Dear Republic, may offer you a suggestion? Why dont you provide training classes to your employees on courtesy, politeness and communication skills? That truck belonged to my brother-in-law and has been parked in the same spot since the day after he had a massive heart attack and passed away two weeks later after we took him off of life support. I can think of over 100 better ways to ask a customer for some assistance other than writing this rude, offensive and completely reprehensible note.
If I could give this company a zero I would. I have only had them for almost three months. They have NOT picked up trash more than they have. I keep being told they will come and they do not show up. Two weeks going on three. Do not use their services you’ll regret it. I cancelled and start with a new trash service next week. Pathetic! I am over it! Worst ever!
Genuinely the worst trash company. Constantly missed pickups and trash has been pulled out of my can and put beside it on multiple occasions. Their only job is to empty my can and they can’t even manage that.
We are supposed to have recycling but they never show up at our house.We have to continually call about the missed pickups and they say they are short on help.Everyone else here gets their recycling picked up but us. I would give zero for the rating if I could I mean we are paying for a service that we are not getting.
Constant missed pickups. Customer care agents argue and raise their voice to you while you try and explain your frustration. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. RUDE STAFF. EXCUSES ABOUT HOW THEY ARE SHORT DRIVERS. I AM SO ANGRY AND ALL THEY DID OVER THE PHONE WAD ARGUE WITH ME AND JUSTIFY MULTIPLE MISSED PICK UPS.
We have been with Allied Waste/Republic Services for several years for our business. We have found them to be responsive if we have any questions and we can go on-line at any time to check on our pickup schedule.
If you want a waste service with integrity, this is NOT it! Driver Ben hit my 16 year old daughters new car and admitted to not paying attention and owned up to being responsible. He even admitted it to his supervisor, Matt who promised he would get my car repaired. Unfortunately, when they reported the accident to their insurance company, Ben lied and stated that I hit him! What happened to honesty? I knew in my heart that they would not be honest, but was praying they would do the right and decent thing. It speaks to the integrity of the company or the lack thereof. They never spoke to the eyewitness who saw what happened and agreed Ben was at fault. My only recourse would be to file with small claims court. If you are a home association or independent looking for a waste removal service. DO NOT use Republic!
Unfortunately, I have to agree with everyone else. New to the area & arranged services prior to moving to our new house in December. Bins were delivered on time however trash was missed/not picked up for 2 weeks. First call we were told it would be picked up that Saturday- didn’t happen. Repeat for the following week. I called in to cancel services & was told the bin removal fee would be waived. Trash just so happened to get picked up right before bin removal. A couple of weeks later we received a bill for $80 - called in to inquire and was told that the balance in the computer system was $32. Paid the $32 immediately. Received another bill of $30 a couple weeks later, ignored it with the confirmation that we had already paid whatever balance was due. 2 weeks later we have a collections letter- call in to find out it’s a bin removal fee WITH A LATE FEE! Seriously hope this bullish!t game is over now & that we don’t receive any future bills- however I’m not getting my hopes up.
I apologize in advance, this is going to be long. First off I read all these reviews before switching to Republic and thought the cant all be true, probably not in my area. Let me go ahead and tell you that theyre the worst company I have ever dealt with. They never pickup either my trash or my recycling on time its always 5 days later. When I call and inform them the first thing they say is do you want me to make a complaint?, why is this the first interaction? Fix the problem. So after the last time I couldnt take it any longer and called to cancel. I was told we will prorate the remainder of your contract (which I am fine with), and also you have to pay a $30 removal fee of your cans. I asked if I could bring them to them to avoid this charge as it had to be cheaper than paying, and was told no. I then asked to speak with a manager. Thats when Neesha got on the phone and provided some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I was constantly talked over, and also as a scare tactic reminded that this is a recorded call. I asked her what they would do to compensate for all the lost time I have occurred from calling them to request someone come out and perform the task I pay for, her response was nothing as I didnt escalate to a manager all those other times, as well as we pick up the trash or recycling at some point right?. So I suppose when Republic gives their customers days In which they will pickup that is just an about range. Almost the same as calling me a liar that Ive had these issues. Why would I spend hours on the phone with you for fun? In conclusion the picture I have provided shows my recycling still sits where it was left last Friday. Please beware and do not use this company as I guarantee you will have the same issues, theyre terrible.
