Im a member at an F45 franchise in South Florida and popped in for a visit at the Kansas City Crossroads location. I was not disappointed. I loved that this location had the same amazing energy as my home gym. Love love love the owner and trainers.

Just walked by and they had an UNBELIEVABLE number of people packed in there without masks. This place ought to be shut down for the sake of public health

This gym absolutely RIPS!! These coaches do a phenomenal job. Everything from the facility, to the equipment, quality of coaching, and selection of workouts is top of the line. If you are a professional in the area with a busy schedule but still want to maintain a disciplined approach to exercise and fitness, this is by far your best option in town. They do a great job being intentional about the workout plans so that you can be sure that any day of the week you go you will get a great workout in. Or if you are looking to go every day of the week they split up the targeted muscle areas out through the week so that you will have time to recover. Ive been going for three months now consistently and have yet to have a class be anything short of a quality workout. This F45 location offers something unique in the KC area and has been a great recourse for me and many others.

My favorite place in Kansas City. F45 Crossroads makes it easy to be in the best shape of your life. Amazing staff, friendly members, and a new workout every day. Even after going for >1 year, the workouts are still very challenging. F45 is a great investment for your health!

Finally an amazing workout place in KC!! I have lived here for 4 years and tried several classes and gyms but always grew bored and eventually stopped going. I have consistently been going to F45 ever since they opened 1.5 years ago. Not only are the workouts fun and challenging, but the trainers are so friendly and motivating! This is also a class where you can go and meet new people/friends or stay to yourself, whatever floats your boat. And best of all- the music is HYPE!

This place is great. You can get an amazing functional workout in just 45 minutes - easily burning 500+ calories. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and can help you modify the workouts based on any limitations, and the classes have a fun, collaborative team environment. Highly recommended!!!

F45 has made me a better well rounded athlete! I look forward to going. The instructors are knowledgeable, positive and helpful, and the fact that there is such a variety of exercises each day makes it more fun! I love F45!

I’m all for supporting small businesses but the owner of this establishment is not a good person. Stay away and put your money into places and people who are respectful and encouraging.

Love it here! It’s an intense workout, but between the trainers, the playlists & the circuits... they keep it so high energy before you know it, you’re almost done.

Beautiful gym, great program but challenge offered totally unrealistic! Total waste of a 20 minute drive and an hour presentation to pressure you in unhealthy, unrealistic goals offered free but you will ultimately pay for! SMH. Would have rather been offered a gym membership!

Did the Hollywood work out class. Great total body workout with a good music selection 💪 👌
