Great customer service. After a disappointing experience from another provider, Rachel Serrano went out of her way to be certain I had the proper hearing aid for my hearing loss. She was extremely thorough with the exam and explained the process along the way. Now, I am hearing high frequency levels I havent heard in years. Follow-up visits have been excellent. Rachel makes the necessary adjustments to my hearing aids for a perfect fit and function. I recommend Rachel and this location without hesitation.

Recently went to miracle ear and had my hearing checked I knew my hearing was at a loss but not to the level that I thought it was i need hearing aids and Rachel Rachel helped me with that process of understanding . understanding and identifying the issues with my hearing she was very informative she was not high pressure And made sure that I understand how everything was going to operate they were very customer friendly . I Would highly recommend them to a friend. Thank you.

I finally took the plunge and bought a pair of hearing aids. I had been tested 3 times (each a different company) and each showed some high frequency loss. I had been working on the hotel dock for 38 years and the noise could be a contributing factor. I retired as of Covid-19. In the quite of being home all the time I noticed missing hearing things. The kitchen timer, the phone machine beep and the tv volume. Blake showed the models he thought would be a good fit. I looked at them and some others with more features. We chose one step up as it had Bluetooth connections. I listen to many audiobooks and now the hearing aids are my ear buds. It uses an Audio Clip to go from my iPod Nano to the hearing aids. I later learned how to connect my phone and I can take calls and hear just fine. The Audio Clip can be an external mic so you can pick up a larger area. It will be good in a group setting to put in the middle of the table and hear everyone. I will try this when Covid is over.I also got the TV Streamer to increase the volume just for me and not for my wife. I can watch and listen while she is reading or sleeping. You mute the TV but not the Streamer.Over the last two months I have had adjustments made and Blake took care of them very professionally. After getting use to them in my ears I am noticing some sounds that I forgot I could hear. The water running, the clock ticking, and the kitchen timer (I am the cook). I do check to see if I am wearing them many times a day as Blake told me clients are losing them more now that we all wear mask. This to will pass I pray.

Always receive great service at this location no matter the problem . My largest complaint has nothing to do with the location(Ken), but with your product Genius. I spent around $200 for one when I spent $6,700 for new hearing aids. A month & a half ago it failed, after waiting over 3 weeks I finally got it back. I had it for two weeks and the new one failed, so it had to be sent back to the factory as the first one was. I assume it will take at least three MORE weeks to get a new one. Not only is that almost two months without something I bought in good faith>BUT, I am told that the one year warranty only applies to the first one and the replacement AND the next new one will still carry only the first ones warranty. So, my one year warranty has turned into only a NINE MONTH warranty as I have lost THREE MONTHS USAGE by the time I get the replacement for the second one. I feel this is totally unfair and borders on false advertising, as I expected TWELVE months trouble free usage of your Genius product . Consider this to be a totally NEGATIVE review of your product(and I have not failed to let everyone I know of the totally unfair treatment I have received. Sincerely >Barry Carroll