I started using this company waaaaaay back when they first started in Lenexa Kansas….but they have lost my business for goodMy trash has been sitting by the curb in 100 degree heat since the night before my pickup day of 6/15/2021…it is now 6/17/2021…..i have called each morning, waited 20mins or more both days only to be lied to,disrespected…and basically treated as a pest to this company.Horrible Horrible Horrible !!!!!!

BEWARE of using this company!! I have had nothing but headaches. I was given false information about their services from the beginning and billed for several charges I was never told about. When calling to inquire about pricing I was told a flat rate of $19 per month. When I asked if there were any additional fees to get started or any other monthly fees I was assured that no this was the flat rate. I never saw or signed any sort of contract. I’ve been given so much misinformation it is confusing. Wrong drop off dates for containers, wrong pick up day quoted, and only 3 out of 5 weeks when my garbage was actually picked up. I’ve made multiple phone calls and sent letters to customer service with nothing but an apology for the misunderstanding, but I’m told I still owe them. I cancelled the service and now have been billed $163.77 for three weeks of service! I am so frustrated I don’t even know where to go from here!
I have been calling every day on my lunch break for one week trying to stop service with them and nobody answers the phone for an entire hour. HORRIBLE service. I wish I could give them zero stars.
I have requested a dumpster exchange for the past 5 weeks. The garbage can has no wheels and no lid. The recycling and garbage containers were both at this home when I moved in, just over a month ago. Each week I have called to request an exchange, but every week Friday comes and goes with no exchange. I finally got a supervisor on the phone today telling me each week my exchange has been cancelled due to ‘no driver available to bring a new dumpster’ and that ‘their best suggestion would be to go to the store and just buy a new dumpster’If this company wasn’t contracted through the city I would already have cancelled service but I am forced to keep them.
Almost had a huge wreck right in front of their shop. Two big trucks pulled out of their facility onto 7th street without stopping... Almost hit both trucks. These drivers are going to hurt someone.SLOW DOWN
Over a year of service, our rates have slowly doubled. When realizing we could be saving money and avoiding the hassle of late pickups, we called to cancel and were told we had to pay 30 dollars for them to pick up the trash can. When offering to drop it off to avoid the fee, they said that service is not provided in our area.To sum it up, this company is just short of being a scam, only providing bare minimum service at an exorbitant rate.
Hands down the WORST trash removal service. Was on the phone today trying to work out a final bill (that they claim they sent multiple times, however when I called last week said they would be sending it shortly). Cancelled before a new billing cycle and they made me pay for an extra month and a $30 trash can removal fee. Consistently had missed pickups. Upped their fees constantly. I rarely leave reviews on anything but this is hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a service provider. Customer service was useless. Charged late fees even though I was enrolled in autopay. Use literally any other company.
Called to get service back after the debt we payment well at frist it was 50 dollars know pro then the next thing i know she said i need to pay over 200 dollars so i said you just lost a customer
This is the worst company I have EVER used. Ive only been with them for two months & they picked up my recycling maybe twice. I called 3 times asking for missed pickups and nobody showed up. Customer Service was rude. They never documented my calls and tried to say I was lying about my call frequency when I complained. When I called to cancel the lady was rude and was talking over me and cut me off. This company is horrible. not just the worst trash company, but the worst company period that Ive used. They charge an arm and a leg for everything. This company needs to be shut down. They are not in it to help their customers, they are only in it for profit, because they know that many people have no choice but to use them. Horrible company. Stay away if you can.
Do not use this company!!!!! Canceled our service because lawn bags set out 12 times for pickup and yep 12 times not picked up without having to call and tell them. Canceled their service and they still tried to charge us for the next month. Called and got that reversed and they tried to charge us $6.53 for reversing the charge they never should have taken. Called and got that removed and bam! Another bill for $6.35! The nightmare will never end. You have been warned!!!
