If I could leave zero stars, I would. Not only did they deliver my package to A WHOLE DIFFERENT HOUSE the first time but they also did not offer any advice or further assistance on recovering it. Gave them a second chance and decided to use them again for my most recent parcel and sure enough, I regretted it. I have been waiting for my package for a while as it was being delivered from out of the country. I made sure to click the “non-contact signature release” button and specified for the driver to ring our doorbell and leave it there. When the driver comes, he BANGS multiple times on our door and takes the parcel with him because I wasn’t home even though I specified a no-contact delivery. I was furious after reviewing my camera footage. The next day comes and I don’t see a package so I call DHL and the lady told me that he made a false report saying that he made 2 stops to my home to attempt to deliver the parcel but his location tracker said he only came once. She also said that he made the mistake of not leaving the package after she saw my multiple submissions of the signature release. I ended up getting my package today and he actually did his job and read my note of leaving it in front of my door. This is just so unprofessional and reading previous reviews, I am not the only one. I do not recommend this company at all.

$80 express 4 day delivery took 8 days. Why again am I paying for a premium service and getting horrible results? They REFUSE to do same day pickup when an item is at the facility late as well. Useless customer service is no help as well

Did not come to my home for delivery of the package at all. I work from home but received a message that no one was home, so now I will have to drive 30 miles to their office to pick up my parcel. If they attempted to deliver to my home then the driver should have left a sticky note that he came in and no one was at home.

I wish I had better reviews for dhl. My package that was supposed to be delivered was a day late, and they kept asking me for clearance to leave it without a signature and I kept giving it to them, but apparently their software didnt work because they wouldnt leave the package. I wasnt home so it took me forever to try to figure this out. When I find out a package is coming from DHL I always cringe a little.

The staff was very accommodating and provided multiple options, services, and additional shipping information. Even though my package(s) shipped from another location/company, I would recommend this DHL location for your shipping needs. Solely based on their customer service and swiftness.

The quote I got on the phone was half the cost of what they actually charge. I wasted an hour driving to this location because of the information I was given over the phone. There’s no number listed, just a 1-800 number and that number is completely unreliable information.

I am still waiting on my package to get to me! It has been ready since January 14th, 2021. I called and left a messaged to have it released without a signature. Not only did I change the dates to have it shipped to me on my day off. They lied! No one even showed up at my door! I live in Saint Joseph Missouri. and when they said no one was home, it still showed my package was in Kansas City Missouri!!! And I was home all day, didnt even leave once! No one even attempted to bring it to my apartment. I didnt even get a choice in their delivery service! They just had it and still havent delivered it. Now I have to wait again until I am off. Because they wont let me do another signature release.

I paid for fast shipping, it has been over a week of my package sitting at this location. I changed it so I would be able to pick it up at the service point, although they keep saying it is not ready for me to pick my package up although it has been sitting here for over a week. Customer service has been no help and they keep pushing back the date where I can pick it up. I will not be doing business with this company again

Unfortunately I have to do a 1 star as no 0 is available. I have my deliveries sent to me at work and my home is not secure. Where my work station is, I have a bird eye view of the main entrance and parking lot. I was expecting delivery today and next thing I know, I get an email stating they attempted delivery and stated no one was home. This is a business with a lobby in which the receptionist has direct communication with me. Not only that, there was NO DHL vehicle that pulled into our parking lot. So, the driver straight up lied. I am guessing that he just did not want to get out of his vehicle and walk through a parking lot with a package. So he skipped me altogether. I called their hotline to find out why and all they can tell me was the address was incomplete!? Strike 2. I am told it will be delivered tomorrow, and if it isnt, they will not have a nice phone call from me. If my package is delivered with no harm tomorrow, I will change my rating.

If I could I would put 0! Waited for a package all day and got a message at half past seven that a package was not delivered because no one was at home at 6-20 pm, Which is not truth. We was actually sitting next to the door and no one was delivering anything! Such a dishonest stuff to do!

I’m not sure if it’s because of the holiday season, but I took off work two days in a row to be home when my package arrived. Day 1) Sorry package was undeliverable due to wrong address. I called costumer service he and I verified in fact the address was correct, rescheduled to be delivered the next day. Day 2) I’m at home all day, around 7pm cst I call costumer service package still hadn’t arrived, I was advised to wait until 930pm. Around 810pm I got a text msg notification saying that they knocked and no one was home. First issue outside of this being a flat out lie was that this package was set up to be delivered w/o a signature. On both occasions I received less that subpar service and moving forward I will ensure I use a different delivery service. They are beyond unprofessional and lack any integrity.

Horrible service! Package has been in KC for 5 days being “located”!!! No new information aside from, “someone will call you back.” That’s a lie too, as I’m the one who is calling back!!! Horrible horrible horrible!! I WILL NOT EVER order though a company that uses DHL as a shipping option!

So I was receiving a package tht required a SIG. I responded to the text message saying it was ok to release package without sig. I gave very pointed and simple instructions on where to leave package . Guess what? They still couldnt get it right and didnt leave package. Documents were very important and I needed them tht day!!!!
