After noticing some difficulty hearing conversations in busy restaurants, I scheduled an appointment with Associated Audiologists. It was my first hearing test in over 20 years. Dr. York was fantastic.A lot has changed in 20 years, and Dr. York explained each step in the testing. He was extremely thorough while also making sure I completely understood each step and my hearing results (which were not as bad as I had feared). I would highly recommend Dr. York.

The team here was absolutely wonderful. I had no choice but to bring my infant with me and they were very accommodating and patient. I highly recommend them to anyone! The location is convenient the office was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly!

Dr. York was extremely patient and took the time to listen. My grandpa is hearing so much better now. He has been so happy and appreciative of the care he was given.

After 6 years of symptoms I finally had a condition diagnosed and a treatment prescribed. Wonderful staff. I had 2 1/2 hours of testing and had to wait 10 minutes for the result. Doctor was caring, listened and explained every test and result so I could understand it.

Being 36 years old and being told you are a good candidate for hearing aids was somewhat of a scary thing to hear. Dr Lake at the north land office made both my wife and myself feel so at ease, it actually made the experience an enjoyable one. The quality of care I received was second to none. The level of testing, compassion, and knowledge of Dr Lake was incredible. If Dr Lake is any indication of the doctors at the other locations of Associated Audiologists, you will find your experience a more than enjoyable one. Wow! After experiencing some symptoms of vertigo, I was referred to Associated Audiologist by my PCP. The referral was urgent and I received a phone call from their patient care coordinator, Alisha, the very next day. She was wonderfully warm and worked with me to get me in to see a doc ASAP. Dr. Dorner was thorough with an outstanding bedside manner. After a series of tests, she explained my results in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I walked out feeling confident I had the right diagnosis and a little bit smarter about my middle and inner ear! Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Dorner.

His compassion for people with hearing problems is just wonderful! He has helped me in so many ways—with helping me to come to grips with loosing my hearing to keeping me abreast of new products on the market that could improve my ability to hear. In the beginning, i had hundreds of questions which he answered tirelessly. Many of his products (perhaps all, I just don’t know) come with a free trial period so patients can test-drive whether a different product works better for their individual needs. Through these trials, I have found the best product for my type of hearing loss.
