Exceptional customer service. Today our home internet service was interrupted due to a storm. Since I needed to complete a big project I called to get an estimate of when it might be restored. When the repair tech got service restored he stopped by my home to let me know AND I also received a call from a gal in the office to make sure I was all set. It was truly an example of a company going above and beyond.

If I wasn’t for bad connectivity that drops in the middle of the day, there would be no connectivity at all. We are investigating other options as soon as we get connectivity back up

RUN dont walk away from this company. Horrible reliability, apathetic customer service people and their IT will always blame your computer without checking their equipment, Its a free service to residence in North Kansas City but you get what you pay for.

If I could give KCFiber -10 stars I would. We had to settle for this service when they blocked Google Fiber and AT&T U-Verse from installing fiber and this company is a damn joke. Customer service is terrible and never accept culpability, quickly blaming your computer or your router for any connectivity problems - regardless if its brand new or has never exhibited issues before. Weve replaced three routers in the past because they were insistent that it was OUR equipment that wasnt working and still, we continue to have the worst reliability I could ever imagine. Tech support is awful as well because not only do they pull the same it must be you card as customer service does, but they also take FOREVER to resolve anything. I seriously cant wait to get rid of this heinous provider.

Small town fiber optic ISP, great service with a one time setup fee, then it is free for up to Gigabit speeds. They offer both residential and business services up to 10Gb!

I would like to let the owner/managers know how their emplyee Diana deserves a gold star, a raise and more help. We will continue with this service because of her. This young woman seems slammed with customer service/sales needs! I finally went into the NKC office for no service at our home and understood immediately why no one had the chance to call us back yet. Diana was running the entire show. Setting up new accounts and fixing problems with 2 lines holding!Anyway.....She did her computer magic and didnt stop until we were up and running. Seriously guys.....give her a raise and a staff!❤✨❤When you support a staff that can answer the phone youll get 5 stars!

Their billing system is screwed up. They have admitted that their billing system screwed up and is not sending me the invoices. Yet, when I proactively reach out to them about it - they ignore my requests. Until I then get a threat to disconnect service. No matter how I communicate with them, they are rude, unprofessional, unreasonable, and hateful. I have BEGGED them to come to some sort of understanding that they would consider that my billing was messed up BY THEM, before they start harassing me. I have tried proactively communicating and trying to find a resolution. Every single time I am met with hatefulness. In all my years Ive never encountered such a horrible experience with customer service, over something as simple as internet billing. Jackie and Diana blame every problem on Nicolai (who was amazing, btw) - with no remorse or understanding for what the customer has experienced. I rarely write bad reviews. I gave them a ton of chances to get this right - since they are our NKC neighbors. But they just do bad business. Do not go to them unless you love horrible customer service, hateful bad attitudes, and businesses that blame their problems on everyone else.

Im a current customer and I cant recommend it to anyone that needs reliable internet service. They provide excellent rates for their speeds, but the service has no reliability! Ive currently been without internet for over 3 days during finals week.Just one example of the frustrations of being a linkcity customer.

Worst internet Ive ever had. Tech support is a joke and argues with you that its your computer and not the internet. We have been without internet for 2 weeks at home now. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy for internet.needs.