I have been a commercial customer for many years. The repeated problem is when there is an issue with your bill they never can seem to get it fixed. I have been calling since March to change my service. They changed my service right away but they never changed my bill. Every time I call to get my bill corrected they just transfer me around and never solve the problem. I have spoke to at least 10 different people and they always make a note of the issue on my account but no one can actually fix it. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE!!!!!!!!

Much better than the last company. Prairie Village picked them for city trash service and they do a nice job. We live on a street that has a lot of business parking in the spring and its difficult to get to the cans on occasion. After a couple of misses, they really started going out of their way to make sure my cans get picked up when someone hangs a car on the end of the drive. Our recycle got missed on our whole street this week, but they got a smaller truck out the next day and took care of it. I am pleased with them.
I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. We cancelled months ago, we have a credit on our account. I deleted our payment information. And yet somehow, we got charged today. So fraudulent.
Scheduled to start trash service. Picked a date for delivering bins and starting service. Still sitting here weeks later and NO BINS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED But my start date for service has come and gone? WHY?! So I called and said I dont feel like I should be paying or being charged when I have NO BINS. We don’t live in the city limits so this is our ONLY CHOICE!!! 🤬
Called to end service, told had to pay to pick up bins. Over 32.00 each, and pay for service i never had. After talking to customer service they stated adjustment would be made and a final bill sent. Never happen, they call and want full payment. Called customer service and asked what happen and was told statement was sent. Told them never got it, advised would re send. Bins were picked up, not final bill. Call and was told bill never corrected. Email sent to correct situation sent by customer service. Still get computer calls for full payment.
Our trash service is scheduled for pick up on Fridays. I had my trash at the end of the driveway at 8pm Thrusday. Our trash was skipped. I have called 5 times with no specific pick up time. Our trash was supposed to be picked up Monday by 6. Still here (its Wednesday). Called in Tuesday and spoke with a manger, never received a call back.

I’ve been using Republic for almost 3 months and have had nothing but problems. They miss pickups regularly, they knock over containers and just leave the trash that falls out. They even ripped a yard bag once and just left the broken bag in the street and a giant pile of leaves on the sidewalk. When dealing with their customer service, they are rude and very unhelpful.
If I could give no stars, I would. We are going on 2 weeks of no trash and recycling services. We have been calling everyday told they would be out to service us the next day. I have been calling everyday double checking they were coming, and at 4:30, my trash and recycling had not been picked up. It has now been 14 days since they actually came and picked up our trash and recycling. Today(Friday) I was told again that since I now waited until 4:30 to call, that they won’t be able to service us until Tuesday by 4:30. This is what I was told last Friday when they didn’t service us on our normal day. I can not believe that a nation wide company, would do business like this. Especially since you have to pay 3 months in advance, one would think they would take care of their customers. Not to mention this is trash, so having it not picked up is unsanitary and gross. I wouldn’t recommend using Republic Services to anyone.
As you can see my review Ive already posted and the company responded back for me to email them directly to get this resolved. Well I did email them, and I havent heard anything back, not even a response to let me know they were working on making it right with us.So, as my previous review said, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I feel like they just responded to my email to make it look like they care to everyone who sees this, but in reality, they dont care at all.
I guess this system wont let me give zero or less stars. I suppose Republic Services deserves the one star because they have apparently-living people who answer their phones. Apparently they train their employees to lie. I canceled service on March 19, effective March 31 and was told they would pick up their bins on April 4. I called twice on April 4 to make sure this would happen. Oh yes, of course. NO. Was told they would pick them up on April 18. Called twice to make sure they would do that. NO. Called this morning and asked where I could personally deliver the dang bins, making two trips in my Honda Fit to do so. There is not that option. Well what do I do then, bury them in the back yard? What a bunch of yahoos. And they have these poor women answering their phone who have to deal with people like the increasingly vicious me. GAAAAAAAAAAH! And they keep coming by on my former pickup day emptying my empty bins into their trucks, so obviously their truck drivers arent being informed either. How has this company stayed in business this long, since they obviously dont give a rip about their customers, their employees, or even their own property?
