Its really not worth it

I would say zTrip is more expensive than a Lyft. The reason I use zTrip is the drivers drive better. Seriously and they can all talk. Its worth the extra $5. You can save a driver too and call him or her.

Fast service and professional drivers

Ordered service two days in advance. Driver did not show. I was told there were not able to find a driver. When I complained to a manager he hung up on me. I email my complaint and received a letter that stated sorry you had a negative experience. Here is part of their response (and remember I ordered two days in advance): I am so sorry you had a negative experience. I understand that it is frustrating not to get picked up when you are depending on a ride. Unfortunately, there were no drivers available near you when you requested your trip.Your letter and your employees are one of the saddest excuses for handling customer complaints, mismanagement, and lack of overall caring for what you do.

The school district contracts with this company to provide rides for children in foster care so they can continue to be in the district they are familiar with even if the child has to change foster homes. I can appreciate that this is probably not the standard customer z-trip serves.Maybe once a week my child arrives to school to on time. The constant lateness causes them anxiety bc they hate being the center of attention going into the classroom late and rushed to catch up. Other students ask them why they are always late.At least once a week, I have to call Ztrip and find out how much longer the cab will be from picking my child up, because school has already begun and the ride is about 30 mins away. I often hear that they had a lot of drivers call off and they had to re-route drivers. It seems this is a chaotic and disorganized place for the drivers to work.The upside is that my child says the drivers are pretty nice.

I drove from Z Trip for two years and this company is A bunch of crooks if you are considering being a driver for Z Trip my advice do not do it they will get you into debt don’t work with you as far as trying to get you help and learn how to use the software and they will eat you alive.

Always someone available when in need of a ride I also was able to pre-schedule something days in advance to ensure I got to work on time

This company can’t provide ETA’s. When asked if I could have some sort of eta so I can make sure I’m able to be at my orientation for a new job, I got a rude response and told to call back in 20 minutes. Thankfully I’m trying to get ahold of a ride 3 hours prior to my appointment. This whole business structure is messed up. This is a taxi service there is no reason to try and reinvent the wheel. This is a failing company and for good reason too. Bunch of idiots

I had reserved a ride for my son at 2:45 pm today to Kansas City Airport.I waited till 3:06 to call to see where they were.My son is Autistic and had a flight at 5:15pm.When I called them they told me that they told me there were not any available drivers at that time.At 3:45 I had to call someone else to take my son to the airport.I called Local Budget Cab Co and they came and picked up my son and got him to the airport just in time.I wont ever do business with z Trip again.For now on I will give my business with Local Budget Cab Co...

I called them at Walmart and they still havent arrived or called and said that they was on the way if I didnt call my room mate I would have been still at Walmart waiting 5 hours for a ride home this is the worst experience ever they never called and said anything to me about pulling up and also never acknowledge that they were on the way. Nothing at all I wish people the best of luck with z trip.

I just witnessed on Wednesday November 3rd a driver took an older lady to Aldi in Blue Springs & was so thoughtful. He got a cart for her & helped out of the car & made sure she was secured holding the cart. He was very pleasant also.

Ordered a cab fro for a 8am pickup at least 15hrs ahead of time and they never contacted me to say there was n cabs available, therfore I am over and hourr late, uber came to the rescue

Cant give you a definite time which is not very helpful because usually you need to arrive at a certain time.

I had put in a reservation hours in advance and the ride was accepted. The driver never showed up at the designated time and everytime I called the office I, one got a different person, and two never got a time for when a driver would be available. I work not even 2 miles from a casino and I know that there are always carbs ready for those people. Why is it that I cant get a ride when I schedule one, and why cant people answer a simple question of how long you have to wait to get a ride.

Called three times, and scheduled three separate trips that z-trip did not show up for, they said they were on the way, but left me hanging. I was late to a Dr. appointment.

I like the trip and theyre drivers very courteous people the only problem I had with them was like late at night early in the morning after midnight we have trouble getting the taxi.

This the worst cab service ever I waited 2 and a half hours after work to try and get home and they arent reliable at all they need more cabs out in streets especially the weekend if I was anyone who need a cab from them at night dont call them hope the best for this company Even though they gonna crumble soon if they dont give better services
