Good equipment variety and enough rack space. And actually the entire gym area doubles as a sweat lodge @ 85 degrees. What a value!

Nice gym in terms of equipment and staff. They dont enforce mask wearing, which is a big bummer. They have signs but do not care when people walk around without them. They also make you give a 60 days notice before you cancel your membership. This would have been fine if we were told about this. We were told we can cancel whenever we want. Annoying. They also told us we would get a month free due to Covid but we never got it.

Super modern and clean interior, with friendly and helpful staff.Patrons seem like normal folks, so, a good mix of seniors, muscle guys, weight watchers, women; always nice not walking into weird homogeneous gyms.It isnt big, but not overly small either. Price is good considering how nice it is.Highly recommend.

Great gym in a great area! Living in Union Hill, the gym comes as a perk included in your rent. It is always clean, the machines are well maintained and there is everything you could want included. While its not 24 hours anymore, their hours are still very accommodating for any lifestyle! Ive never participated in a class, but many do and there are lots offered. Would recommend if you live or work downtown!