Not that I rarely if ever give any company a bad review and try to be as fair as possible- providing facts to back up my reviews.Quite easily the worst company I’ve dealt with. Republic tries to enforce an illegal 36 month “contract” that Auto Renews if you don’t give notice within 6 months of expiration. This is hidden in tiny print in their agreement!To make it better, they hit me with $700 charges for “sandbags”? What is that? Nothing listed in the agreement that they can even do that!I cancel the agreement and tell them to pick up their dumpsters. They ignore my requests, threaten to sue me for breaking a contract, and continue to try to dump they empty dumpsters on my property!They want 6500 to cancel their illegal contract after they levy unfair charges without authorization and threaten to send to legal collections.Terrible people and company. Avoid at all costs.
This place is not worth the effort of dealing with. Simply put. Before using this company people read the reviews. They have almost 100% one star rating with most people saying they would give them zero stars. I have called and called and called just to talk to some rude woman that doesn’t seem to have time to address the issue. And of course like most of the reviews here I was told I would receive a call back but my phone Shirley has not rang with these clowns on the other end of it. So before you decide to go with these guys do your research. I can’t believe a company can sustain business that is so terrible, so sloppy, and so rude. Thank God for any other trash service in comparison to this garbage
I should have read these reviews before I began service. Do NOT make my same mistake. We have a commercial account and have waited for dumpster service for almost 3 weeks now for an apartment complex. Thats 3 weeks of trash being piled up at an apartment! All I get is the run around when calling customer service.Not sure how they are in business.
Had the service for about 4 months. During that time, our trash was only picked up every other week. Routinely had to call in to re-schedule pick ups. Added a lawn waste removal service, which was never picked up in the month that I had it.Finally decided to cancel my service and schedule my dumpsters to be picked up. First attempt they picked up my recycling dumpster, but not the one for my trash. Came home to find the trash dumpster wheel had been broken. Called in and complained and scheduled another pick up. The following week they replaced the broken dumpster with a new one...but my service had already been canceled?The last month and a half I’ve rescheduled dumpster pick up at lease 3 times, and it’s STILL in my possession. I have NEVER dealt with a more incompetent company in my life.
We have been using Republic exclusively for our trash and recycling pickup at 8 commercial locations for about 18 months. Service was outstanding even though we are now on our 4th local rep. Now we have been without service at a VERY busy shopping center for 9 days and our latest local rep has moved on so I dont have a local contact. 5 phone calls to Customer Service in the past week (2 this morning) has resulted in NOTHING!! They tell me we are on the schedule for today. Well, we have been on the schedule for the past 9 days and we have had NO SERVICE! This company went from 4 1/2 stars to 0 stars in the past month!
We started service over three weeks ago and still are yet to receive our recycling bin. I have called the office over five separate times about this issue, and it has yet to be remediated. Service staff is friendly, but has not been able to take care of this problem despite promising me that they will. What good is a trash and recycling company if they don’t provide a bin to use? Stay far away from this company and take your business to someone who will actually provide proper service...or at least, at the very least, give you a container.
I should have looked at the ratings.1. I called before I moved. It takes 2 weeks to get cans out.2. It takes a week to get organized after the two weeks to get the cans out so now you have three weeks worth of trash lined up.3. Then they leave you with an extra set of cans for no reason.4. Then they lie about when they will pick up the extra set of cans you don’t know what to do with.5. I have lived here a month and they have yet to get a pick up day right without some sort of snafu.People trash collection is not rocket science.
