I called to set up internet service and provided my debit card information was given an option to pick up my equipment from one of their stores. Now mind you the website states the companys name is Clear but the actual companys name is Spectrum. I just left Spectrum and had a pass due bill and in processing my I have text alert and it showed TWC which is now Spectrum. Once I got home called to activate and Spectrum asked when was I paying my bill and they couldnt connect my internet until it was paid. I feel this company is misleading because it was difficult to get them to refund my money back. It took a lot of phone calls to resolve the issue.
