My first visit and Im very encouraged to return. Everyone was so nice. Got me a membership.
Wonderful staff. Equipment is very clean. Easygoing and comfortable atmosphere!
I came here for access to the pool. The facilities were a little aged from the YMCA I usually go to, but there were more pool lanes, I believe about 5 or 6 total. So it still met my workout needs.
My father Jack M. Ranck was one of the original design and build managers back in the sixties ... His name is still in the bronze dedication plaque at the entrance
I registered my son for their school out program two weeks in advance. I attempted to drop off my son for the program on 01/02 /20 no one was there. I spoke with the coordinator repeatedly prior to this and she never informed me of any changes with the program. No one answered the phone. Maintenance was nice enough to tell me no one was there. I finally got someone on the line and they advise me the program was cancelled due to low attendance. All the parents had been called except me. I dont recall an apology. I was told a Justin or Jason would reach out to me but he never did. I got a email stating I was only getting g half my money back despite the fact there was communication the service was cancelled at any point. Poor customer service and values have changed. There was no apology either.smh
Poor communication. Signed up for swimming lessons online. Received a confirmation after transaction. Arrive for first class and nobody has a clue why there was no instructor. Thankfully a teacher from a previous class was around, so we were able to have a lesson 45 minutes late. They ended up canceling the session, so now we are looking for another class to enroll in....but not here.
My family has been going to this location for 6 months now. My children and I are always greeted by name. The staff is excellent with children! I am always content on dropping off my 3 year old so I can work out. The equipment is in good shape as well. Im very pleased with my membership!
I love being a member. Its very affordable for my family. My children are involved and Im very thankful for that. Everyone who works there is super friendly. Keep up the good work
The gyms and workout facilities are great. The men’s locker room is absolutely disgusting. Even after being “cleaned” the floors are filthy, the showers are gross and the locker room constantly has a sewer smell. The pool is not well maintained. The bottom of the pool is covered with debris and there are clumps of hair floating in the water. The dirtiest YMCA I’ve ever visited.
We love with swimming lessons at the Red Bridge YMCA. Our 6 year old twins are loving the instructor! And I love the yoga classes and the equipment. Everyone is so friendly!
Great place to work out
They have a great swimming pool and a very kind life guard
Just signed up for membership, but my experience so far is great. I was amazed by some of the updated cardio equipment. The staff was very nice, it seemed pretty clean. I look forward to getting do utilize the facility more. Went in the evening and it was less busy than I was expecting.
I love the Y! I like having access to a lot of different classes, and the six weeks of meetings with a personal coach when I first joined were fantastic for getting me oriented to what was available.
Busy location with a very nice staff. Wish it had more space and variety in workout equipment, but what they have is clean and well-maintained. Nice facility.
This is a great place to be yourself! Wonderful staff and great facility. I love volunteering my free time to this YMCA.
Older location but very well-kept. Never super busy, quality equipment, lots of classes and programs to utilize. Would get 5 stars if it had a basketball court, but I really enjoy this place.
Very nice
Recently signed up a few months ago for a YMCA membership and couldnt be happier. Staff is friendly, care about your well being, and make sure your kids are safe and happy. They are more than happy to give advice whenever asked as well. They also have a large variety of cardio machines, free weights ( dumbbells up to 100lbs, which is awesome), a pool, and fun activites you can sign up for.I highly recommend this YMCA!
Staff and other members are super friendly and the hours are great for our familys various needs. We use the Kidzone daily and our daughter loves it.
My boyfriend and I were looking to get a membership and ended up only getting him one because it was the cheapest option with me being a guest. We ended up wanting to terminate his membership and found out it’s $100 ($98) to terminate it and the employee (Zack) who helped us never told us or pointed it out. We would’ve never joined here if we knew that was the case so thanks to Zack for scamming us and thanks the Y for being overly expensive for a community gym.
Love the pool!! Just wish there were a hot tub at Red Bridge.
Nice people. Friendly staff. Clean facility. What else can I say?
Best deal in town. Great facility, community oriented, wonderful place.
My YMCA. I like the pool there
Great staff; great programs; great equipment; clean
Staff welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you reach your goals.
Multiple sports for kids of different ages, plus Zumba classes, and *when* they had them TRX--but they need to bring that back!
Its great!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and variety of equipment.
Everybodys incredibly kind and helpful on staff.
This place will be perfact I. Can walk there and back that will give me over half my exercize
Been gone for a couple of months. Missed the Red Brige YMCA. Mark Weber
These people will scam you! Beware! Zack signed me up with a membership and didn’t say a word or explain that there would be a charge for you to terminate your membership! I got charged $100 for an employees negligence and they did absolutely nothing about it. DO NOT GO TO THIS YMCA!
$15 for a day pass?!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Clean place and kind staff. But for a run and a shower?! No thanks.
People are always helpful ...