Im giving 1 star because I cant give a 0 or a negative number. Republic Services bought out my previous trash company Superior Disposal. I never received a notification of this but got a bill from Republic Services. Needless to say not having a agreement with Republic Services I didnt pay it. Realized I needed to pay for trash and called Superior and was directed to Republic Services. Realized I made a mistake and paid what I was asked to over the phone. My trash can got picked up the next pick up and I figured I was getting a new one due to the company change over no issues. Didnt get a new can the next week and called and got told my trash service had been shut off. Initially they said someone shut it off then they advised it was them due to not paying the full amount. Remember I paid what they asked. Paid a quarter in advance per their policy to re-instate the account and a re-activation fee and got told they would deliver trash cans but couldnt take anything till they were there. No cans delivered that week when I called on Thursday got told they were scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. No trash pickup due to no cans. No cans on Tuesday called and got told they would be out. No cans by Thursday called again cans should be delivered on Tuesday again no trash pick up due to no cans. Called again got told we arent sure whats going on we will look into it and get back with you. No follow up again no cans delivered for 3 weeks now and no trash pickup for about a month. Hopefully the refund from my cancellation can find my house better than they could deliver trash cans. I would recommend going anywhere else even if it costs more. No follow up / follow through and other issues.
Random missed pickups with nothing reflected on the schedule. I reported a missed pick up weeks ago and nobody contacted me. I just noticed theyve been charging me late fees on my invoice. I am enrolled in AUTOPAY that they picked the debit date for! The service was great when it was Superior Disposal. Time to make the switch.
I’d give them zero stars if I could. We started service after moving and they were 7 days late bringing our bins, causing us to miss our first trash day (so much trash from moving). They kept saying they had been delivered as if we were lying. Finally an area supervisor showed up with them on his own time late in the evening. Thought ok, great, second chance. Then trash day comes (excess trash from missing the week prior) — after being told they’d take it all, they didn’t. So I call and I’m told it be picked up the following day. No one shows again. A literally GARBAGE company.
Weve had this service for 5 months and in that time theyve missed pickup 5 times. When we call to report the pickup, we are told theyd be out that Friday to gather everything they missed. Each time weve been told that, they havent come to pick it up. Im not sure how this company is even in business. Dont waste your time.
Please no that I would not honestly give them one star. But in order to post a review and warn others Im forced to. They should honestly get negative stars. Please, if you are considering this company for your sanitation services, look elsewhere. I was a customer for four years and truly regret it. I never missed a payment, followed their instructions for having my trash cans curbside, but they provided well below standard services. Missed pickups at least once a month. No communication and when you call customer service, its not local and they dont care. I cant tell you how many hours I spent on hold and with confrontational customer service reps.Last month, I learned after another missed pickup, that my account had been cancelled with no pre-notifcation. I contacted the BBB and they said they notified me, but they DID NOT! I received a refund for the money I had prepaid on my service. But on Saturday, received an invoice for $47.71 to cover cancellation costs to pick up the trash receptacle. Please note, I did not cancel, Republic cancelled me and then expects me to pay for the costs to pick up the trash cans. Are you kidding me? This company is not worth your hard earned dollars. Please look elsewhere.
This is the worst company in the whole world!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Use any company for trash besides them. They have torn down my power lines to my building due to careless drivers, not once, but TWICE!, and REFUSED to pay for the damages, in addition- I have been trying to cancel service with them, via email, phone, and certified letter- and the account rep actually told me he had NOT received the certified letter that I sent him, THAT I HAD THE RETURN RECEIPT FOR!!!! They continue to refuse to take their dumpster off my property even though I have called, emailed, sent certified letters, and BEGGED them to take their dumpster off my property- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THE BEST PART!!!!- THEY RAISED MY RATES BY OVER 100% AND MY NEW TRASH COMPANY DOES THE SAME SERVICE WITH A BIGGER CONTAINER FOR HALF THE PRICE!
Republic Services bought out the company I had used, and actually thought did a good job. Not anymore. They are just awful.I tried to cancel my service and get a refund for my unused portion of the bill. I sat on hold for a while, then i could request a call back. I am on the call back right now, and i spoke with someone who put me on hold for now 10 minutes?!?! Why call me back just to put me on hold??Id run from this operation!
