For a company that calls 100 times a day you would think their communication and information would be top notch. Not so! When you call you will be juggled between 5-10 people never really landing on anyone with any real info. I would love to find the big black hole that all their info goes into after you give it to them.

TQL is one of my go to carriers. Always on point, easy to get a hold of, and fast payment. It’s hard to find really good straight people in this industry and they have always taken care of me.

Failed to respond to the vast majority of my communication. Requested escalation of price-gouging charges for a freight shipment that was completely botched. They refused to acknowledge the mistake and pricing issues for months and months. Finally escalated it to a manager who then said he would investigate and report back. They never escalated the issue and then sent the bill to collections. Im sure its to their benefit that their headquarters are located in a state without price-gouging laws.This company likes to talk about the TQL way as though they provide any meaningful customer service. They dont. They enlist a bunch of fresh-out-of-college kids to then do ethically questionable practices and refuse to actually solve any real issues. They have an extremely high turnover rate, probably because of this. I had over three reps in under a year. Even contacting their customer care email directly (rather than contacting my rep(s) repeatedly) didnt result in a response.Terrible company with terrible customer service and an affinity for ethically/morally wrong practices.

Great people. Decent rates. Top on my first to call list wherever i have my trucks available.

The loads are as promised. No unseen peoblems to deal with. Loads are ready when posted to be picked up and are always deliverable on time. Easy to send in pods and billing. They pay as requested by us. We have NO peoblems with them at all. Also fairly easy to get loads with them.

If your such a great company.. start disclosing what shipper pays you guys. You should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing from Truckers during this global pandemic!

We hauled for them 1 time and we didnt have any problems . but they paid when they said they would .and the time i did call i got great services . so with that said we look forward to hauling for them again

Absolutely unprofessional and rude. These people call my job CONSTANTLY. I tell them we do not do freight shipping and they will immediately cut me off and hang up on me.

They hoard money they arevway to cheap and destroy our industry how mant multi millions did they make last year they could pass that on to there employees as well as carriers who actually do the work.

Do not ever in your life go for an interview with this employer. They found my resume online and hounded me to come in for an interview when I arrived at the interview there was no directions on parking so I rode around in the garage for 10 minutes looking for parking space then I had to call to get assistance in parking. After taking the interview and test I discovered that I had to pay to exit the building from being interviewed by tql. After I went by to the employer and advised I needed them to validate my parking because I did not have the money to pay for parking because there was nothing explained before the process of interview that I would have to pay for parking and they denied validating the parking. I then had to call security make an all-out scene in order to get out of the building what are the interview lady for tql sat there and looked in my face its all me she didnt know who I was when she just sat there and interviewed me

Do not under any circumstances book loads with this logistics. As an owner operator, I handled one of their loads and right before the last drop I ended up with blown passenger side steer tire going through construction zone which ended up delaying 3 hours for the drop due to service call and etc.. I come to find out that they deducted 300 dollars out of loads payment for late charges. I called numerous time to discuss the issue with supervisor and brokers of accounting didnt get any result.. I followed their rate con procedures for calling after hour dispatcher and etc.. all that is just some nonsense standard procedure they came up with. This isnt the first time I had major issues with TQL. I just hope that they go out of business..This isnt a good way to handle business..

I’ve haul many loads for tql and I’ve never had an issue. I’ll continue to business with them in the future

TQL harasses drivers about being on time. I broke down and they threatened me with a fine of $250 per hour if late. I was told that they didnt care how I did it, just dont be late. I asked if they are asking me to falsify my log book and he said that was up to me.I woke up at 0400 to leave at 0500 and my truck would not start. I have to bring in road service and a tow truck. I did not get my ruck running until 1400 and I was tired as I could not nap in my truck. In order to be on time I would have had to drive until 0600, more than 24 hours awake.They start calling early in the morning and waking me up to check my position. I have to turn my phone off if I want any sleep.
