Staff onsite is friendly and competent. Shipping from here is easy as it should be. My chief complaint is if you are using this location as a Hold for Pickup destination be wary of the delivery claim for 10:30 am. This station is dependent upon the Front Street location to process their holds and return them to this location. In the past, i could count on packages being available as early as 0930, in keeping with most other FedEx Ship Centers I visit. However, now it is the rare occasion when the holds arrive before 1030. I have mentioned this on multiple occasions to multiple staff here and get the unified message Not my fault instead of the expected We are FedEx, and we will try to help you.I now go out of my way as much as possible to avoid having any holds shipped to this station, but the next closest station at Front street is 25 miles away, so if I need a part here in North KC, I can plan a 50 mile trip out of my way.

Fast, convenient, and easy! Every time Ive shipped a package from this center, the service has been exemplary. All of the packages I have delivered from this location arrived at their destination smoothly and on time too!

The FedEx office at the Airport, on 1210 Mexico City Avethe is always friendly and professional. Today, the lady working at the counter was with a customer - she still took time out to greet me at the door. Very good Customer SERVICE. I wish I got her name kudos to her

I just received my rather large packages, and the delivery gentleman brought them up the three flights of stairs to my apartment without me requesting it. My previous location would not deliver them to my doorstep and I had to struggle to get them upstairs by myself. Excellent customer service!

I need to express my absolute gratitude for Suzy and Dustin at this location. I had a critical shipment that was scheduled incorrectly. Both Suzy and Dustin retrieved my package and made the changes after hours.. if you’ve ever dealt with Fedex rerouting over the phone, you know how impossible it is.. the team at this location saved me and my customer thousands of dollars. I can’t thank them enough!!!

I do not understand why my packages always get stuck in transit when passing through Kansas City Mo FedEx facility.

There was no one in the ship center when I entered and they did not acknowledge my presence when they did come out until I said something. They seemed annoyed when I asked for a small box for my prepaid international package that they didnt have out for customers. I modified the box to prevent shifting much to the disdain of the CSA assiting me. She remarked multiple times about it not affecting my price and I should just leave the box the way it was. I stacked my CI and extra label so they could be pulled out easily from the pouch. When she checked the box in and took the labels out she ripped the pouch apart and told me I used the wrong pouch. I was very dissatisfied with the assistance I got and the constant critiquing of how I was putting my package together. I worked for 7 years as a pickup driver for this company and even drove bulk shipments to and from this location. I did nothing out of the ordinary and packed the package the way that I and all the other couriers I knew in my career appreciated customers doing. Passive aggression is not good for customer service.