This company sucks. They dont pick up when they are scheduled. Customer service is the worst. We will be changing companies. It is a beautiful day today and our trash and yard waist was bit picked up. When We called to report it we were told that they can not send anyone out until Tuesday. They are the worst.
Regularly do not pick up my yard waste. Report it on the web page and call and they dont do anything about it. Yet they call with a recorded message to tell me Im late on the due date of my bill.

Ive been a paying Kansas City customer since 2010. I was notified from our Landlord that they would be taking care of my trash service as part of my monthly rent with their Trash Disposal service provider. I called Republic Services to let them know that I wouldnt be needing their trash service any longer only to find out that my contract secretly renewed for 3 years in 2014. My problem with this is, I havent seen or heard from anyone from Republic Service since I initially signed my contract in 2010 regarding my existing contract with them, or anything about a 3 year additional contract renewal, NOTHING!!! I was told by Dan, the manager that its not necessary for them to reach out to their customers about renewal, that it automatically happened. I was also told that I had to pay $2000 to cancel my trash service. This would mean that since I have been a paying Kansas City Republic Service Trash Disposal customer to since 2010 and didnt need Republic Service Trash Disposal service any longer, that I had to pay $2000 for a Trash Disposal Service from Republic Service that Republic Service no longer had to provide. They also require that you send in a certified letter of cancellation 180 days prior to cancellation!!! This is BS! You cant make someone be your customer in this day and age! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! My thing is, if I have been a paying Kansas City Republic Service Trash Disposal customer since 2010 and dont need your Trash Disposal Service any longer in Kansas City, then I should be allowed to stop your Republic Service Trash Disposal service. The fact that your Republic Service Representative that was supposed to be handling my account never reached out to me with regards to my contract or renewal since 2010 should be at no ones fault but Republic Service and Trash Disposal should be able to be cancelled in hopes that you regain my business in the future! I am looking forward to a resolution from your Republic Service Kansas City team with regards to my trash disposal today and will notify everyone of my resolution.Once a happy customer since 2010!
Horrible service. This company bought out my old trash service and billed me for the service they provided that month. After having to do some research on why I was being billed by a different company I got on to pay my bill. They then direct you to use this terrible app. Once I downloaded the app and attempted to set up my payment it said that my address was not on file. I put in a call to customer service and they said they would work on it. While waiting on a remedy I paid the bill by mail only to find out that I had been charged a late fee while I waited on their customer service to fix their system (which they have still never contacted me back about) Use Deffenbaugh or anyone else you have available to you, avoid these clowns.
No service for 17 days, I know weather has been bad, but neighbors with Waste Management have had their trash picked up a day late at the most! They were supposed to pick it up yesterday, but did not. Called for help, found office is in Arizona, great, lady said pickup was canceled due to weather, despite it was 55 degrees here in KC! Now it is snowing hard, so it will be another 17 days. btw, the woman I talked to was rude, and had no idea what was happening here in KC!
Like others, we received Republic when they bought out Superior. Now they constantly skip yard waste. I’m stuck with them thanks to our HOA; going to see if I can get the neighborhood switched.
As of yesterday we had our third trash pickup with this company and to date they have done the following: Failes to send info about their trash pickup and therefore left all my cardboard scattered across my yard, Broke the recycle bin, said they would bring a replacement free of charge (which I assumed you would since you broke it!!!), did not deliver the new bin as of today although it was promised 2 weeks ago, also did not dump my trash. I called in and get told that I requested a cancellation on the exchange and then was questioned about whether my trash was inside the bin! I told the young man I did not cancel a replacement and why would I?!?!?! I told him when I called in and although they showed a cancellation somehow there was no call record...shocking! Maybe because I didnt cancel it. Then I told him yes my trash was in the bin and he said oh ok. Next I ask to be connected with a supervisor because off all my negative experiences as a new customer for less than a month. The young man says why do you need to do that Im taking care of the issue. I told him while I appreciate you fixing it I am tired if having to call it seems every week! So he tells me they dont connect to supervisor but instead forward the complaints. Not to mention he was rude and seemed disgruntled himself. So yes republic is cheaper but they are terribly irresponsible and lack good customer service. Disappointed. Just pay the extra and save yourself the headache.
They continually would not pick up my recycling. I constantly have to call to receive this service. I called to cancel service because of this and the rep I talked to could care less and had no problem canceling my sevice. It was like he was used to it. If it was my company, I would value every customer and try to keep them.
I share the sentiments of a previous reviewer. Really...I have to pay you to pick up your own crappy trash cans????? This is a disgrace, I will never refer your company to anyone and will promptly discourage everyone I meet from signing on to get services from your company.
Have been trying to log on to website for two days. Just grinds and grinds and never connects.
Absolutely horrible - they never do what they say and constantly miss pickups. They have no problem lying to your face.
Scheduling a pick takes up to 45 minutes. How about hire some more people to answer a damn phone call! The only good thing is I have time to write this crappy review.
Every time I try and call for my company I can never get through to a customer service rep. Ive waited 30 minutes or more each time, I have an office to run and cant wait for long periods of time just to get someone to answer the phone. Weve had a 20 yard in the middle of my apartment complex thats been needing picked up for 2.5 weeks now. Im not the only one thats called. My maintenance guy has called got someone to answer and scheduled a pick up, no one came. Im vey unsatifised.
Terrible customer service!! Going on second week in a row with no service for our whole neighborhood! When we call them they tell us it will be the next day...5 days later this particular time & our trash is still sitting out at the curb along with everyone else’s in the neighborhood. Very frustrating! Would not recommend this service!
Could not give 0- They bought out our previous trash service A1 (they where great). After watching the documentary of the company on HBO called Atomic Homefront we decided to switch companies. I am calling to cancel service and after waiting and being transferred-I am told I will have to wait a month for services to be canceled and to pick up the trash bins. I will be contacting our city hall to let them know of the issues with Republic. I will also let our neighborhood know. So do not sign anything with this company .UPDATE A MONTH LATER: still waiting for trash bins to be picked up. Spoke to customers service on Monday. Told will be picked up on 4th. On 5th called to see why they wherenot picked up. Told on schedule for pick up if not picked up to call Saturday to make sure on Sat schedule. Called Sat and told they dont have trucks on Saturday. But they will schedule for Monday. The Worst Company.

Absolutely horrible service. They picked up my waste can and skipped the recycling can. I have called numerous times to schedule and was advised they would get it. I have an additional pile now next to the can thats sits on the curb because I dont know when they are coming. Now she says itll pick up on reg service day .Going to snow the day before so here goes another 2-3 weeks.
Customer service nightmare, 4 days, 6 phones calls, swore they hadnt seen my payment, told me they would pick up my trash then cancelled that without telling me, then check magically cleared even with them saying they didnt have it. Notes on my account never happened, nobody accountable for anything committed to.
Worst trash service ever. Don’t have options for extra pick up of a tv box. Also, don’t completely empty trash and recycling. On top of that if kid is t completely closed they don’t pick up.
I would like to give you zero stars. Trash day you took both of my trash cans. You tell me they could of fallen in truck thanks for heads up. Now you want me to wait a week to get trash cans back. What do i do with the trash for a week. I want trash cans back NOW
Horrible and rude on the phone, oh and easily the most expensive. Hope they go out of business.

I would not use this company they expect you to gift wrap your trash and refuse to pickup Most of the trash you put out. Customer service is even worse than the actual trash person

DO NOT USE THEM! This is by far the worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of working with! When you have a problem you can never get anyone from management to call. Cant even pick up their damn cans on time. Im not paying them a dime for this cramp service .
Sued this company and won. As big as this company claims to be they will not pay out a small judgement. Admitted fault still no pay. Shame on you.

Customer service is unbelievably awful. They give false information and mess up request a lot. Today will be my 6th time calling to get them to fix another mistake.
They have an excellent service and come very week to pick up my lawn waste.
